I have sent a consignment (document only) from Bangalore to Indore via AFL Wiz Express on 14th January 2011. The shipment number is[protected]. This consignment was addressed to IIM, Indore. Till 20th January 2011, the consignment has not been delivered. The tracking system in the AFL website was also not updated. I have made multiple calls to thier customer service centers in Bangalore, Mumbai and Indore and I did not get a proper response until 20/01/11 evening around 6 PM. Every one was putting the blame on the other location and looping me all around.
This is an application for my higher studies and had a deadline of 20th Jan
for submission.
Such is the pathetic service provided by one of the companies claiming to be one of the top logistics provider in India. Was this information helpful? | 
AFL Wiz Express — Not delivered
Sir, i booked a courier in AFL Wiz Express on 15/02/2010 from Chennai to Gorakhpur.(shipment no.[protected]. The scheduled delivery date was said to be 18/02/2010. now about a week has passed but still my courier has not reached the destination. I tried contacting the customer services but did not get a response from there. I also contacted the country office of AFL Wiz but they also did not give me a proper response. Sr, that consignment was very important to me. It was a gift and now the occasion has already passed.The response of the company in regard to my complain was also not satisfactory at all and therefore has lead to mental harassment of mine. so kindly note my complain in this regard and take the proper action as per your norms.Regards:
