Credit card payment — Card No. 447629995333736-Alleged not received payment

Credit card A/c No.[protected] -Confirmation of paymen of Credit Card bill Rs 16000

I have paid Credit card A/c [protected] bill of Rs 16000 vide Payinst#115951 drawn on HDFC Bank dated[protected]dropped in drop box at Satya Super market, Shivam Road, Hyderabad on 30-4-08 at 9 a.m. well in advance of due date. But today informed of not receipt of the bill amount.
Always I pay my bills without delay. Please check. All along I had no problem with drop box payment.
Confirm the payment at the earliest or conduct inquiry. I am poor customer should not be troubled.If you have not received I will take up the matter seriously & file necessary complaints.
Still not received, I will pay in your branch and close my credit card.
Hope you will try your best in tracing the Payinst Cheque.
For more than one hour I have tried with phone banking wasting lot of money but couldn't get connection.

Credit Card — About defaulter

I was deposited 20, 000 rupees in icici bank and get a credit card with this.
This card used by my uncle and they have not paid for that and bank makes my name in defaulter list and due amount also not more as my deposite .
Now how i can remove my name from this list i am very much agree to paid the payment please give me responce for the same.

the above mentioned particulars are showing the balance outstanding of Rs. 115270/- and the same were also written off on 31.12.2008 towards the balance of credit card a/c. Please acknowledge the details like name of Bank / Financial Institute / Finance company etc., branch address, to whom the same balance amount is due. It will help to settle the account accordingly.

I was holding an credit card of ICICI bank no. [protected] since oct 2003. in the month of jan I deposited Rs, 7, 200 by cheque through the agent of the bank but the agency did not deposited to the bank and then they put me defaulter list due the the complete error of the agency. after they tld me to deposit full amount in equal monthly installments of Rs.2, 252 per month but after ii find they are charging the finanace charge of Rs. 1, 196/- I was never told me about that as i feel they are robbing me. also made my name in defaulter list without any intimation/notice. Now how i can remove my name from this list i am very much paid the payment please give me responce for the same.
