sir, i got a blackberry phone and this is first time ever i use it. so i called vodafone customer care for assistance. they misguide me that plan of rs. 399/month will make you download unlimited and no cost will be charged on internet except video streaming and vodafone live.i said okay and got the plan. now i am upgrading my BBM and it charged from my main balanced. and i again called your customer care.they are very rude. they ask for wait wait wait every time. after aprox. 15 minutes they transfer my call to supervisor. and he said i can not give your money back. if you misguide us and don't help us, then where will we go.? its a request if you understand my problem. and help me out. its not about money i've lost. but make sure that this will never happen again and never misguide any customer . thanking you nayan([protected]) Was this information helpful? | |||

Myself Malkiat Singh I am using vodafone no. [protected] only for the purpose of Internet by using USB stick . Vodafone is regularly deducting my balance . I have never opted for any other service . When I talked to customer care executives named Snil, Gurdeep and Neelam on 19 may 2012 but they failed to give me proper explanation. Vodafone is failing to resolve my problem

there is a trend to deduct unauthorized charges by mobile operators.
My vodafone number is [protected]. Vodafone deducted 30 rupees from my account stating that jobs alert pack has been activated.
there was no request made from my side to activate this pack, this kind of frauds has been done by vodafone in the past as well but i did not took any action.
please refund this amount as soon as possible.

when ever i recahrge my vodafone mobile a/c to make out going calls, the company will deduct my bal without my confirmation & says it has been added from my side so regarding this i have already spoke with the customer care sevice team & for that their respond is it has been added from my side but i have not done any thing no value added services has been added from my end.............their are still sending the flash msg on my mobile................

I have a vodafone number of pune. When I go to Mumbai, I should not be charged any extra movie for using services over there. That's the case with other service providers (Reliance, Airtel etc). However Vodafone charges me as if I am on roaming.. My call charges are not as per the Bonus Cards I selected. This happens every time. But I did not notice the my balance was getting deducted for messages as well. Strange part is I was not alerted as ususally after I call, that my balance was reduced to say X amount..
Suddenly I see my balance is reduced to zero for that.
I talked to customer care people before regarding the same, they told SMS wont be chargable. But somehow I see my balance was reduced to zero today. I got stuck in middle of something & could not get in touch with my relatives because of that.
Over and above that, when I called customer care, no buddy responded properly. First two people said they have no idea why my 76 odd rs were deducted suddenly. When I asked to transfer the line to the higher authority, they keep the line on Hold and do not respond at all.
The same was the case when I called again and talk to another representative "Deepak". He atleast gave me proper reason why y balance got deducted ie Because of the messages I sent.. However He did not answer properly why I did not get any alerts after any messages that the amount has been reduced from my account. Also he did the same thing, kept me on hold while I asked him to forward the line to his superior.
What I am trying yo find here is
1) why is Vodafone considering Mumbai as roamig for other Maharashtra customers, while other providers dont.
2) Why was there no alert at all & my balance got reduced to 0??
3) Why is Customer Care(Supposed to be Happy to Help) are not helping at all and just keeping customers on HOLD and never to pick up again?
Please guide me.

my complaint is aginst the vodafone customer care. i got my phone recharged on 6th of august with rs.401, 399 was deducted for my internet services and i got message that my service will be activated soon. but nothing happened after 6 hours. i am calling them from last 5 days but nothing has happened till now. niether my interner services are activated nor my balance has been refunded. i cant even call them from my own number!!! whenever i call them they tell me to wait and now they are saying they cant refund my amount they even cut our calls sometime. they tell me that i sent a message to deactivate my account but i did nothing like that. i am so helpless right now only you people can help me. please help
