worst service offered by univer cell stores....i gave my mobile for service n its almost 2weeks now they have not yet given my mobile.going on delaying it.i suggest every 1 never purchase mobiles 4m univer cell...worst n worst

Hi,
I purchased J-600 mobile on 3/08/08.I am facing problem of battery problem, headphones not working well and connector.Head phones are replaced but again problem came then the person in charge of service station said headphones are not in stock come later. after next week i went there he told me that u r headphone guarantee is over. Then he gave me faulty headphones again.Then i given my mobile for connector problem he accepted and told me to come after a week.after 1week he said come next week still he was giving dates me to come then i had couple of words with him then he gave me my mobile.after that my memory card is not detecting.GPRS is not working connector is not woking so that i cant recharge my cel. now i haven my cel to other service station in last months now they are telling me hardware is damaged it wil cost me Rs.4000/-my mobiles guarantee wil over on 3rd august next month.Mr.kore the incharge of service station misbehaved with me n my father n handded me faullty mobile.then i called customer care no.then i called there that person talking with me said to fire a complaint against us.plz resolve or i have to go for consumer court.now my mobile is sent to mumbai plz help.

I had porches samsang Mobile L 7000 on December 08. before two days white lining developed in mobile screen daily its increasing and now its covered half screen. Yester day I went your service centre they agreed with my problem but due to unavailability of new screen they asked me to contact after 10 days Minimum and it can be increased by next 10 days too. My complain No. A[protected] dated 17. 7. 09
I was disagreed with this time line and there for I made call to tour customer care No. 30308282 my BP No. [protected] they are also not giving any positive reply. They told me “ if your problem not solved in 15 days then you can contact us. This type of problem gets more time due to parts unavailable we can’t give any time line ” all model of your new mobile are available in small shop of local market. And change parts also available there in ready stock. But when we are going your service centre for Under warranty period that time only this type of problem arising. We are filling very bad due to this type of treatment. You are managing all material for new sales but parts takes 15 days. Is this fare ?

I have a Samsung SGH-E250 mobile phone. The phone was working fine till last week.
From last few days when i insert any SIM (Airtel, Aircel, Reliance) the phone starts normally, after the greeting message it shows the service poviders name also but after that shows LIMITED SERVICE, and when i try to make a call or check balance the phone displays NO NETWORK.
But if i insert BSNL SIM the mobile fine.

I am unable to connect Samsug mobile S3310 metro with PC. It is not compatible with window XP/Vista for internet surfing. Also the service of Samsung mobile customer care in lucknow is not satisfactory .

Handsfree probelom
I purchased samsung mobile model B259 on 15/06/2009 and Sr no. A0000014ZA40AD it gets Some time outgoing voice problem. I lodged the complaint at service centre sector 27 Noida Near vinayak Hospital but they are saying that they are not having its main board(PB) with them and whenever they get it from HO they will inform me but after repeated requests thy have not called me yet.Please guide me what to do.

I have purchased SCH-W299 Dual SIM in April 09.I am getting continually irritating sound in speaker while talking in both SIM.I have locked the complaint 4 times but still has same issue.Every time the service center people keep my mobile with them and returning with same issue i dont what they are doing .I fed up with these to go to service center.I need to replace my cell phone.

Can you please tell me to whom i need to contact for replacement???

i have given my phone i.e GT-M3510 at the samsung service centre i.e at 15/E(666)Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneshwar for repairing under warranty on 14/7/2009.But they have not deliver it to me till date. I have gone many times to their to get my phone back, but the people in this service center are not able to give it back as they are not able to solve it. they are giving me date after dates, and i am fed up with their service. On 28/08/09 i went there again and they gave me a new problem in my mobile which was not previously there. 0n 1/08/09 i again went there and they told me that your problem is not yet solved.when i asked them to show my mobile they gave it to me and i found that my memory card wasnot functioning which was funtioning when i gave them my phone to them.this is the 2nd problem which is encountered when my mobile was with them.

the service centre people had given me the date 4/08/09 to say whether my phone motherboard will be replaced or all the problems will be solved in the service centre .today is 6/08/09 but till yet they have not informed me also they are also not taking our phone calls.

if they are not keeping their commitments, so why they giving such commitments.but i think no strong steps are yet taken by you so that i can get my phone.

i am fed up by this service.if you will keep the mobile with you for a long time then what is the meaning of giving 1 year warranty. i request you to take some initiatives so that i can get my phone as soon as possible with all the problems solved in it.

I bought Samsung B310 model and within 6 months it was under problem.So i gave for servicing in authorised centre.they told IME no was erased and to register it they need 10 days of time.but after 1.5 months i got a mobile which wasnt mine.battery has been replaced and all parts are replaced.When i asked about this to them, they are behavg rudely
whom should i ask for this.
