[Resolved]  DTDC — Missing goods

dear sir,

I dont believe a company like DTDC had done this.The same thing happened to me also.I was sending a mobile handset and it was sealed.Now the person had received the package but there is no cellphone inside. I want to file a complaint against these guys.Please help me sir...These guys should be behind bars...Cheap people. For cheap and rascals like these India is still a developing country.I had sent the package to pune through the mathikere branch.My consignment number is B46950673.

i dont really believ tat DTDC can do dis thing.dis is d worst courier service available in india.it is the most dishonest courier service n never trust upon it.i was sent Rs 700 cash frm kota, rajasthan.it was despatched on 22nd nov, 2008 n wen i opened it on 25th nov, 08 i was shocked 2 find d envelope empty.i really needed d money n 4 me rs 10 is also imp.i m really tensed abt it n i m unable 2 solve dis prob coz m really need of money.y tese courier services play wit people's lyf i dnt knw.pls help m out how 2 overcome dis crisis.m really need money n it was a really big amount 4 me.d consignment no is Z76452621.it was being sent to patna.

hey u all are verry right Friends, sae with me, my friend send me a mobile from chennai and when i received it in delhi i found a stone inside it.now have complaint bout it and will get my justice for sure.myu consignment no is c24131586

My friend sent me some semi precious jewellery... Well he said it was not that pricey, but then it was purchased from a gold jewelry store. He sent a pendant, bracelet and a not that precious chain. When I received the courier, the pendant and the bracelet (I had to pass on the latter item to another friend) had totally vanished and the parcel looked as if it was totally untouched. The chain was fine, but the pendant which was along with the chain was missing. He sent the courier from Agra on 16th July, 2009, Thursday late afternoon and I received it on Saturday, July 18th, 2009 afternoon. And I went to another branch in Double Road (or KH Road) and they said nothing about it except asking me to call the office in Victoria Road! I've been trying to call the main office in Bangalore (Victoria Road) and no one's picking up the phone! my consignment number is Z94298118. And I lost a pendant and a bracelet, which was for a friend.

I have very recently had the same experience with DTDC. I sent a parcel containing 4 articles to my sister in Bangalore. When it was delivered, they found that only two articles were there. The parcel had been opened, these items removed, repacked and then delivered. Even on checking with the DTDC employees, we could ascertain that the package had been sent from Hyderabad with 800gms and delivered in Bangalore DTDC office also with 800 gms. But when they were delivered to my sister's house the weight is only 380 gms. When talking to the officials, they are telling me that I should have included a letter in the courrier stating all the items there, but they did not ask me to do this when booking the courrier... I have never seen such horrible service with any other courier company, and was shocked that this happened.

THIS PENDRIVE HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS FOR THE ADVOCATE.PLZ SEARCH OUT FOR THE PEN-DRIVE & WARRENTY CARD WHICH IS VERY VALUABLE FOR ME.

DTDC — Employee fault

i am worry about DTDC employees. I given a right address but they booked on wrong address. What is the problem with these employees...
I call them 20 times but no response.....

it happened with me too.
