Sir, today 28th May morning i have booked 2 tickets for self KL SRINIVASAN and HEMA SRINIVASAN, through my account, SBI NET BANKING, for travel on 29th September from Delhi to CHENNAI by flight no. 6E6239 starting at 10.45 am at Delhi. My account was debited for two tickets, Rs.11694 and Rs. 5847 each. The transaction id by SBI [protected]IGARHUQXH2. payee INB GLOBAL AVIATION LIMIT. The ticket and PNR not yet received in my e mail id and mobile furnished at the time of booking.
Please look into the matter and send me the ticket and PNR for travel on 29th September 6E6239
IndiGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Refund request for failed booking

    On[protected], I tried booking 2 tickets from CCJ to BLR and as directed in the site, payment of Rs.6122 was made as per ref No.[protected], on[protected].     I booked an air ticket on indigo. I lost my boarding pass and i need to submit it in office. So i am trying to apply for travel certificate from indigo airlines. I have paid Rs.600 for the certificate on 3.5.24. But the certificate is not received yet.
    I tried to download the certificate in website but it is showing error: please enter correct email address. I tried with several mail ids, but showing the same. I contacted the customer care number of Indigo several times, but has not recieived the certificate yet. Please get my complaint resolved.

    I posted the complaint in Air Sewa portal. Within 2 hours the airline company contacted me and made necessary arrangements for the issue of travel certificate. I received the certificate by email the same day. (mailed from [email protected]) .
    IndiGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Indigo Airlines Baggage Damage

      I had travelled via Indigo Flight 6E 183, from CHENNAI to PUNE
      (15;40 Hrs time of departure) on the 28th of April 2024. I am very disappointed to see my baggage being handled roughly and has visible oil marks on half of the bag and smelling badly. Then reported to property Irregularity Report (PIR) at Pune on the same day, copy received. on 6th May Indigo executive called and says for 1000 rupees vochur as compensation which I rejected....

      Food poisoning due to inflight food

      Dear Officer,

      I was booked on AMD – BLR direct flight 6E823 on 17th April, it got cancelled due to ‘operational reasons’. I had hard time rebooking and interacting with Dottie. Finally through human intervention my rebooking was managed and I was booked in AMD to BOM 6E2046 and BOM to BLR 6E 696 on 17th April.

      Dear Sir/Madam
      I am very sorry that even after talking twice to your Customer service telephone call.
      I am unable to get a refund approx Rs 46644 from you till this date.
      This is complete stupidity on the part of the Airline by not refunding money and holding the same without any genuine reason.
      Please check and send us a refund for any further delay.
      In case if the Indigo fails to credit the amount, you have to pay Interest on delay payment at commercial rate of interest.

        Flight is delayed by airlines and no information is given till now

        Our flight was yersterday Mr.Mateen shaikh and Mrs.fatimabi shaikh 16th april 22.05 dubai to mumbai 6e1456 indigo airlines now its 9.33 we r still on dubai airport no details are given none indigo airlines crew is available and we are told by them flight is not cancelled but its not showing what the hell Please it’s very important for us to fly today as soon as possible we have appointment for passports of my children...

        Terrible Customer Service

        I purchased 9 IndiGo flight tickets for various destinations spanning 2023 Cricket World Cup in India. We flew from London UK to Ahmedabad on 3rd October 2023.

        Unfortunately, 3 weeks into our India tour, my sister died in a tragic accident. This meant we had to cut short our India tour and return back to London UK on 21st October 2023 to support my elderly mum and dad.
