SBI Credit card reward points redeeming has to be done on difficult to get helpline numbers. The correct procedure is not explained anywhere, and no online link provided for this task. As if SBI wants that most people should not avail redeeming and eventually lapse their points and forget about them for ever.
WIth so many complaints floating on net surprising that it has not yet reached in the deaf ears of the SBI departments.
Let us wait untill either the simplified procedure implemented or points scheme abolished altogether...
