    I have paid total of approx 84k in EMI and advance to club Mahindra. I recently informed them That I want to cancel my membership. Post I sent an email request they are now informing that cant refund as I have paid less than 60% of plan amount. I was sold on EMI based plan. An the executive who sold me plan told me that that 60/40 ratio would be applied in case of cancelled. i.e 40% amount was expected in refund. Now they are sharing email updates with same email content from different executive.

        Never Buy Club Mahindra Membership

        I wish to cancel my Club Mahindra Membership due the following reasons:-

        1. I had taken Bliss Mahindra Club Membership for 10 years for our 3 family members.

        2. Accordingly, we planned to go to Maldives for vacation but they informed us that the place is not vacant. Than we asked them for available date and do the booking. They informed us that we can do booking only for 2 members. I asked them why is it so.. as while taking the membership my son who is 20 years old was also sitting with us to discuss about it.

        3. Then we planned to go to Andaman N Nicobar. Over there they we were providing us 3 star hotels which were cheaper. I asked them about it, that when they came to give us the presentation, they showed us all the five star hotels. But while booking they are informing us all the three star hotels.

        4. Then that representative resereved the 5 star hotel for us but asked extra charges for extra bedding. I told them, if I have to pay extra than what’s the use of paying so much money to you. We can do booking as per our choices of hotel rather than asking for your hotels.

        5. I than requested Mr. Sohail representative of Club Mahindra to stop my ECS (EMI) for further payment. Even I informed the customer care who called to me for payment but they ignored my messages and my EMI was deducted from bank.

        6. Even I mailed the message on [protected]@mahindraholidays.com. But I am getting reply that I am mailing them from unregistered mail ID. It’s such a fraud company that we are getting all their mails on the same mail ID and they are saying that the mail is coming from unregistered mail ID.

        It is my sincere desire to surrender the Membership and get the refund in this respect. I also desire to resolve the matter amicably failing which I may decide my future course of action including legal recourse against the company in an appropriate forum.

          I hope this email finds you well. My name is Gaurav K, and my membership ID is 2556394. I am writing to address an issue regarding the recrediting of my lapsed days .

          Due to unforeseen circumstances, including medical reasons and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, I have been unable to utilize my ClubM membership for a significant period. During a recent conversation with a Customer Care Executive, I was assured that, as an exception, I would be eligible to get all my lapsed days back upon sending a formal request via email.

          I have duly paid the ASF for the years in question, despite being unable to avail of the services during this period. As a loyal and long-standing member, I find it unjust to continue paying for services that I have not been able to use due to circumstances beyond my control.

          I kindly request the following actions to be taken:

          Recredit of Lapsed Days:
          I request the recrediting of the lapsed 27.6 days from my membership account, as per the assurance provided by the Customer Care Executive.

          I understand the terms and conditions associated with the membership, but given the extraordinary circumstances I have faced, I believe it is fair and reasonable to request these accommodations. I value my membership with ClubM and would like to continue our association on positive terms.

              My 3 year membership 2931023 started on 2nd Jan 2021 with down payment. I paid Rs.52102. I could not travel due to corona virus. All the country and states were in lockdown. At that time, I had told them that 3 years should be given to them on humanitarian grounds because of Corona. Didn't agree. So I did not pay the rest of the money. Corona is all over the world. The duration of this membership should be considered humane in nature especially as a holiday company. How will I travel during those coronavirus months? What if he died.. Now they have sent a certificate. Saying that my membership has been canceled after I paid so much cash and did not spend a single point. Due to the severe situation of Corona Virus, I request full refund of my money on humanitarian grounds.

                Sent multiple emails, but no response to emails or calls from the Mahindra Team,
                I was told If I paid the entire membership fee of around 4 lakh plus,
                full amount my ASF would be waived off for 4 years and now I am been told I have to pay my ASF and they will give me waived off for 2 years, when I had a very pathetic experience with Mahindra holidays in Singapore, I called the team in Qatar and informed/told on the same day when I reached Singapore in Nov 2019, I told Qatar team to cancel my membership, Why its been done, you want customer to send or call your customer case number - which I could not call from Qatar.

                after 2020 send multiple emails to your teams no response till data - is this the way Mahindra holidays work? very strange to work with such a company henceforth. Lost all the goodwill I had for Mahindra. feel so bad. Mahindra holidays plz don't waste people hard hard-earned money like this. plz refund the amount people paid.. Trust me if you can't solve this pitty problem, you will lose trust with Mahindra cars.

                  I am a new member to Club Mahindra Holidays, I have only paid the down payment. I have taken a hasty decision to join club Mahindra Holidays, so before my EMI starts I have decided to cancel my membership. So I have sent an email to the concerned team. Even after 16 working days they are not responding to my mail. Already I have wasted a huge some of money and I am not ready to waste anymore money on this. My EMI is about to start I want to end this issue before wasting my money.
                  They said they were a reputed organisation and I am telling they are definitely not a reputed one the worst organisation I ever experienced.
                  From my bad experience I am telling others to not to waste your time and money on this irresponsible Club Mahindra Holidays.

                        I have CMH 4 Blue Membership with full payment.

                        We would like to cancel my membership from Club Mahindra & want to refund my money.

                        This is worst experience with you.

                        At the time of membership your Rajkot executives & Manager respond at the same time. They called us 10-12 times per day even on Sunday also.

                        I already informed him at the time of membership that we plan to trip on November & destination - Singapore. I want RCI membership. He promised to give us RCI membership at same time.

                        Now once payment paid, Executives & Manager not rcvd calls & not explain how to book Hotel.

                        I am calling him 5 times but he is not responding.


                        At the time membership, he show me Parkroyal Hotel Singapore & explained that you can book this hotel after payment.

                        The same Hotel available on Club Mahidra App also.

                        Now payment paid, he told me that you have pay extra money 20, 000 per night for same hotel so whats meaning of taking membership.

                        This is very wrost experience with you & now we decide to cancel my membership & refund my money.


                        Kindly refund our money.

                        Never take membership of Club Mahindra & Its only taking company.

                        Yes, Club Mahindra is treating like local goons and gulping customers hard earned money without giving any benefits. It is worst travel cohort never try it and recommend to other innocent customers to not to resort to Club Mahindra.

                          I had taken club Mahindra membership on 7 th of July and canceled in 24 hours. I have been awaiting for refund from 3 month. I was told to wait till 10th Oct by when I will get my refund m. After so many emails and calls also, today on 10th Oct, refund was not issued.

                              I have taken Club Mahindra Membership No 3023415 for 3 years '' by making down payment of Rs. 37, 707 on[protected].

                              However, I wish to cancel Club Mahindra Membership due to following reasons:
                              • I had taken the membership considering I can visit most resorts as per my wish and as per my children's holidays. However, I find most of the resorts filled. I cannot go to holiday when my children have holidays in school.
                              • Club Mahindra representative have not intimated regarding White/Red/Purple Membership, which I came to know when I tried booking holidays in the month of Dec during holidays of my children.
                              • Club Mahindra representative have not intimated about booking of rooms based on the availability. I tried booking resort on various dates including weekends. However, I observed that all weekends are filled and only working days are vacant to be booked. Thus, Club Mahindra expects us to plan our holidays on the basis of the availability which is on working days and not on the basis of our leisure time. This may be due to limited resorts in comparison to number of members.
                              Hence, it is my sincere desire to surrender the Membership and get the refund in this respect. I also desire to resolve the matter amicably failing which I may decide my future course of action including legal recourse against the Company in an appropriate forum.

                                Case Number - 03467279- Go Zest membership period extension promised but denied

                                I had purchased 3 years Go Zest membership plan during Covid period, which was offered to me as a discounted special offer price. I was clearly informed at the time of buying the package, both by the sales agent who came in person, as well as company's Mumbai customer onboarding team ( over recorded phone from Mumbai), that the package is extendable beyond the given period of 3 years.

                                Misbehaviour of Club Mahindra employee visited my house

                                Club Mahindra Employee named Aadesh Shah visited my house to demonstrate company's holiday plan. I didn't like the offer so I said no. He started shouting and misbehaving in front of my family. My mom, wife and one year old son was present at that time. This kind of behaviour is not at all acceptable....

                                To get my refund back against my cancellation of membership

                                After I registered with club Mahindra, within 2 days I made up my mind to cancel membership .And I have done with all required procedure to get my refund back as per club Mahindra's term and condition .Then after I got mail from their side in which they have mentioned that I will get my refund back within 90 days .

                                Im complaining about unable to book in purple season

                                At the time of my payment I was informed that purple and red are interchangeable though it may cost some extra days but I can do the booking but today I'm unable to do any booking in purple season. Im having a red BR. Most of the holidays are in purple season now and u have outrightly cheated your customers....
