I booked a redmi note 4 my order i'd is [protected] transaction i'd is[protected] on viral deal on 25/09/17 worth rupees 2, 749/_ which i booked with my debit card and amount received to federal bank then i received a package delivered to my house and inside the box it was a maxfone that cheap keypad handset worth rupees 500/_ i got cheated i want redmi note 4 or refund my money in a weak otherwise i'll complaint in consumer department....

I have booked mobile redmi note 4 via online shopping through my SBI RuPay debit card on[protected] to Viraldeal and I got sms that my order no [protected].when I have tried contact number [protected], [protected] is not response. Till today, I didn't received redmi note 4 mobile or got refund my money back. So, looks into the matter and deliver it or refund the amount of Rs. 2749 can be back....

Sir, i ordered led smart tv on 15.10.2017 but i received six t-shirt on 14.11.2017. I tried to talk telephonic but viral deal customer care number is not working. I also did three times mail with reminder but not reply till date from viral deal company. Sir please take action on viral deal company as per norms of e-commerce. On nov 18, 2017 we had booked & paid for 1 hand sets of redmi 4 vide order no [protected] but even after one month there is no response from viral deal for the delivery of these phone. We have sent several emails to viral deal but not a single reply & also the mobile number is always coming off.
