I applied for airtel xtreme fibre broadband service on 8 November 2022 and paid sum of 3004 via airtel link. But broadband was not installed even after 20 days, so i asked for refund. Now local airtel office are not clarifying on status of my refund.

It has been more than 40 days since applying for service.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have taken Airtel DTH in June 2022 by paying Rs 2200 where 1 month subscription is paid in advance but I have not been given the 1 month validity subscription and the validity showing in my account is till 31 dec 2022 with balance as Rs 217.18 and Rs 15 is deducted twice on 28 nov and 15 August as service charge which should have been deducted for which I have attached screenshot but I have not received any response till now please look into the same at the earliest thank you

      Have been complaining about my wifi connection for the past 6 days and nobody has resolved the issue
      we have been working from home and this is such a hassle

      Every time i call customer care, they say it will take 24 hours but nobody has resolved anything

      When is the issue going to be resolved?
      If this poor customer support is going to be the case with airtel, i would surrender the connection.

      nobody shares a proper response and nobody resolved the issue. This is unacceptable behaviour from a reputed brand like this.

      The concerned technician wont even attend calls,

          The above mentioned broadband service is out for more than a week. It is been out from 9th december onwards and ticket raised on 10th december and still not resolved. Been following up the service engineers, but of no help. Sad to say that i am really been fed up by the quality of serivice airtel provide.

            Dear Sir / Mam,

            Greetings of the day..

            This number is [protected] used by my father Shantibhai Vadilal Patel from the last 14 yrs. First we have activate the number in Airtel Postpaid then its transferred in Airtel prepaid and used this number in airtel more than 10 yrs after that we have shifted at science city location and due to network issue we have to port the number in Jio prepaid and used the number till date but last feb 2022 my father have to visit Australia and he forget to activate international roaming also 1 year validity recharge due to non usages number to be deactivate we have visited the jio store but they require sim card which is not available here so we have to wait till my father is not return at india. When he returned we visit at Jio store and reprocessed the same but number is returned to original operator its Airtel then we have given request at Airtel store for number activation in Airtel. Now I would like to request that you please help to get the number activated again in the name of Shantibhai Vadilal Patel or My name Ronak Patel which one is possible. I have attached the Air ticket for your reference.

              this is aizaz mansuri of resident of 9-10-467/1, naw mahal, golconda .
              we have a mobile tower beside our house it is there from nearly 15- 20 years . the place have been residential all people of the area are getting highly affected, every month they are getting diognosed with some viral fever and infection and there aged people in the resident who are heart patient
              so i kindly request for the removal of the mobile tower the area.

                      Sir/ ma'am
                      I got a call from Airtel company for data entry job they asked me to pay 1000 rs it will be refund within 24 hr so i pay and after that I got call from admin office and firstly they also asked me to pay 1710 then 3520 the 5500 but they didn't stop and asked for 9000 then I said no so they are not giving me my money back. Please help me and return my money. I am facing many financial issues please return my money.

                            Now a days Airtel has become one of the worst telecom network.
                            I am missing very important calls, high rate of call drops and I have checked even though the network coverage is full on my phone the other end callers receive ' the no. u r calling is out of network coverage area' msg.
                            if i connect my laptop through wifi ( tried at my office and my home), the video plays second by second pausing each time for 3 to 4 sec and play for 1 sec only.

                              Kal humne ek d2h and broadband service puchase ki andheri chakala jb store se aur unhone hume bataya ki 4000 rs for 6 months service charge hoga we agree to this and we payed to airtel, uske baad unohne hume bataya ki aaj apka connection lag jayega but aaj pura 1 din hone ke baad bhi mera connection nahi lag raha hai ? unhe call karne par wo call bhi nahi uthate ya kab ayenge ye bhi nahi batate ?? agar ye service hai pahele din par toh aage kya hoga ?? aapko service dene me etna late ho raha hai toh pahele paise kyu lete ho ?? pathetic service...

                                  I live in Hisar, Haryana and for the past few days Airtel internet connection has been really bad inside my house. I cannot do anything, nothing loads no websites no videos nothing. I have tried everything, my settings are default and also contacted costumer support but still no solution. The only way to get the internet working is to get out of my house on the street. But this as well is only a temporary solution because after a few minutes it stops working again. Please help me fix this issue

                                    I raised a request for shifting my Airtel broadband connection on 1st of December, 2022. I’m writing this message on 11th of December, 2022. It’s been 11 days and no resolution has been provided by Airtel regarding the same. I call them everyday and they say it will be resolved by end of day but no one comes. I’ve asked them to escalate the issue to higher level but no one is listening. I don’t know what else to do to make them respond to my request.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam.

                                      I was hospitalized in the month of June'22 and post discharge was asked to Work from Home.

                                      Hence I approached for a Airtel for a Broadband Connection under Airtel Xstream Fiber - Basic + TV Rs. 699

                                      An Executive by name Vijay was referred by one of the Manager (S Jayasankaran - [protected]) from Airtel Broadband Team located near Akshay Nagar, Bangalore.

                                      The Executive finished the Document Policy, collected a Payment of Rs. 2001.17 and assured connection in the next 2 to 3 days which happened on 29th June 2022 (UPI/[protected] | airtel.[protected]@hdfcbank/Upi Transaction)

                                      Till date i.e. 10th Dec 2022, I still haven't got the Connection nor a refund.

                                      Hope some solution would be provided.

                                        I reside in the campus hostel of Christ University, S.G. Palya Bangalore, 560029. The internet connectivity speed is pathetic and worse than 2g. I have complained numerous times beginning since June 2022 but the issue has not been resolved.
