Sir/Madam,

Because of certain dirty corrupt loafers in ICICI Bank rupees more than thousand crores is while ignoring the RBI directions and also deliberately released on benami names against the Government policies on fraudulent sanctions like credit facilities to Sakthi Industries [ Loan A/C Number :[protected] and Sakthi Creations [ Loan A/C Number :[protected] ] in Vijayawada just nothing but industrial loans on deviating the policies of agricultural sector loans on intentionally deserted the formers is a grave offence to be viewed very seriously if not considered shall also be presented in the High Court of AP for appropriate directions to CBI and other probing authorities to look into the matter of very serious fraud to seize the entire business of said ICICI Bank in India in the interest of public justice since SSI units like above said Sakthi Industries & Creations are very badly suffered on sudden raise of interest rates and also are going to be cornered on hotplate by throwing the nearly 250 workers into streets at the only mistakes due to corruption & bribery of said ICICI Bank . Concerned police, GPF & labour authorities are also silent on bribes while ignoring the assurances of great Constitution of India.

Hence all the competent officers are liable for prosecution to get back the losses on immediate recoveries properly and to fund back to the deserved formers and also compensate & rehabilitate appropriately the SSI units like Sakthi Industries & Creations as aimed in the policies of RBI & the Governments in India.

ICICI Bank — Due amount not paid

ICICI Housing Loan No. LBTVM[protected] closed on[protected]. A post-dated cheque for Rs. 10201/- was presented on 07-02-10 by the bank and amount realised. On request, only Rs. 9649/- was refunded. On complaint, it was assured that the balance would be credited to my account within a week. But no credit even after two months. Pl refund the excess amount collected and avoid taxing customers which will defame the organisation..

I am having savings bank account with number [protected] in State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, Mylapore Branch, Chennai. But the in the cheque it was wrongly mentioned as State Bank of India which has resulted in REJECTION OF THE CHEQUE vide RETRUN MEMO DATED 12.03.2010 by ICICI Bank, Anna Salai, Chennai.
Kindly do the needful by sending a revised cheque immediately.

ICICI Bank — Wrong Information Provide to CIBIL

I have applied a car loan last month. Unfortunately, I got a call from the bank that my car loan was declined due pending balance in the CIBIL report. In the document one personal loan is showing of Rs 40000. I was shocked because in my whole life I have never taken any personal loan. To sort out this problem I consult with your two ICICI bank branches (Sushant Lok Gurgaon & Sector 14 Gurgaon, Haryana) but no solution came out. After that I talked with customer care and she said in our data base only your name & date of birth is matched and rest of the details which I told her was not matching so I would like to request you please help me to sort out this problem from CIBIL side.
