    I have joined in a Bajaj allianz insurance plan i=under Equity groth fund. I have paid Rs 10K in 2007 and after that no payments were done.at the time of allotment , on the certificate they have marked that i hold 802 units @Rs.11.845.Now they say that the entire amount is lapsed since no recurring payments have been made after 2007.Though my insurance coverage may have lapsed, will my entire money be lost?anyone aware of these msappropriations of the insurance companies, pladvice me how to sort this issue and how to get back my moey

      WE ARE USED CAR DEALERSHIP( CARAVAN CARS) AND WE ARE THE CHANNEL FOR THE BAJAJ ALLIANZ MOTOR INSURANCE. BUT WE WERE NOT AT ALL COMFORTABLE WITH THE SERVECES OF THE CHANNEL MANAGER /SALES MANAGER OF MY CHANNEL. WE WERE PUTTING BUSINESS IN PRABHADEVI BRANCH WITH MR KIRAN BAKSHI WHICH HAS NOW SHIFTED TO ANDHERI. OUR COMMISION OF SOME CASES IS PENDING SINCE MAY 2009. WE CO-ORDINATED AMPLE OF TIME WITH KIRAN BAKSHI REGARDING THIS, BUT TILL DATE ALL THE COMM ARE STILL PENDING. KIRAN BAKSHI OR ANY OTHER CONCERNED PERSON IS NOT BOTHERED TO PICK UP THE PHONE. WHAT TYPE OF MANAGEMENT OR EMPLOYEES MUMBAI BRANCHES HAVE. FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE AND COORDINATION, WE HAVE STOPPED PUTTING BUSINESS WITH BAJAJ ALLIANZ.       Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co Ltd — policies and payout pending

      Dear Sir/Mdm

      I insured my policies from Bajaj Allianz General Insurance B.O. Patiala in the month of February from Cover note book[protected] under code 1474002EG. Cover note no are
      BZ[protected]-978

      Till date neither original policies nor payout is updated, despite of so many reminders.

      All the policies are issued except Cover Note number BZ[protected]; as this covernote was cancelled. We have sent a mail to Branch to dispatch the hard copies of the policy bond to the customer.

        Dear Sir,

        I have a 1.5 year old Bajaj Pulsar. 1 month back my bike which was parked near a tea shop was hit by another bike (drunk driver). An FIR was filled and a claim was filled with Bajaj Allianz my 2 wheeler insurance provider. The vehicle was taken to a Bajaj certified showroom for inspection. the Bill amount was around Rs 10,000. It has been more than 1 month and the insurance company is saying that they cannot pay the claim as the photo of the vehicle was missing on its policy renewal. the Photo was taken, but it seems that it went missing. If the photo was missing what can I do for that. Initially they told that they will pay only 80% of the value of items to be replaced. but now they are not paying me anything.

        Kindly advice what has to be done.

        i, have cbz xtreme. 2months back my bike got accident and i, am applied for insurance claim. i submitted all
        required documents correctly. but till now i didn't recived my claim. i complined to bajaj insurance company many times. they are telling like that it will claim tomarrow or day after tommarow from last two months. so please kindly requesting you to claim my insurance as early as possible...

          Bajaj alianz had renewed my car insurance in july and a agent contacted me for the same,for the last 4 years since the car was purchased , i am having the insurance from the same company. The agent issued me a covernote and told me that the policy will be recieved in 7 days. Sine 24th july the policy has not been recieved. On contacting the agent , he says since you have taken claim therefore the policy cannot be issued. on further talking to the branch head in Nehru place delhi on 21st aug,10 , he told me that he will get the policy issued. now as of today(5/9/10) the policy has not been sent or any information or contact or call whatsoever from the company has not been recieved. It is totally a lack of responsible behaviour and customer harrasment on the company's behalf. If this is the state of affairs of a big company like bajaj alianz that it is really a pity and shameful.

            I am a policy holder of Bajaj Allianz Capital Unit Gain One no. [protected] date of commencement is 4/6/2007 with an annual premium of 60000/-. I have already paid 180,000/- for 3 years and do not have any information either about the NAV or balance units.

            Can somebody help me as the Bajaj website is not working. Tried a thousand times!!!!!!!!!!

                I have invested in Bajaj Allianz life insurance company Rs 36000/- in three installaments.

                End of 4 years I got Rs 28000/- fro them. They put many chanrges which were not known to us.

                The mail communications with company is given below.

                But they are offering only Approx Rs 25000/- by some fake calculations (like heavy mortality charge, policy admin charges, Surrender Penalty etc)



                I have invested Rs 36000/-

                Fund Apportionment is a facility that allows a Customer to modify the
                allocation of amount of future premiums into a different investment
                pattern. Change of allocation shall not apply for accumulated funds.

                Fund Switch is the facility provided to the Policy Owner to change the
                investment pattern by moving fom one Investment Fund to another Fund
                amongst the available funds under the policy. Fund Switch is Applicable
                to accumulated funds only and not for future premium allocations. A
                switch is permissible only for Unit Link Policies

                If the customer is doing online fund switching and Apportionment, he
                needs to remember the following points:

                If the fund in which you want to switch is not present in your policy,
                then kindly click on option Create fund In create fund you will be able
                to change the apportionment & place a request for adding new desired
                fund; this will take a day to execute the request Then kindly go to fund
                switch & place a request for fund switch into the new fund

                Fund switch is switching of amount/units between existing funds. Please
                note that when you pay your next renewal premium your money will be
                allocated as per apportionment specified by you at the time of policy
                purchase & not as per any past fund switch (es).
                If you want your future renewal premiums to be allocated as per
                apportionment requested by you as per recent fund switch, then kindly
                change the fund apportionment
                accordingly.

                Bajaj allianz insurance company is formed by a bogus and cheating masters, their main aim is to cheat the public some how. Dont invest any Money with them.I am a victim of these fraudsters.4 years back I invested 16. 5 laks.These monsters given me false statements and lot of correspondence i have done. finally i got back only 12.5 laks. As per IRDA rule they are not allowed to sell the product outside india. But senior managers from these monster company touring gulf and other countries and trying to cheat the peoples and selling their fraud products. I am a victim. Now I am moving to Govt of India, supreme court SEBI, IRDA, Insurance Ombudsman etc. and I will go to print and visual medias india and Gulf as well, in order to retrieve my hard earned money and save another Indian or any person falling a prey to such companies. SO I APPEAL TO THE PUBLIC THAT DONT INVEST SINGLE PAISE IN BAJAJ ALLIANZ INSURANCE COMPANY.

                  I had invested in Baja Allianz Capital Gain scheme of 10 years period with annual instalment of Rs10,000/- with locking period of 3 yrs.The projection shown at the time of investment was Rs43,850/- after 3 yrs and part payment allowed Rs28,850/- after retaining 15,000/-.But after 3 yrs the co. shows the actual fund value of 28990/-against investment of 30,000/-The withdrawl allowed is 8850/-after retaining 20,000/- instead of 15,000/-
                  The fund value is dipping and to avoid withdrawl from scheme the co. imposes penality of approx.30% i.e surender value will be 20,000/-
                  As such fund management is fraud

                    I have joined here from 14/05/2015.But the branch manager (Jiten Kumar Behera)told me join on 13/04/2015.Then I worked.But I joined really after one month.After one month when I told him to pay my salary for my work.He told me payment will be held as an arrear upto may.According to his word he has not given me training.But instead of it he is compelling me for business.Without product knowledge how can do business. I also deposited Rs.2100 for IC (Insurance Consultant) recruitment.In spite of deposition of money for six candidate.But no candidates were trained.Branch Manager has also misguided me to change the centre to Jeypore through there is exam centre at Kendrapara. It is also a pathetic matter that per candidate will have to spend Rs.2500.But totally Rs15000 .Actually I have disagree this type of condition.Nseit center is here.But why he change the centre Kendrapara to Jeypore.I have centre change format.What he geven me at that time.So that he has also not markd attendance. He has told to work as security.I have resigned on 05/08/2015.After my notice period he told me he regularise my pending attendance .But till now I have not get my pending salary.
                    29 days attendance, 15 days notice period.

                    I request to have an immidiate steps against it to solve the problem and oblige.

                      I undertook a Comprehensive Insurance Policy for my car─ MH 12 ET 4692 from Bajaj Allianz Company for the period 09 May 2009 to 08 May 2010 vide their Policy No. OG[protected]-00001181. One week before the expiration of Policy, Company employee, Mr. Kishore Gardade- Employee No. BG 09579, visited my residence for renewal of the Policy for my car. He asked for an amount of Rs. 4035/- towards the renewal of the policy; which was paid to him by the cheque (Bank of India- 784765 dated 30 Apr 2010). He gave me a receipt for this transaction; and the cheque was realised on 10 May 2010.

                      2. However, despite the receiving the consideration, the Bajaj Allianz Company did not award me the policy; and I kept repeatedly inquiring about it, but in vain. In spite of reminders for almost two months, neither I received the renewed Policy nor any communication in this regards. Also, no reason or clause was explained by the Company Rep. It is submitted that Company was repeatedly reminded to expedite since it is a mandatory legal compliance to have the vehicle insured and carry the Insurance papers in person.

                      3. On inquiry, it was told that Policy has not been issued to me despite the payment. I contacted Ms Sheetal, Ms Sonam, Ms Vandana, Mr Akash, Mr Jayesh and Mr Imran of the Bajaj Allianz Company at different occasions, but to no avail.

                      4. On 22 June 2010, my vehicle got damaged; and I asked the Company about the Policy details, I was informed that my Policy has not been renewed and I had no option but to bear the repair expenses. The amount spent on repairs by me was Rs.12570/- only.

                      5. In view of the above, following is requested:

                      (A) Since the consideration was already received by the Company, how could Company refuse to issue the policy? Why did company not inform me about the non-issuance of the Policy?

                      (B) Since the Policy was not issued by the Company, I have been forced to travel by taxi incurring an amount of Rs. 8500/- because without Insurance vehicle can not be used on road. Also, the likely loss of property/life involving my car in case of an accident would have been attributed to me for no fault of mine.

                      (C) Owing to non-issue of the Policy by the Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company, I have been forced to re-insure my vehicle from another Insurance Company, i.e., New India Assurance on 25 Jun 2010, by paying and amount of Rs 6135/-.

                      (D) On account of this, I was forced to undergo an immense mental trauma, deep harassment, physical inconvenience and financial losses due to deficiency in services by the Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company, for which I should be adequately compensated for by the company.

                      6. I would earnestly request you to direct the Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company to adequately compensate me for the financial losses and trauma suffered by me. All the relevant documents, namely, Receipt, Policies and Bank Passbook extract are enclosed.

                      Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. — Non issuance of proper policy papers for my car

                      I had taken an online policy for my car. The payments were made by me through credit card accepted by the insurance co. vide receipt no.[protected] dated[protected]. Consequently after regular reminders I could receive the soft copy of the policy no. OG[protected]-00001359 on[protected], which had certain anamolies. The complaint was made by eMail on[protected] and a verbal dicussion over phone with Ms. Pooja Gupta, who assured to correct the anamolies and send the revised policy soon. It is now over one week and I have not received the fresh policy causing inconvenience to me as I am not able to use my car without proper papers. Repeated complaints are of no effect. The insurance co. is not even bothered to reply to my mails.

                      Kindly help.

                          This is reference to the advertisement in Times of India on 10th April 2010 that "ULIP ban on 14 private life insurance companies". Bajaj Allianz is one among the 14 private insurance companies. My mother has to pay her preium which is due on 28.08.2010. We are not sure as what we should do. How do we claim the money what already we have paid. i,e two premium amount (Rs. 5600 x 2).

As per SEBI's notification, M/s.Bajaj should wind up these policies from the market and refund the premium amounts to respective customers who had purchased these policies.without asking for it. It is now the duty of IRDA to through this responsibility on Bajaj to do in accordence with the directives of SEBI. If Bajaj is not willing to do this as is seen now, IRDA should take initiative and see that M/S.Bajaj follows the directives of SEBI.

                            I want to draw your attention towards fault of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd. and its employee for harassing and cheating old senior citizen couple.
                            I am writing this letter on behalf of my Mother Mrs. Shobha Sahay, 57 year old Bajaj Allianz policy holder.

                            Policy Details:
                            Policy Number: [protected] (Bajaj Allianz Unit Gain Easy Pension plus)
                            Name: Mrs Shobha Sahay
                            DOB: 2nd March, 1953
                            Policy Commencement date: 9th June, 2006

                            After completion of 4 years of policy Mrs. Shobha Sahay contacted Insurance Company (call centre) for withdrawal as per current NAV, as policy locking period is of 3 years, on dated 22nd July-2010.
                            Insurance company call centre provided detail of policy to her (Mrs Shobha Sahay) in which they said only two premium were paid (i.e. Rs 1,00,000), so she will get current fund value as per investment of Rs 1,00,000 and that is around Rs 1,17,000 (approx).

                            She (Mrs Shobha Sahay) inquired about unpaid premium, than customer care told her that they will give details after inquiry.
                            After 10 days dated 4th Aug-2010, Customer care of Bajaj Allianz Insurance contacted her and told her if she will pay Rs. 50,000 now, they will give current fund value as per Rs 1,50,000 (investment amount) i.e. at that time were Rs 1,97,000. She asked about her cheque than they said Bajaj Allianz, Pune head office will able to give you details and given contact number of Mr Amit Mehta, Team Leader (Pune).

                            She contacted Mr Amit Mehta, but Mr Amit not responded her gently, even that guy not thought of her age & gender, shouted on her very bad like she did crime of being insurance holder of Bajaj Allianz life Insurance company and told her to contact Ms Sweta Singh of Bajaj Allianz life insurance, Ranchi branch.

                            Mr & Mrs Sahay contacted Ms Sweta Singh to Ranchi branch, than she miss-guided them and gave new story, she told her (Mrs Shobha Sahay) cheque (# 0219566 issued in June-2006) got bounced from bank on 26th July-2010. But again she (Mrs shobha Sahay) questioned Ms Sweta, “Why Bajaj Allianz produced cheque to bank after 4 years of issued”. (As per RBI, issued cheque valid only for 6 month) Then she (Ms Sweta Singh) said it was Bank of India fault as they took 4 year to disowner cheque.

                            Mr Binod Rajan Sahay (husband of Mrs Shobha Sahay) took in writing from Chief Manager, Bank of India that cheque # 0219566 was never produced to bank for clearing.

                            In span of one month Bajaj Allianz Insurance company and their employees “ Ms Sweta Singh” , Mr Vishal (Customer care, Pune), Mr Harendra, Mr Amit Mehta harassed old senior citizen couple so badly, that they were agree to take back their principal amount Rs 1,00,000 only after investment of 4 years.

                            Dated 4th Aug-2010, Mrs Shobha Sahay, sent all details (in hard copy) to Bajaj Allianz head office (customer care desk), Pune; to Bajaj Allianz Ranchi Branch & to Vigilance department Bajaj Allianz life Insurance, but no one responded.

                            I (Praveen Sahay) being away from my parent inquired insurance company about this policy in first week of August-2010, customer care took time to respond in 48 hours.
                            They informed me, Mrs Shobha Sahay invested only Rs 1,00,000, so she will get current fund value as per invested amount.

                            On 12th August-2010, Mr & Mrs Sahay submitted all document to Ranchi branch to Ms Sweta Singh for withdrawal, she insured of return amount would be as per current NAV.

                            On 13th August-2010 in evening around 7:00 PM, I (Praveen) got a call from Mr Vishal and he informed me that Mrs Shobha Sahay will get only Rs 1,00,000 as she has not deposited full premium.

                            On 14th August-2010, I (Praveen) tried to contact Mr Vishal 5 times but every time he was out of his seat. In evening, when I catch Mr Manish (customer care Manager) and told whole story, Mr Manish conference me with Mr Vishal and Mr Vishal, as he harassed my parents, again did to me.

                            Queries:

                            • Who is liable to all these financial loss of Mrs Shobha Sahay?
                            • Bajaj Allianz life insurance is liable for their employee’s misbehaviour & misleading insurance holder?
                            • When Mrs Shobha Sahay will get her missing cheque # 0219566?
                            • Do I expect any repose from our governing body and Bajaj allianz life insurance company?

                            • Mrs Shobha Sahay need complete interest amount on her invested Rs 1,00,000 for four years from Insurance company.

                            • Employees like Mr Amit, Ms Sweta, Mr Vishal will get any punishment and take any lesson from here?

                            My Dad, subscribed for Bajaj Allianz unit Gain policy 2006.per premium Rs 5000, he paid three years total amount Rs 30000.as policy locking period is 3 years in 2010. He is not felling well now, I called customs care (Bajaj Allianz), Insurance company call centre provided detail of policy current fund value Rs12500.

                            Who is liable to all these financial loss of Mr Ramasamy
                            Do I expect any response from our governing body and Bajaj allianz life insurance company?

                              We have got our car policy for the current year from Bajaj Allianz. But we have faced a lot of harassment and delay which has caused a monetary , time and other losses which are not accepted form a firm like Bajaj Allianz.

                              Car No. DL8C-NA-XXXX whose policy was suppose to be over on Apr 26,2010 was to be renewed. On April 20,2010 the cheque of the requisite amount was given to Executive from Apple insurance brokers,Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi.The executive told that we will get the policy in next 20 days.But we have to make at least 20 calls to Apple insurance to get our so- called policy document on June 23,2010. More than 60 days of the cheque being issued. The policy release date is May 08,2010.No one told us that the cover note is valid for 60 days. Whenever we called Apple Insurance , they alwasys use to say that the policy will be issued and will reach us within next 2 days.Else they use to say that to issue a policy and to give it to customer is a job of Bajaj Allianz, no where is Apple Insurance is involved. But Bajaj Allianz guys use to say that Apple insurance Guys are responsible for status Check. When we tried to contact the Ms. Reshma Garg, Owner, Apple insurance Brokers, we were told that she comes to office only between 10a.m-12p.m. At that time they will not pick the call. When we tried to get her mobile number, then we were told that theycant give as if She is a Top Govt Official.

                              When we received the policy its just a disgusting printout, which no one can say a document of company like Bajaj Allianz. No card , no letter head, just a half printed xerox, which is totally unacceptable. On Thursday, June 24,2010 when my sister was stopped by a cop, he clearly rejected that policy document and made my sister to leave the car or else to pay Rs. 2500. My sister had to pay that.
                              Then on Saturday we went to Apple Insurance Office at 10.30a.m, but Reshma Garg was not there. We had to create the scene , then only the executive Manish took us to Pitam Pura office, a branch where the head, Mr. Dheeraj is on half day Off as it is Saturday, but the whole office is running and even his official mobile phone is off. When we inquired that how can we connect to the head, we were told by the persons ate the reception that he always switch off his official mobile phone once he leaves the office like this.
                              We had to stand there for at least 1 hr. threaten them of the complaint to higher officials, then only some one provided us the policy document on company letter head.
                              We had to run for full 1 day then only we got the policy.Such a behavior is not all accepted and we clearly need a suitable compensation for all the harassment and problems we have faced, bcoz we have tried all other ways, love, scolding and only this way is left to make you guys pinch that customer is not a fool but he can make you guys run around him

                              Such behavior is really not acceptable from a firm like Bajaj Allianz and I think that this harassment should be informed to all the persons through print and online media.Please be sure that unlike Apple insurance or Bajaj Allianz guys, we will do our job with full dedication and make sure that the same is communicated to all in the best possible manner through E-mail, SMS, Blogs and other online and print media.so that next time, every one should think twice and thrice before starting a relationship for any policy by Bajaj Allianz

                                i worked with bajaj allianz life insurance comany from[protected] to[protected] under the employ code 98170.i submitted my provident fund withdrawl request on october 2009.but till now i have not recieved my PF amount. i approached every where but have not got satisfactory response from anywhere.so plz sought out my problem as soon as possible as i need of money very much.

                                  I am having vehicle policy. My Policy No. is OG[protected]-00017443. It is due for premium on 16 August 2010. I have received SMS on my mobile twice to pay renewal premium. Accordingly, I personally went to pay the premium to-day at your Ahmedabad Office situated near Law Garden. When I tenderd the cheque to the counter, I have been told that you bring the Renewal Notice, which I have not received till date. Then I have been asked to go inside your office and bring a copy of renwal notice. Is it the duty of policy holder? Anyway, I requested for the same and ultimately I go it. When I gave a cheque with a copy of renewal notice. I have requested for provisional receipt against the payment of cheque. First of all, the concerned person was reluctant to give me receipt. He has told me to make a xerox copy of renewal notice and only on that notice simply he has put his initial without company's seal or stamp. When any customer comes personally for payment of premium by cash or cheque, it is the duty of the concerned staff to given acknowledgement subject to realization of cheque. I want to know who has to send the renewal notice to whom and when? When Policy Holder himself comes to pay premium then he has told to go on such procedure and wasting time?                                     I had bought a life insurance policy from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company in Sept 2007. I paid 2 annual premium of 12000/- each but found that the policy value instead of growing, had de-grown almost 80% to approx 5000/-, contributed by insane market investments by the company and so many charges that the company further levies for its intelligence

                                    I have spoken to the customer care several times for redeeming the balance amount. The executive always asks to pay another premium to get this redeemed, and claims it to be a company policy.

                                    As good as saying "even if you're not happy with our product, you will have buy it anyway". This is just equal to an exploitation of existing customer taking that company stakes are NIL with him now.

                                      This complaint is regarding Bajaj Allianz Motor Insurance Company. I had renewed my motor insurance policy on the 23rd of July 2010 from Bajaj Allianz. They promised me that i will receive the soft copy of the policy document within 48 hours and I have not received the same till now.

                                      Despite several calls to their customer care department, I got a call in the evening saying that there is a problem because since my car has a registration number of Delhi, it will require inspection??

                                      This is the weirdest of excuses i have heard as my car was already covered under the reliance policy and hence no inspection would be required.

                                      That is why i got the policy renewed online because i did not want to spend time on the inspection and well within the due date.

                                      Move over the Raj guy who took the details of the credit card tells me in the evening that he was not aware of the process. Please can some one explain that why is an inspection needed when the vehicle was in cover.

                                      I do not want to get in to the inspection mess this is why i acted promptly and got the policy renewed.

                                      Please help in getting my policy document.
