I ,Shailesh Pagare ,had sent a gift parcel on 20th Oct 2008 through DTDC Courier services ,Karve road branch ,Pune,Under the consignment No P09337593.The Parcel contained a valuable gift i.e. Saree worth Rs 2250.But the parcel had not reached to the intended recipient till date.It was declared as lost by the organization and assured me of the compensation within 1 month.But till now i havent received neither any compensation nor any reply since last month.I have tried to remind them on mail and on phone also but all in vain.
I have got the consignment reciept and receipt copy of the "Application of Compensation" that i have given them.

I want to say that I have booked a courier opf my mother's medicine on 15th of october by DTDC PLUS service bcoz in thier pincode's booklet my destination adress PIN was given i.e. 274304. It reached gorakhpur and without any reason or problem thier gorakhpur franchise retuned it and I knew that matter on 21st oct (no inforamtion was given abt return of packet). And again on that date on saying of thier jamia nagar DTDC franchise, I again booked it by DTDC noraml service and again it reached gorakhpur on other day (22nd of oct). But from that day only they have not delivered it to my destination address till now and whenever I'm calling them they r saying they will deliver it tommorow. My mother's health is going worse day by day bcoz of lack of that medicine i have couriered. And in this case they are responsible of my mother's worsen health. She had accute diatbetes and with no medicine to take she had swellings and many complication arised.

On 26/06/2009 we did consignment from your branch office sector-28 , Faridabad ( Haryana ) document number =Z 91944846 , being a sender we need a receipt acknowledgment of consignment.

Even we went so many time to branch and regular requested on cell phone more than last 1 & half month , but branch manager of Faridabad always neglect to us and saying DTDC Faridabad branch nothing can do and we have to direct contact B-101 Nariana office .when we try to contact at Nariana office even answer was not at satisfactory level.

It’s a matter so socking such a DTDC courier company manager answer is like that .

Due to not receipt of acknowledgment of consignment we facing so much difficulty and have a penalty from Estate officer , HUDA , Faridabad .

I have booked a consignment by "air" with DTDC for Kolkata 700 027 from New Delhi 110028 on Oct 14 with a commitment of next day delivery, that is Oct 15. For handling promptness the booking was done directly at the DTDC New Delhi's Regional Office in Naraina.

First the tracking shows delivery to FIROZABAD, 283202 while it is consigned for Kolkata!! Then handed over for transit to Kolkota Oct 14 which got changed to Oct 15, then movement Mumbai to Kolkata with Oct 16 arrival in Kolkata??

Inspite of repeated tel calls and visits to their Regional Office the consignment has, as of 2 pm Oct 16, not been delivered.

DTDC executives have kept on providing misleading information, including calling up the consignee and not their own office or delivery persons to find out if the delivery has been made, asking the address when the consignment is well labeled with the full adress and contact numbers.

This is ridicules, on top of the tracking system providing some info and DTDC executives insisting not to be concerned with those details which are in error, also per them, consignment booked on Oct 14 around 1 pm, will go out of Delhi only on Oct 15, which is the standard system and why am I bothering them about it!!

Accountability norms need to be tightened with stiff penalities for dejicencies in service. Importance and urgency of the consignments must be appreciated and actioned upon.

Dear Sir,

Unfortunately we have sent a courier by so called best courier service DTDC with above mention no.,which was done on 5th 0ct. from Ghaziabad (U.P.) and was received late in Kolkatta after too many follow ups I requested them to get it back because person to whom it was to be delivered departed for U.S.,again I requested to return me back immediately by Friday ie on9,oct09 so I can give this packet to my another friend who is going to U.S. on 12 oct 09 evening. After discussion with ghaziabad office they confirmed that your courier is at our delhi office and will be delivered to you on saturday 10.10.09,but unfortunately it is not delivered till date.
I have spoken thousand times atn your ghaziabad office they have only one answer we are helpless again I requested to deliver it at my place in delhi for that a new number of delhi was given ,concern was Mr. rahul ,mobile no.[protected],and miss rajshree [protected],

Behavior of Miss Rajshree was totally poor I think you people have not taught how to behave with customers
MissRajshree even was not ready to listen and Mr.Rahul did not wanted to come on telephone

You are requested to kindly arrange to send this courier to U.S. at your cost and also compensate to me for my mental harrasement and for your poor service

I booked a consignment in DTDC Giridih Branch (Jharkhand) on dated 27.07.2009 vide Shipment No. K35243992. Till now, the consignment is not delivered to its destination. I querry several times from DTDC Giridih regarding this, but fails to get any satisfied answer.. says allways "we are trying .......we are trying.... only".

Now I m in your forum, hence requested to take some strick action to this Company.

Today I encountered the most atrocious and misbehaved courier delivery man. The man pressed the door bell 4 times within 10 seconds and had already vanished when I opened the door after 20 seconds. I called out and he returned , but when I asked him why he was in such a rush and why cant he wait for 30 secs , he raised his voice (and I mean really raised, like shouting) and started using vulgarities. He gave his name as Ramashankar Prajapati. This man is really giving a bad name to DTDC which was the pioneer of courier services in India. I wish Mr.Subhasish Chakraborty and Mr. S.K.Mukhopadhyay could be made aware of this scenario. Hope they take some action against such delivery men so that others dont have to face the aggravation I did.

Since last three months i am suffering from this problem.

I have purchased a product,i.e.DVD Player from Home Shop 18. I found some fault in the product so sent it for replacement to the company via DTDC courier from Jamnagar-Gujarat to Delhi.

Still that product has not delevered to the party. Authorized person from DTDC says that they have delevered the product,but they are not agree to give the P.O.D as par Home Shop 18 requirement.

Today DTDC Authority openly said that we can't Do any thin. We can not provide you the Proof of Delivery.

I wish that someone will help me out.

I, Kavya Nallapu sent a consignment on September 29th from DTDC Authorised Branch in Madhapur to be delivered to Wyra .The consignment is still not delivered .The online tracking information displays the status as "IN TRANSIT" . When enquired about the same in Khammam Super Franchisee Office , we were updated that the consignment is missing on Oct 1st and can't be delivered . The phone attendant in Khammam office was very rude during his response to the call .I raised a complaint on Oct 1st with the hyderebad head office (Complaint No:1939 , Contact Person Anuradha ) . I've also raised complaints online in the website www.dtdc.in and the complaint form no : CFD0024804 .The consignment contains a TITAN gold analog watch worth Rs 1650 along with the guarantee card and the box .I used the mention piece service of DTDC as I was suggested by the Madhapur Branch Office worker that its the most trusted and safest mode of transfer .I'm completely dissappointed by the most best service of DTDC .

There customer care is just pathetic .They dont pick up the calls , they have an email ID from which we never received any replies .

DTDC is the worst courier co. ever .

I have a inbound packet from India Infoline Limited, Mumbai consignment no# C[protected];

1) it has been delivered on some wrong address..?? I was told that DTDC will recover & deliver within a week..................??????????
2) for more than 3 weeks of complain filing there is no response..? despite regular followup..?
3) when try to contact customer support, either phone is engaged or there is no response..!!

This is POOREST of customer response, I have ever seen in all the times...first you do mistake, accept & still can not rectify the same. please let me know someone responsible who can help & solve this problem..in absence of any response, I'll be forced to take different measures.

I know this mail wont be of any importance to you , i can guess it from the way your franchisie owners are responding.But even then with a hope of some positive outcome i am writing u this mail. My courier no. Z[protected] i have byhearted this no.thanks to your people) has been sent from delhi on 19th of sep 09 , it reached to my city Korba on 23rd or 24th but has not been deliver till now. I have contacted the person operating in delhi, bilaspur and korba but all waste as customer delight is not there aim. finally i came to know that the delivery boy has taken the courier from the korba office and god knows what he is doing with it , still has not delivered it to me.

it may be a small issue for you but i will keep it in my mind that not to deal with DTDC in my entire life and will suggest the same.

kindly have some check system to ensure timely delivery.

Still it could not be delivered at the address. there is importnat document in that enevelop . I humbly request to you that plz take action and delivered it as soon as possible. Hi ,
I have lost my Ipod which i have send through DTDC in july and have applied for compensation ,but still i have not got the compensation.
So , i request you to pease help me in filing case against DTDC.

I am writing this mail with regard to the problem I have faced because of inefficiencies from DTDC courier personnel.
The courier was sent to my wife 'Manju Manik' from my mother 'Mrs. Savita
Manik' few days back on 29th June 2009.: docket no. Z94776124


I have the following complaints to make against the courier delivery and
behavior from the DTDC personal.

1. The courier was totally eaten by rats inside and was overtaped to
camouflage the eaten courier contents by many tapes on top.
2. The DTDC site: http://www.dtdc.in/dtdcTrack/Tracking/consignInfo.asp

indicates that the courier has been delivered on 2nd July 2009, when there
has been actually no real delivery. A snapshot of the same is attached
along. I do not understand when my wife had not signed anywhere on the
receipt sheets, how does DTDC claim that it has been delivered. I even have
snapshots of the rat eaten parel and the unsigned receipts.
3. When my mother approached the DTDC desk in Muzaffarnagar, she is told
that she need not worry and that the courier has been safely been delivered
at Bangalore. How grossly the false staments have been made from both sides
from DTDC personal; is an amazing aspect ?

Since the courier contained some expensive suits that were prepared and
sent by my mother for my wife,courier carried an emotional touch.
With such an inefficient way of dealing of the courier by the DTDC
personal, it has brought a lot of emotional and mental stress (as well as financial loss) to all o[censored]s.

I informed them telephonically and thru. email about the failure of the delivery of my courier
from DTDC personal.
I was asked to put the complaint in writing to them (Mr. Mohan R, stationed in Bangalore Customer care office) and I did the same. via this mail, along with the relevant details.
However, inspite of repeated reminders to them, they have not responded even single time for last 2 months.

I request that an action is initiated in this regard, so that we are paid
back for the big troubles we have gone through.

D[protected] document number of DTDC. This material sent on 09.09.09. from Naktala branch (KF-055). The proprietor of Naktala branch is Mr. Biseswar Chakraborty. The material sent with declaration form duly filled on 09.09.09 and handed over to Naktala branch. We continuously following up with them. Initially, they told that due to rain in Delhi, it is very difficult to deliver. On 17th September'09 they said that the document of declaration is lost from Delhi (informed by Mr. Biseswar Chakraborty) and the same day we filled it again and handed over to Naktala branch. Even after repeated follow up , till the material is not delivered to Noida.
Now, I want the compensation for this of INR 100000 for harassment and unnecessary delay. The cost of material itself is INR 5000 (approx).Delhi branch is also very reluctant to deliver the same. I want immediate action on this.

i courier from vidhya nagar from gujrat to billimora from this courier service DTDC they tolm me to sure that my courier reache there in next day but next day courier dont reach in time .its imergency to reach in time because in the courier i sent medicine its imergency to reach the medicine in time.i call the office of courier compani they said they have no courier about the courier after my many calls they told me that your courier is reach u after 3 days and said that we cant do nothing in this matter and told me call later and after call to them they told me you call to other branch like surat valsad and vadodara from billimora branch and they told me that this is not my responcibility u call other branch to find where is your courier ?the billimora branch ownere talking very bedly with me and my mother who called for inquiry .and nthing to suspect about the courier .sir take some action againts theme because i send imergency medicine..

Hi Sir

DTDC courier services is one of the most trusted services for delivering mails in India.
I used their services to submit my application in the month of June.
The application was destined to Sikkim University from Birbhum district in West Bengal.
I was so sure about their delivery that I did not check whether my consignment reached
Sikkim or not. Moreover I had to return to US, so I got busy thereafter. But when I
did not receive any communication from the university even after 2 months I got worried.
I checked with the authorities and found that my application did not reach the concerned people.
I am also surprised if the consignment could not be delivered why wasn't it returned, since SIkkim
has a very difficult terrain and at times delivery might be difficult. Then I checked with the online tracking services I found the status as IN TRANSIT. My consignment number is w10031165. I availed their faster services which is costlier than their normal delivery charges.
I cannot hold the whole DTDC services responsible but there must be few in them whose sheer negligence caused this mess. I would like some action to be taken against them. We practically have no other alternatives but to trust these services for our official work and a negligence of the smallest kind at times can cause great irreparable damages.

The consignmnet was booked through your office at adarsh nagar jalandhar (ZE-270) vide receipt no z97769367 dt. 7.9.2009 for destination MOHALI (Pb.) with a promise that it will be delivered on next day i.e 8.9.2009 but till date not delivered. I regret to inform yoy that Your representatives dealing at the above office are too much non-cooperative, their behaviour towards the customers is very rude.More over they are not ready to provide the address of delivery office at Mohali.you are requested to please let me know the delivery office at your mohali station so that the same can be taken from them personally.

I want to register a complaint against DTDC courier. My friend sent one consignment on 2nd of September which have not been delivered so far.

During the couriering time they said by paying Rs. 750/- they will deliver the consignment within 2 days and by paying Rs. 500 /- in 4 days. We opted the Rs. 750/- option. 3rd and 4th was off in Hyderabad due to death of YSR Reddy. Even considering this, it is more than 5 days excluding the those 2 days. But I have not received the courier yet.

When I called the local DTDC unit ([protected]). They were saying that your door was looked (on 8th September) but the address I have provided is my office address (i.e. Microsoft India Pvt. Ltd., Microsoft campus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad) which never closed even in the weekends they open for the mail service officially. When I conveyed same message he said whatever you want to do either call BUSH or anyone. This is the secondary thing but I have not got my consignment yet which is my primary concern. There are saying they will delivery it tomorrow which is 10th of September. But don’t know whether they will able to deliver it by tomorrow or not.

I would like to take some action, I had urgency of that consignment and even after paying premium amount, I am not getting the service. Even if not consider my the other losses there is direct loss of paying premiums amount (It is containing my GMAT exam material which is already scheduled for Nov month). It is totally cheating the consumer because they usually don’t speak out about their right. I am looking for your help.
