Bajaj Allianz was introduce us with little benfits. They given us a policy for 20 years and they inform us that you can stop the Policy paying after 3 years, if you are not interested to pay more. you will get the full amount and interest on it. ANd we pay Rs. 10,000/- per year for 3 years.

Now when we want to withdraw the money for my sons college admission, they are introducing the Policy to us that after 3 years you stop paying money but policy will go for 20 years, if you want to withdraw now you will get after cutting 5500/- from actual amout. if you are continue with not paying the amount of Rs. 10,000/- for further period you will get your money back but after cutting some equivalent amount for not paying the policy amount.

Woh, what a policy they are introduced. Like this policy Company has to discontinue with immediate effect. Govt has to take action against them if they are doing such fraud cases. With this compliant we request you to please inform the Bajaj Alliaz to pay us atleast our Rs. 30,000/- we are not at all interested in interest amount. but what we are invest atleast we has to get that money otherwise we may proceed for Consumer Court for our money.

    Have taken an insurance from the above said company.. and on an unforutnate day my rear wind shield got broke and left the vehicle for service with traident hyundai. the calim is still not approved even after three days.
    the insurance survey guy from BAJAJ ALLIANZ GENERAL INSURANCE is such a arrogent person that he talks even wihtout a basic respect to customer and have never seen such a service or support from any other insurance company i think this is the worst insurance company in india.

      Hello,

      Whomever it may concerned.

      This is to inform you that I have purchased a motor insurance (renewed my car policy of ford fiesta) from Bajaj Allianz on Friday 19th November, 2010.

      The payment of Rs. 15,378.00 was made through my Citibank Credit card on 20-NOV-10 at BAJAJALLIANZ-BILLDES.

      As my car policy was lapsed on 13th of November 2010 and also it is an offence in India to drive a vehicle without insurance, I didn’t want to delay it anymore hence I clearly mentioned to Ms. Tarannum (From Bajaj Allianz, Pune) that I want my policy to be renew immediately and I will purchase the insurance from you company only if your company is willing to provide the same on urgently basis.

      I was assured by the above mentioned person that the same will be done as soon as I make payment preferably by Credit card. I therefore choose to make payment by my credit so that my policy gets renewed on immediately basis and I can start using my vehicle (its current parked at my resident and I am travelling in bus, local trains and taxis, spending lot of money).

      As soon as I made the payment, I called up Tarannum however, she didn’t pick up the call despite trying a couple of times. I then emailed her keeping her other collogues on CC and mentioned that I have made the payment and waiting for the soft copy of the policy.

      To my surprise there was no response to it (please note that I had exchanged a couple of emails before making the payment regarding some clarification on the policy and all emails were answer within an hour). However, this time even after 24 hours, there was no response.

      I again called up a couple of times on 22nd November (after waiting for 03 days) in the morning but no response. I again wrote an email to Tarannum keeping her other collogues on CC still no response from there end. Called up on the board line number and after requesting numerous time to the customer care executive and waiting for about 20 mins on phone, I got to speak with Tarannum. She again assured me that the policy will be done and the same will be sent across to by 4.30 or 5 PM today evening via email (soft copy) but it wasn’t done.

      After getting too frustrated with their careless behavior, I again wrote an email to them at 6.43 PM on 22nd November but still there is no response again.

      I wonder India is the 3rd powerful nation and our economy is one of the strongest in the world still we face such behavior from reputed companies like Bajaj. We as individuals get attracted to such big companies hoping they would provides us good service. Our hard earned money will not go waste however, increasing such incidents make us thing if there is anyone listening, is anyone bother or willing to help.

      On 23rd November, finally I get a soft copy of the policy and guess what, the details in the policy are incorrect. Even they have the RC book of my car, still they made mistake in vehicle number…. Isn’t height of careless behavior.

      I am tired and frustrated with the follow ups and getting no response to it. I am not able to attend my office on time as I have to manage with public transport with my bad health.

      I would like to advice all the people of my nation, don’t ever trust Bajaj Allianz, it’s the worst company I have ever come across. I was advised by my car dealer that these guys are the worst in the business however, I still trusted them since it is Bajaj however, I was wrong and feel too disappointed. Are you listening Mr. Rahul Bajaj?

        it is respectfully submitted that i applied the above said policy of bajaj allianz, policy came to my home and when i read the policy, the terms and conditions were not acceptable to me and I immediately applied for free look cancellation of this policy on company's customer care phone no. [protected]. and I submitted the documents to Mr. Rahul Pathania at company's branch office at Bathinda on[protected]. He assured me that full value of premium paid will be credited at my bank account and he also given me his mobile number for any problem. After a week when I contacted him he replied me that policy can not be cancelled and he returned the documents to me. Sir I contacted with customer care of company phone no. [protected] but no satisfactory response is given to me. Further cheating is conducted with me by Bathinda branch officer Mr. Vishal . He called me in Bathinda Branch Office on[protected] for solving the issues regarding the above said policy. Mr Vishal told me about the features of policy and also convinced me for refund of commission earned by agent with in week and I signed the letter written by Mr Vishal for withdrawing my complaint.but now he has clearly refused for any refund of commission.
        Sir I request you that the officers at bathinda branch are dishonest and cheaters. First of all Mr. Vaibhav Sharma told me that the above said policy is not invested in market. Then Mr. Rahul Pathania misguide me for free look cancellation of policy and now Mr. Vishal cheated me by saying that I will help you by refunding of commission from agent.
        Sir Kindly consider my complaint by taking personal interest and take action against your defaulting officers and if possible kindly ring to me so that I can explain to you each and every fact of my grievance.

          The Product : Bajaj Allianz Family CareFirst policy # [protected] was incorrectly terminated.

          The premium of the policy has been paid well beforte the due date.

          What would have happened if in case of emergency (which didn't occur with God'ss grace) & Bajaj Allainz had rejected the claim?, for no fault of ours......

          Why shouldn't we go to the Consumer court for being cheated.......taking premium from us & terminating the policy & that too without any information/notice to us.

          Clearly, you are cheating us to make money.....wonder of many of such cases have gone un noticed.

            Ok, First off, this is the WORST insurance company ever. Our company provides general insurance from Bajaj Allianz and we have more than 400 employees. This is a warning to anyone traveling abroad with Bajaj Allianz Insurance. Their insurance is NOT accepted ANYWHERE outside India (Not sure if it is accepted in India either). They do not even have a guideline or set of instructions on how to use their useless insurance. All they provide is a freaking paper that says the validity/insurance #/policy #. Pretty damn useless. There is a toll free number for different countries but when I called them, they said they have nothing to do with Bajaj India. Please remember that when you go to a hospital abroad, they ask for a reputed Insurance company contact details. These people don't even tell you the local branch or office details in the foreign country to let the hospital know. Finally, I found out the local address and when I called them, they said I have to pay on my own and claim from India. I told them to go [censored] off. Why would I get an insurance and still pay for myself except the deductible? All said and done, I was done through the treatment and had huge bills in hand. When submitted, they did not get back to me for months. And probably never will. If you don't want to deal with these jerks, look into United India or some other reputed insurance company in your city.

              I had surrendered my two Life insurance policies of Bajaj Allianz (No- [protected] & [protected]) with all necessary documents on 10/11/10 and completed all remaining formalities on 11/11/10 at 1.50 pm at Bajaj Allianz local office from where I had purchased the policy about four years back (Prem Jyoti Net Marketing PVT LTD flat no-1, 42A/34B Clive road civil lines Allahabad- Bajaj Allianz license no[protected]

              I had requested (vide my application dated 10/11/10) to do the full and final payment of both the policies and transfer the entire amount in my Federal Bank Account No- [protected]

              I had also stressed to freeze my both policies on the same day i.e. on 11/11/10 but on 18/11/10, I have got the telephone call from Ms. Priyanka from your second office at Allahabad (phone no[protected] that the IFSC code is not being confirmed by Bank (Federal Bank Allahabad Branch)

              After this I asked her to clarify “why this has not being asked earlier? and then in spite of my request not to sell my units they have sold my units on 19/11/10 with NAV of 17.156.

              Due to negligence of your office staff at Allahabad I suffered a total loss of about Rs. 10,672 (NAV o[censored]nits was 17.7212-on the day of surrender of policy i.e. on11/11/10 and it was 17.1561 (the day of selling o[censored]nits)

              Sir
              This all shows lack of responsibility by office staff of Bajaj Allianz at Allahabad (U.P.) and more over these people are tarnishing the image / credentials of this famous and reputed company.

              I finally request you to compensate my losses which occurred because of ignorance of your office staff, other wise I will be forced to take the help of legal authorities of the districts

                Dear Sir, I am sureshkumar gopalan iyer was take one policy through syndicate bank-crawford market branch--mumbai-against their forcing to take the personnal loan for me from their branch.That time they can ttold anything about this policy surrender/lapse details to me,Now i ask to M/s.BAJAJ ALLIANZ regarding to my lapsed policy surrendering and recover the deposited money.But they are not ready to clear the payment to said policy.Bcoz as per their rules ,if i am not like to conitinue the policy ,i will surrender to them with in 15days from the date of policy received by me.But nobodys can give /inform this type of details to me against my policy.there after i reached to their andheri office after a year,regarding the surrendering of my policy,they noted me you will surrender after three years only.so now i contact them through mail against my surrender of policy,now only they inform to me this all rules.So , i come to you for need the judgement for this problmes.i enclosed here with my policy details and my mails to you for your ref.Also please note now i am living in tamilnadu-tirupur since last oct-2009 after i loss my job in mumbai..So please consider and kindly give me a good judgement for the same.ALSO PLEASE NOTE I[censored] ARE GIVEING MAIL ID TO ME I CAN FORWARD THE ALL CORRESSPONDENCE WHICH WAS HELD WITH BAJAJ CUSTOMER CARE OFFICERS.)

                  Sir,
                  Despite of repeated requist to the VP-Finanace Mr Milind Choudari that they had supplied few Form 16A which does not matches to the statment either on online Form 26AS nor with the amount of TDS deducted by them.
                  In the financial year 1-4-2009 to[protected] they have deducted a TDS of sum of Rs 2,00,000/- against the Amount paid but the TDS form 16A recieved from them is of a short amount and despite that each and every TDS form has some discripany either the address is wrong or the PAN number quoted is wrong. When they have the TDS deducted which tends to be approx about Rs 2,00,000/- than where has it gone either it has not been deposited to the bank or they have intensionally wrong posted to some account just to harras the undersigned and despite of many emails to the concerened department of M/S Bajaj Allianz they are not taking any inishative to ammed it which is delaying me from file my income tax return

                    Sales Manager in this Company .I was left the orgnization on 03/08/2009.
                    My full and final fourmalities was complited and I am sending a Provident Fund Withdrawl Form to Bajaj Allianz Life Ins.Co. Ltd.to 80 days back but till date i did not get my PF Amount and please let me know the TAT of withdraw the amount.
                    So Kindly check this perticuler and revert me as soon as possiible.

                    when i reasigned of bajaj, complete all formality of providunt fund account, my PF A/c No - MH/34020/012668.

                    Today, I had talk with your bambay office, that lady (sushma) told me, still my PF form is not submit and its not possible for this month also...
                    Kindly tell the reason of not submission and when it will submit and settalment.

My P.F. No. is MH/34020/036700. I sent my PF Form to the company in Jan. They said that the P.F. will be transferred to my bank account within 2 months. But now its more then 3 months still my PF amount has not been credited in my bank account. I would like to know the current status and by when would my P.F. be released. I hope the formalities would have been over and I would get the same at the earliest. Please update me about the status of my P.F. So please look after this matter. I would be grateful if you could transfer it as the earliest.

But after resigned from the job on 2019 june 3rd I tried to withdraw my pf amount. But unfortunately there was some errors like name mismatch, and adhar updation occured and I resolved all such issues with the help of one Ms. Ankita mam( Pune HO). But after that I again submit for claim. BUT it again rejected due to 2 pf account shown in my account. For solving that issue I again contact with mam, but due to covid she couldnt help me. So that I seeked help from kerala HR manager ( Mr. Alwyn). But he really disappointed me. I had sent so many mails regarding this. But he didnt help me. Finally I registered a querry with EPFIGMS, and tbey replied that my issue is date overlappedbin two account. For solving it they asked Joint declaration form, Form 5and 10 and a CLARIFICATION FROM THE EMPLOYER. I again contact with Alwyn, for the clarification from the company. But he shouted at me that I was disturbing him.

                    So please tell me sir, what should I do?? How will I get my fund? Just think sir I had worked with the company for 7 years. But after resigned from their, our employees response is like this then what surety should our policy holders get if an ex employees situation is like this.. so please help to solve my issue or direct me what to do or whom to contact.                           My father has a Bajaj Allianz Capital Gain Unit Linked policy. He has paid 3 year premiums. The fund value is not incresing when the stock market has regained its mark and other ULIP are giving 10-15% returns, Bajaj Allainz Capital Gain policy is showing negative returns.

                          When we wanted to surrender, they are charging 44% of the fund value and after deduction the amount we will be getting is almost 8K less then the premium paid. So totally on loss.

                          Secondly other Insurance providers have 0-5% surrender charges after 3 years of the start of the policy and I read it some where that IRDA has issued an instruction for zero surrender charges after 4 years o[censored]LIP start date.

                          Then why is that Bajaj Allianz people are charging so high and against the law.

                          This is Sudarshan here.i invested on one of the policy in BAJAJ LIFE INSURANCE.This is very bad to invest and i see there is proper reponse from any one and it is one type of day robberry done by this people.Please don t ever go for this bull copmanys.it is better to go for post office schemes or LIC.gives good return with security.

                          I once again take this opportunity and tell not to invest in BAJAJ.Tommorow i am going to surrender my policy hope everything goes right here or else i will come with the comments.

                            Sir in this mail I am talking about entire bajaj Allianz life insurance company.

                            First of all my personal problem plz focus these points

                            1. In the guidance of DM mr guru mukharjee sir and BM mr ln sharma sir company terminated me without giving any absconding letter issued from DM sir.

                            2. No letter letter were issued from division off by the hand of DM sir.

                            3. Three review letter were issued only from branch manager off, that is not major reason to block my hr4u and mail id and issuing termination letter.

                            4. I recieved F&Final sttel. sheet.

                            i'm very socked when i read it.

                            Rajiv Bhadoriya sir told me on phone that dravan, u'll receive salary till the termination letter is released from head off.when my hr4u is blocked from hr department on around 14-15 august 10 company gave me salary till I marked my attandence in hr4u . my termination of service from company has been done on 22nd sept 10.i would like to ask you who is responsible for remaining days salary.

                            After it I mailed on 19 aug 10 about it to entire bajaj allianz family , after it mr rajiv sir enquire this issue and he came to bhind on 21 aug 10 bhind off LE3 to solve this problem, he gave me a letter from Hr department (for the same concern, I enclosed with this mail ). In which he wrote to give reply in writing instantly. I wrote reply of four pages at the same time he told me company can terminate you and I assure you ,you’ll get salary till termination date.

                            I also complaint him in this period when my hr4u Is blocked MY BM sir is not giving me attendance register to sign that can represent my presence in off. Rajiv sir told me when investigation become complete he will give it to you.for the alternate solution I wrote complaint in customer complaint register many times.you can get scan copy from LE3 off. I went to LE3 off on daily basis.and when bm sir hr department assure me for wait, then I were started waiting for action.



                            SIR THIS IS MY RIGHT TO GIVE ME SALARY TILL 22 SEPT....AND AS PER COMPANY NORMS I'M MISGUIDED BY COMPANY SINCE 14-15 AUGUST 2010. I didn’t say anytime to HR department to block my hr4u and I’m sending complaint mail from starting. You can see the same in this entire mail.

                            One more thing when company is terminating me in this case company have to give me 2-3 months basic salary extra.

                            my Clint’s original sign was fake
                            my sign were also fake
                            policy plan was changed instead of shield plus he took retirement advantage rp .
                            he made 5th pass lady to 8th pass lady In this matter why company is not taking strong action. My Clint can complaint to police about it or do a court case but because of me branch manager sir and balic company is still safe……..
                            I also complaint to DM MR GURU MUKHARJEE sir when he came to bhind he simply reply me “DRAVAN FREELOOK KARWA LENA” on that day I realized everyone know WHAT IS HAPPENING IN BHIND OFF.but nobody is taking action………

                            Take strong action against FAKE marks sheet issue, it can contaminate entire balic family, it can down the image repo etc of entire balic family…...

                              I have already paid the premium amount for the policy due on 03-Nov-2011 via online premium pay, an amount of Rs.20,000.00 since then I have not been able to login to their site so that I can get a print out of the premium myself. I even asked them to provide me a copy which they did of previous years pay certificate!
                              I have had problems before with Bajaj Allianz's online portal access but this is ridiculous, they provide insurance service but are extremely unprofessional in their dealings.
                              I really do not know how other customers cope with them.

                                you have very good follow up for the policy renewal by SMS or mail. but your organisation having shortage of polite manpower. yhis is i am telling b'coz of very bad experience with me. i have no. of follwed for the policy renewal matter & teliphonic talk with your vadodara office representative. but each time they are posponding date and tell me that : Bajaj Allianz do not have much interest for the two whiller policy Bussiness. if this is Attitude towards customer then definately i will close my all Bajaj allianz policy.
                                due to such long corrospondance with your organisation my policy renewal date 11 octo-2010 is over . so pl justify that for this problem who is responsible?

                                Ok, First off, this is the WORST insurance company ever. Our company provides general insurance from Bajaj Allianz and we have more than 400 employees. This is a warning to anyone traveling abroad with Bajaj Allianz Insurance. Their insurance is NOT accepted ANYWHERE outside India (Not sure if it is accepted in India either). They do not even have a guideline or set of instructions on how to use their useless insurance. All they provide is a freaking paper that says the validity/insurance #/policy #. Pretty damn useless. There is a toll free number for different countries but when I called them, they said they have nothing to do with Bajaj India. Please remember that when you go to a hospital abroad, they ask for a reputed Insurance company contact details. These people don't even tell you the local branch or office details in the foreign country to let the hospital know. Finally, I found out the local address and when I called them, they said I have to pay on my own and claim from India. I told them to go [censored] off. Why would I get an insurance and still pay for myself except the deductible? All said and done, I was done through the treatment and had huge bills in hand. When submitted, they did not get back to me for months. And probably never will. If you don't want to deal with these jerks, look into United India or some other reputed insurance company in your city.

                                  It is respectfully submitted that i applied the above said policy of bajaj allianz, policy came to my home and when i read the policy, the terms and conditions were not acceptable to me and I immediately applied for free look cancellation of this policy on company's customer care phone no. [protected]. and I submitted the documents to Mr. Rahul Pathania at company's branch office at Bathinda on[protected]. He assured me that full value of premium paid will be credited at my bank account and he also given me his mobile number for any problem. After a week when I contacted him he replied me that policy can not be cancelled and he returned the documents to me. Sir I contacted with customer care of company phone no. [protected] but no satisfactory response is given to me. kindly issue direction to Bajaj Allianz for free look cancellation of above said policy.

                                  BAJAJ ALLAINZ will not release the money due to the Customer in time by siting one or other false reasons.The surrender penalty is huge, R.s 48000 for a deposit of R.s 3 lakhs, in a period of 3years in my Case. I know now that BAJAJ ALLIANZ Customer Care Unit is not there, to listen to any genuine complaints of the Customer and care and help him . It appears to me that BAJAJ ALLAINZ Customer Care Centre is not "caring" but actually "torturing" customers. .The BAJAJ ALLIANZ Customer Care is eligible for the Best Customer Torture Center award in the World . " BE WARE OF BAJAJ ALLIANZ " They are with lot of traps to cheat Customers...!!!

                                    My car,SIENNA (FIAT), met with a serious accident in May 2010,at GURGUON. The car is comprehensively insured with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company.The vehicle since then is in the custody of Dhingra Motors who are authorised TATA motors Repair Workshop.TATA Motors are responsible for repair support to FIAT vehicles since FIAT has ceased production in India.Dhingra Motors have assessed accident damage as Total Loss. Most of the critical repairs to make the accidented vehicle a runner vehicle, are not available with them.

                                    The vehicle is insured for 2 lacs. The Company is offering me only 70 to 80 thousand as compensatin.The offer has been made telephonically. I have written several letters asking the company representative to compensate me upto 2 lacs ie. the insured amount. However the company is not responding at all.This is the third consecutive year that I have insured my vehicle with Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company and not made any Insurance claim as the the vehicle was not damaged. The company is not considering any regard for my previous association with them as a client either.
                                    Five months have elapsed Yet a company of this stature has not felt the need of addressing the grievances of a client and compensating the loss.
