Excess baggage amt of rs 5000/- for my booking pnr no. Aubk23 subbarao for their cancelled flight no.2t-141 dated 25/10/2019 from hyderabad to rajahmundry has not yet refunded by the truejet airlines in spite of my several requests made. The flight cancellation was not informed or no alternative shown by the truejet airlines. The ticket amt was refunded by the agency make my trip. Given email addresses are not delivering the mails....

I was travelling with your trujet airlines scheduled at 10.50am. On 30.4.2019 having pnr no. Ab65pa, 2t, l22322 (2t). I reached the nanded airport at 9.20 am near the entry of the ariport i was informed that the flight had been delayed and would fly only at 4.30 pm. No specific reason were given for the delay by the authorized person posted by you.
That the city is quiet far from the airport we were made to go back and come back at...

His rude behavior ruins us this is 3rd person im complaing the same to the authority of rgia.

No words to say.. I have booked the tickets 1 month before now and panned by vacation. But now truejet is simple saying a flight is cancelled before 2 days of my travel simply saying regret to inform.

Now, i need to shell out additional 2000 bugs from my pocket in addition to this by paying once again convenience charges.br...

On 22/12/17 trujet flight 2t417 from bellary to hyderabd delayed by 1.5 hrs leading me to miss spicejet flight sg1059 from hyderabad to vizag. Flight 2t417 departed at 18hrs instead of actual departure of 1640 hrs. Even the bellary airport staff were clueless of the flight's airborne time from hyderabad. The customer care didn't pick up calls to address concerns. The staff at hyderabad airport even didn't help to register complaint.

Trujet cancelled their bangalore-rajahmundry flight scheduled on 18th june. This cancellation information was provided only before 20 hours to the scheduled departure.

They are highly incompetent and the customer care also in very unresponsive. I've yet to receive the promised refund for my booking even after 10 days. Cannot get hold of any personnel from this company.

This airlines cancelled on us after making us wait 5.5 hours. The personnel at the gates did not even inform the people waiting that it was cancelled. Very unprofessional and badly managed. One of the staff even told us that the engineering and the management does not work well together. This only means that it is a disaster waiting to happen. This is a dangerous airlines.
