Tata Docomo — Harrasment to the customer
Dear Sir,I have a Tata Docomo Connection with me. I have deposited 300 Rs. deposite with them. I was out of country for 3 months and was not able to make the payment. I returned only last week to get a notice from Lokayukta to which the complaint has been lodged by Docomo people. I am very much angered with the step of theirs. I had promised them that i will make the payment of 798 Rs. by this weekend. They have taken a hasty step before that itself. I thought this forum would be appropriate to file a complaint against the company.
There is no such instruction that if the person do not make the payment they will file the complaint in Lokayukta. I will take necessary legal action against the company.
