suzuki heat — charge more price

my brother purchase suzuli heat bike from gitansh auto ludhiana
we ask the price of suzuki heat for two model one is alloy wheel second is spoke wheel .they first tell difference in price of Rs 1000 because alloy wheel model is more price than spoke wheel. brother purchase spoke wheel but they charge price of alloy wheel.
we say to their is differce at purchase time but they said price same on this blief .we puchase bike but after some days we get knowlegde from suzuki web site their is differencein price

my suzuki heat bike is very poor perfomance. rear and front shok is not good. i change a brek lamp is 5 times is not lasting. iam complant to delar service manager he not responding

i have bought suzuki heat in 2007 till now i could not able to find any a single spare part of it in the market and the servicing is worst at suzuki service centers since 4 years i faced lot of problems using it please be careful in buying a newbike
