[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card

Issue still pending from last 2 years...

This is regarding my credit card no. 4477 xxxx xxxx 2007 bank icici new delhi, my credit card limit was rs. 20000/- and bank sent me a statement of rs. 34000/-they have charged me over my bill limit and as per cibil i have to pay only rs. 2500/- . For the recovery of excess payment they called me many time even thought i am ready to pay the amount as per cibil, but they threaten me to pay the excess amount, i am mentally harassed by them, bank people call me more than 10 time every day.

I want to settel the due payment as per the cibil only.

Dear sir,

My name is Mr. Amarnath R.holder of the icici credit card since 4 years, but now im facing problem in your service, even though i have paid my dues, you are charging late fee and even through the amount is debited in my A/c, icici bank is denying the amount credited and now you have blocked the card, what is this, mistake is yours, suffers are the customers? This is not fare on your part. Please rectify and make necessary arrangements to re activate the card.

ICICI Bank — harresment for payment of forcefully sanctioned loans

Dear Sir
I am holding a savings bank account in icicibank at karkhana branch which is a salary account.on this basesis i was sanctioned a personal loan of 3lakhs with emi of 10548/month.then in the middele again the icicipeople forcefully sanctioned 2 more loans of 245000 each with a monthly emi of 6900 on each loan.again on the basis of my account and regular repayment history HSBC,ABN AMRO,ICICI CREDITCARD also sanctioned me forcefully personal loans.now as i am unable to pay the emis because the total of emi amount for all this loans comes to almost 1.5 times my monthly salary.however with great difficulty i have closed the first loan of 3 lakhs by completing all the emis.i request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.regards.irfan siddiqi

In the month of October my transaction with the booking of 2 tickets with Fame Cinamas for Rs.719.02 ps showed invalid as I could no remember my card password. ICICI/ Creditcard — I want to redeem the rewards points

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been using my credit card for the last 6 years. My card no. is [protected]. I wanted to redeem my reward points. So I called up your customer care deptt. I was told to talk to hthe imint people. When I called them, I was surprised to know that I had zero reward points to my credit. I was also told that the reward points to my credit were cancelled on the instructions from your bank. I want to know the reason.

ICICI — inappropriate debit

I had a ICICI credit card on which some amount of interest was charged due to late payment. The reason being I was not receiving the statements. This amount coupled with interest and late payment fee grew to a substantial limit and automatically debited from my savings account which was unfortunately with the same bank(although I had not opted for any auto debit facility). In this manner I lost a substantial sum of Rs8000 approx. What can I do to recover this amount?

ICICI Bank — NOT DELIVER YET

Dear Team, I hv sent a birthday gift to my father on 20th from delhi, and rite now its 25th till time no delivery was made of the gift, even no details are available on net.Just want to know is this only the purpose of the such branded organisation. Why customer satisfaction is missing in this organisation. Now i cannot trust any more n wont use facilities of the same organisation any more.
Will apprecitae if can not maintain theri data then they hv no right to work in this field.

ICICI - ATM — ATM- machine released wrong amount

I have entered in ATM Rs.20000/- two withdraw the same, but the atm only release Rs.12000/-. i have given written complaint to the bankers. the banker replied "as per our records it has been fully paid " . i am unable to get my amount.

further one of the bank employees says, the atm machine not having capacity to release Rs.20000/- in single time then how it has been debited Rs.20000/- in single time i couldn't understand. i have follow up the bankers for last two month but i am unable to get any correct reply from the banker side.

ICICI Bank — Discripency in Debit Card Transactions

Hi
Myself Amit Sehgal resident of Central Delhi, has a Salary Account with Icici Bank since last four years,also using a Credit card with 2 Personal Loans and a Car Loan which has just got over. I have been paying every EMI and Payments on Time which proves my Credibility and Loyalty to the Banks. But inreturn ICICI bank is Penalizing with something which is their fault and they call it a system error.
I went abroad with Rs 3000 in my Account and when I came back and checked my Account after 5 or 6days it was debit 127000/-. On my Inquiry to the same I was told that it was a SYSTEM ERROR that whosesoever withdrew money there wheteher you or anyone else was converted into INR. For Example, if someone withdrew 100pounds(Rs7300 )the SYSTEM converted into 100 rupees. So this way my Account became -RS 127000, and now they blame me for the same stating that you have to pay the whole amount ignoring the fact that if a customer has RS 3000 in his account that to Savings Account not the Credit Card how can someone withdraw so much money and if something like this happens its a clear cut fault of the bank. And the Customer should not be held responsible for the same. And its my Salary Account and they told me that we will deduct the salary against that money and this is the only source of Living for me and I really cant fulfill my other Commitments too. And there has been no Correspondence from their side too and when I try to do, they respond in a very Unprofessional and Roude Manner. Also I have started getting calls from the Recovery Team and two days back their executive also came at home.
So I seek your help and hope to get the Resolution from you,

your first mistake was to have the account in non sheduled bank, As you know the staff of the bank are nearer to fresh, without banking experiance. Bank use to either hire a persons from stock market or from local co-operative banks. this new fresh experiance people don't know the basic of banking. some of them are not knowing the work "NPA", "Instrument" Etc. Have to account in a good nationalised bank. You can always relay on them. This banks are like butterfly. Anyway

you can find the solution of the same.

1]. Present the counter slip of your check, when you deposited the check to bank with bank stamp.
2]. ask them either to credit the balance in you account. or return the instrument (check) back to you with the reason why the check got bounsed. they have to responde you.
3]. Register a Criminal Suit Against The Banker 402, 420 IPC ACt Also intimate for the same to reserver bank of india address given below

Rs.15000 has wrongly been deducted towards payment of iciciprulife bill without my request through ICVBP where as I have paid the amount on 09/02/10 through my Credit Card. E -statement of my credit card shows double deduction which needs to be corrected.

Request take up the matter with icici bank credit card to rectify the wrong transaction.

ICICI Bank — Wrongly debt of Rs 18659 in my account on dated 11 Feb 2010

I Chander Shekhar , a Payroll Account holder with ICICI Bank & had a credit card of the same bank, Since long time I was using the credit card , & used to pay their dues on the time, once I dropped the cheque but the same bank refused the cheque due to mismatch the signature , while my signature was not differ, then their credit card division called me up & I paid in cash, one month later they debited the heavy charges in my statement , I told them to waive off these charges, after some time they called me up for settlement, & i was agreed on this but my bank put my full amount which was more then double from actual dues in lean, I instructed my bank not to debit the same amount without my instruction, but they did the same. So this is the question on bank reliability.

i purchased the TAX saving bond in year 2005 . it maturity in month of march 10. please do the correspondence on this address .

Debit Card Of ICICI Bank — 24 by 7 customer care service

A Debit Card holder looted for 11,543/-Rs.within half an hour!

Respected Sir/Madam,

Following incidence took place on 26Th.January 2010 i.e. on republic day of our nation raising many issues pertaining to safety of funds with ICICI bank. I am an officer in a public sector company under ministry of defense. I am your customer for more than a decade. Salaries of many co-officers and employees in my organization are credited by ECS in ICICI bank. Mine is a joint account.
While I was on a business trip to Chennai, my wife was to Big Bazaar which is hardly 10 minuets scooter drive from my residence. She parked her Activa scooter in their authorized parking lot and unfortunately, without collecting her wallet which was kept in helmet box, provided under scooter seat, she went for purchasing. After reaching in a shop, she noticed that her wallet containing debit card numbered above is forgotten in a scooter dickey. She immediately rushed to the parking, but by that time the wallet was stolen from the dickey.
This incidence has raised many doubts in our mind. Hope you will take little pain to clarify them.

1) She immediately tried to block the card by contacting your 24 hour customer service but almost for half an hour there was no response. She contacted me to Chennai, I also tried the numbers but unfortunately there was no any response. An immediate response would have saved my hard earned money.
2) When she could develop contact, she was asked about last transaction and other relevant details. She got information from call centre that there were two transactions from an Adidas shop worth Rs.1819/-&2938/-.These were performed by the thief. She requested to block the card immediately. By the time card was blocked another two transactions took place worth Rs.3288/- & 3499/-.By immediately blocking the card at least it was possible to restrict these two transactions.
3) After reaching home from Big Bazaar she mailed the complaint to customer care, but surprisingly there was a telephone call on succeeding day.
4) The police complaint was lodged on 27Th.instant and photocopy was faxed to your office. Your representative approached my residence on 6Th.February.
5) The rebock dealer, where card was used did not have a web camera.
6) The act was performed on 26Th.January but mini statement print out shows that the transaction has taken place on 27 Th. January.
7) Can a security measure be introduced to debit cards to avoid such incidence?
8) The manager of adidas shop remembers the faces of culprit and has agreed to co-operate in case of police proceedings if any, like preparing sketching of the culprits. Can ICICI take up such issues and give confidence to their customers?

ICICI Bank — two wheller loan

Subject: Regarding Remittance of my Loan

Till Now I Remitted Rs. 1448/- Per month as my due, I have 3 More dues only now I have been informed by bank that here after

I approached customer care and I get dull response They told me that its due to cheque bounce.

Around six months before I got message is my mobile that my cheque was bounced when I enquire they told that there is no such account. But it is my salary account still it is in use Canara Bank.

Any how to avoid this type of issues there after i made my due remittance in person
I don’t know why I have to pay 225 rupees
So I request you to do needful for to remit my due as per old schedule

I have stopped my due payment due to this confusion

If you clear my grievance, I am ready to settle the remaining amount in an single payment
