[Resolved]  S RAVI SHANKAR — Ticket not booked but payment made

Yesterday the 13th instant, I tried to book 4 tickets to Coimbatore by 1013 LTT Coimbatore Express to travel on 21st Oct. 2010. After a long effort, my tickets booked and directed me to make payment. The payment is made thru SBI IRCTC Credit Card and also received a confirmation for having debited Rs.4600/- at about 1.21 pm. Whereas, my tickets are not booked yet. Kindly let me know the status and in case my booking is not confirmed, re-credit the amount of Rs. 4600/- to my SBI card account. Membership No. [protected]. Also, please let me know the exact web-site to book tickets thru online by my existing SBI IRCTC Card. You are aware that I am regular traveller booking thru SBI Card. On earlier days it was very easy to book tickets but with the recent upgradation of site, I feel it very difficult to access the site and book tikets. Almost in all step by step stages the website logingout automatically with the remark "WEBSITE UNAVAILABLE" and we have to undergo the process from the bigining each and everytime.
