I have a Gold Credit Card of Deutsche Bank last 3 years...I have a good payment track record with CIBIL
as well as the Bank...unfortunately i got into bad liquidity crunch last 2 months and there was a delay for the first time on my credit card...collection agent came home and asked me to meet up with bank official
at M.G. Road, bangalore..I had mentioned to the executive that there is a temporary delay and i am making arrangements to pay up the minimum amount due to regularise the outstandings due..i had then travelled out to chennai for 5 days..on 2nd Feb morning around 10.00 am i got a call from a person quoting as a deutsche bank officer and he used the below foul language to me
why the you didn't pay the money ???/ u know the language that i am speaking...u r a bustard
i will show you...too dirty language for a corporate bank. ( above words repeated again and again)
