When i went buy in dmart supermarket, sheikpet hyderabad, i had taken half kg packet of kabuli chenna, it has mrp 66 rupees and while billing the mrp was 86 ruppees on that they are giving the discount, this how they are cheating the people finally i argued with them but they are refused to sell the product at mrp
i wanted to make the people aware about this

    Cheating customers with unethical return and replacement policy

    Bought items including garments with bill numbers 04-0036 amount rs. 4058/- and 09-0095 amount rs. 2848/- both dated[protected] at tolichowki branch, hyderabad. While purchasing when enquired with the sales exeuctive i was told that garments can be exchanged later for any genuine issues.     I am a regular customer of dmart warangal location every month i do shopping worth of atleast rs 5000 to 10000 . Yesterday i visited d mart and in parking place some one has pulled his bike and went away so there was an empty space so i went to park my vehicle and the security was so rude and did not let me park and he started pulling my bike with his hands and i felt very bad . Is this is the way of welcoming a customer and i went away without shopping i feel bad to say dmart warangal has lost a loyal customer just because of rude behaviour of security in parking place. One more thing always preference is given to customers who come in cars and two wheeler customers are treated very badly . So this is the kind of the environment you are providing to your customers. I request the mangers or officials of dmart warangal to do some thing about it as i am not coming back to shopping and i will share this to my friends and relatives.

    Dated 30 April 2016 we purchased some of material from D mart Kalamboli outlet. In this we found 2 milk pouches of each 1 L found to be disturbed.. So kindly take into action and give me money or replacement for this.

      Today (i.e 18/04/16) at 1 p.m.your cashier
      Misbehaved with me and counter no is 16.she said i dont have change and when we are moving she called me back and said ok i have change .finally after billing she thrown the bill in rude manner and she did'nt given hand cover too.i went to many of super market but i have experienced this kind of experience first time and i am not going to visit D mart in future.

      The girl in the 16th counter behaving rudly she asked me the correct price for Wat we have purchased we r not having the correct price we gave her 500 rupees he said she has no change rudly we left it and going she called me back and gave me change and showed her rudeness even she didn't gave me a cover when I asked her she asked money for cover I have want many supermarkets I didn't get experienced with this of workers in any of supermarkets
      I think the lady workers in dmart are overheadweighted next time I m not going to purchase in dmart and I will say my friends and my relatives not to buy in dmart

          Extremely poor quality consumer products

          Hi, I am not sure if something will chnage still i would like to share this information. This is to inform your that i recently purchased (Thane Dmart near Hiranandani Meadows)Moong Dal from Dmart, When I used it to prepare food the quality was absolutely pathetic. There are pests in it. If you look at the dal its powdered and there are pests in it and most the dal is full of holes.
          This is not the first time, In tamarind also there...

          I found plastic granules in rice . I am regular customer of d-mart since last 3 years and i am satisfied with it.but currently in my last shopping i found some unacceptable thing which is very dangerous for health so i can't ignore this.i think all products should be re-check at all d-mart branch by food safety department of government and also necessary action should be te taken

            Dear sir/madam,
            I would like to draw your attention to the quality of the food being sold in your store at the pune location.I purchased rajmah (kashmiri) packet from D-Mart yesterday. Soaked for 5 hours in plain water, what happened to rajmah is shocking. swollen dramatically, color of rajhmah changed from maroon to beige and maroon color dissolved in water turning water into magenta. Shocked to see the outcome.I have attached image comprises rajhmah befor and after, water, invoice.

              Subject: - d’mart’s cashier and manager unsupported.

              Respected sir/madam,
              With reference to above subject, i undersigned that, in kharghar d’mart’s, today i went there for shopping and i had taken 59 quantity of amount 2548.58 rs. after this on billing counter when i came at that time one customer was in front of me he had bring one product which has warranty so packaging girl gone with that customer and wrote warranty on product. at the time of my items billing, i asked cashier (chl/15) three items, “is there any packers to pack my items in bag?” she told me that, “packaging girl will come.” finally my wife kept all the items in two bags till that time girl not came. you can see the cctv footage of that counter of date:- 21/02/2016 timing:- 11.23 am and c. m. no. 15 – 0004. you clearly see that my wife kept all the 59 items in bag and my billing was completed till that packer was not came. then i told to cashier, “what is this?” cashier said that “ i have not said you that to pack your items even if she saw that my wife is packing that items. i will pack.”
              Then i called manager and said all the matter he also said that cashier is there to pack the items or packer will come. but he did not do any duty to ask to cashier that “why packer is not here to pack? or where is she/ he?” instead of that he said unsupported answer or gave evasive answers to me without any inquiry to cashier.
              As a news reporter, my questions to d’mart head are :-
              1) is there any rule that if packers are not on cash counter then customer will pack that items himself or herself or wait for billing of items completion so that cashier will start packing after billing of items so still packing that items other customers which are in queue have to wait?
              A) if yes then why you’re giving payment to that packers which are on counter? why there is in kharghar d’mart excessive staff required? and i saw most of the times staff are doing time pass.
              B) if no, then what is the duty of manager? if customers are complaining to manager about this then why manager do not ask to cashier which is on counter where is packers to pack that items? or why customer is complaining this? only he gives evasive answers to customers but not taking any action regarding this and no sorry and anything.
              Can you please tell if such a unsupported managers are present in kharghar d’mart then where do the customers complaint? most of the time i am facing that.
              4) on the cash counter after billing when the payment are doing by debit card or credit card, the cashier does not check the signature of customers which is on debit card or credit card and bill receipt where customer have to sign and return to cashier. you can see the cctv footage. and i had also complained regarding this to manager till date there is no change or action. if any crime will happen then kharghar d’mart is responsible. so don’t ignore that.
              5) on the counter at the time of billing first cashier ask customer “ do you want d’mart’s plastic bag?” when the customer said “ no”. at that time items packer on counter move from that counter. customers do packing. i observed many times. you see the cctv footage kharghar d’mart.
              I am facing most of the time this type of situations. its kindly request to you that please do the proper action regarding these things because this is serious matter and inform me regarding this. if you are not believing on above subjects, you can see kharghar cctv footage or i will do string operation regarding above subjects and i will proof that this happen in kharghar d’mart.
              I appreciate that you are providing good products and lots of discount on the product to customer. it is very nice but because of such type of managers and staff don’t loose your reputation in society.
              Please take proper action. if next time again and again these things will happen with me then i will go to consumer court with proof against the kharghar d’mart. please inform me on my mailing address by post.

                While choosing the set I asked about the checking the product but he said that product will checked after the payment will done. After payment I asked to check the product then they allow me to check and then I found 1 cup has damaged later they asked me to complaint in customer care cabin. Again one of rep asked me to go up on 3rd floor and take new set. I told them how can i go up and collect new its your responsibility. My question is if I could get product checking on 3rd floor them my time also save I spend 1 hour at D mart for choosing the product and for waiting for the product, pathetic service I get today from the Juinagar D mart representatives. Very much unhappy with the service.

                  To whomsoever it may concern

                  I have visited Dmart, Ghansoli on 12 Feb 2016 evening around 7:30 PM and my bill came was of Rs. 2654.23 out of which i see i have been charged Haldi Mini S twice while i have only bought one. I revisited the outlet on 13 Feb 2016 to get the refund for the same for which they kept me waiting for 30 - 40 mins saying they are checking the CCTV cam. At last they say the video is not clear and we wont be able to refund to right now. They asked to come back later. The amount is just Rs 35. They wasted my time and travelling cost etc.. and again they want me to visit so again i have spend money to reach and also spend my time on Rs 35.
                  It the mistake of the lady at the counter for which why should i suffer.

                      It has been 2 years i have been purchasing groceries through Food card Prepared.Today when i went to shop and i have Purchased for Rs3000.00 and i have given my Prepaid Food Card. The Counter Lady Rejected my card stating she needs PIN for that. When we can call to HDFC Customer Care they told there is no PIN for that as it is Prepaid card. When i told the same things to Supervisor he has behaving very rude to me. He told no we will accept this card and he asking me to show the bills for 2 years which i have purchased. In Front of everyone he humiliated me he said go and speak with anyone i dont care.

                      This is kind of Behaviour serious not acceptable from Store Supervisor. Kindly take action on this.

                        I had gone to DMart Malakpet on 27th January 2016 and bought 6 bottles of Vijaya Flavoured Milk. I was charged 2 different rates for the product having the same batch no 126 and date of manufacture which is 10/1/16. I was charged Rupees 18.80/- for 1 bottle and Rupees 20/- for the remaining 5 bottles. When I complained to the management that I should be charged the discounted price of Rs. 18.80/- for the other remaining 5 bottles as you cant...

                          While shopping along with my family at Electronic city D-Mart, we forgot to swipe for billing the footwear of my daughter, as she was wearing it. Once we come out of billing chamber, they shouted on us like anything, instead of saying sorry for missing it, the managers were telling, it is done purposely. Any missing incidence is also to be reported to police. While purchasing in outside markets, 'n' no. of things, sometimes shop keepers (specially for vegetables) will also give us one less or more thing. Most of the time, we reclaim this things from them, when we next/same back visit. In the same D-Mart principle we do means, we have to call for police against the shop keeper for its human mistake. It shows the illiteracy of the people, who is doing so. It brings their own brand down, not customers. Customer is always a king and he doesn't beg for Rs. 50 or 100 things like this. Also, it is true that, they have to ensure that no product to be come out without billing. But in case of some missing, they should learn to properly communicate/co-ordinate with customers. Giving long lectures and telling you done purposely after realization also, will doesn’t makes feel good. In ration shops, also this type of worst communication will not happen. They are giving the things at very low prices doesn't means that, they should treat the customers also, with very low value.

                          Talked properly to have the future good relations. Not to nail much on this kind of rare incidents. They mentioned for the good customer co-ordinations and we as customers ensuring their process is also happening properly without impacting any thing.

                              Hi I have Bajaj iron, which I bought from d mart on 05/05/2014. It's under warranty. Today when I came to store, one of your executive said pls come between 10 am to 9 pm. Other wise we can not take it. Let me know when store is opend then there is no use to sing this song that come on time. And he said u can call to Bajaj Customer Care. I m working people. Its not possible to come at your time. Let me know which kind of servicing you r delevring? When we are regular customer. Pls let me know Hoping u people will rply

                                I brought a VIP- sky bag at D-Mart Hinjewadi branch a year ago, it has 3 years of international warranty. When I went into service center I got to know that warranty card has not stamped and signed by D-Mart. D-Mart should take care of this, before selling their product. One more thing when I went for stamp in Chinchwad branch, they said it was brought from Hinjewadi so must go there. The question is, Is D-Mart not properly centered so that one can go any where in INDIA for service? This is really frustrating service for D-Mart
