Dear Sir,

MY PACKAGE SHOWS OUT FOR DELIVERY, BUT NOT YET DELIVERED. We Sent parcel to Electronics Test & Development Centre (ETDC), Goa from Koshalya Enterprises Jaipur
this is consignment number W13312102. dtde support mail close this ticket no 9358157 according to ETDC Department they Enquiry at dtdc goa office.
We have enquired in the DTDC Panjim office about the parcel send by you. They told us that our delivery area is served by their Merces office and provide the contact details of Merces office personal (Ganraj Patil - [protected]). We contacted in DTDC Merces Office and told them to deliver our parcel ASAP. Today one of their delivery boy (Sandeep - [protected]) came to our office and told us that he had delivered the parcel on 18.01.2023 to some of our officials. But on enquiry in our office, it is known that none of our office personal had received the parcel. Also the delivery boy could not identify the person in our office whom he had delivered the parcel. Therefore it is requested you to kindly do the needful & deliver our parcel ASAP.

DTDC DOCKET NO B[protected] booked by me on 19th Sept 2023. The copy of the consignment note is attached.
This consignment was booked at an Agent at BK Circle Kothanur Dinne road Bangalore 560076 and was to be delivered at Chamarajpet with Bangalore 560018. Provided clear address of consignee with phone number on the package. In DTDC on line tracking tool this consignment was stated as Delivered on 21st Sept, but when checked with consignee, he stated not delivered. Then i tried to check with the available customer service number [protected]. No one attended this number except the recorded messages. There was a option at the end to request for call back. I did this several times but there was no call back from DTDC. Finally on 23rd i could get through the call and the service agent was stated this was delivered on 21st giving a phone no of the receiver. this number was different from that i stated on the packet. The service agent was so arrogant and asked me to contact the number if i want to trace the packet or else i can do what ever i want! This was a horrible experience with DTDC, i request to help to traceback the package and also refund me the amount as DTDC failed deliver in time and none the less poor customer support

It's been 4 days, there's no process on the courier. It's been at the same point. There's no way to communicate with the customer service dtdc. So, worse experience.. D71073423
I don't even know who will resolve this issue 😕.

No one attempted or called for delivery however tracking shows out for delivery for last 2 days and then shows not delivered as customer not available. Totally fraudulent and when spoke with customer care they misbehaved and said order is cancelled. The package was very important and we are still waiting. Someone please help on priority 🙏🏻

I didn't get any information on tracking id of shipment which it's shipped today.

I have handed the parcel to dtdc kadur branch on 6th September 2023 and the destination location is hyderabad. The dtdc office boy was soo irresponsible and sent my parcel to another consignment number. It has been 7 days and the parcel is not yet delivered and i dont even know where my parcel is. The office boy not even opening the dtdc office as he was high on alochol daily. Due to this delivery i am facing charges from my end as 300 per day. Upto now i have been charged 2100 for 7 days and it will be increased as the delaying delivery. Dtdc is responsible to pay my losses. Resolve my issue

I have ordered one item from online and the dispatch was through DTDC with AWB no: C37213793, the order was dispatched on[protected] but till date the order details are updated on[protected]. No further update since then and also I have raised a query trying to reach them over phone and trying all the possibilities but no use no update till now.

My courier which was addressed to me was received by someone else, and the status of tracking shows successfully delivered, I got the otp, but no one came to my house
The message I received :D67789023 is out for delivery.Plz share SMILE CODE (9644) with Dly Agent, for Zero Contact Delivery. DTDC won't ask for any payment OTP

If I got the message, how did the delivery person deliver it to someone else.

My dtdc consignment no - H74347533 from last 2 day every morning they put an update that parcel is out for delivery, and at night approx 8 pm they put update could not attempt (Dir).
The branch contact numbers doesn’t work, can someone please help with my shipment

I had purchased two products online on 20th August 2023, and both were dispatched together through DTDC courier to the same address 'Winnbook Management Consultants, Delshe Tower, Near Liberty Theatre, Cannanore, Kerala, PIN-670002' on 21st August 2023. While one product (Tracking Number:D[protected] was successfully delivered on 31st August 2023, the other(Tracking Number:[protected] remains undelivered. I have made several attempts...

My name is Ashish and I wanted to know about my courier status .It's quite urgent for me to know. it's been 10 days since the courier got stuck in Dubai express hub transit .I am expecting my courier should be at its destination. I sent this courier for important study related verification purpose.
presently, I am not able to track even I have put many emails and query on DTDC Portal, and, right now, I am waiting for their reply. kindly solve this query as soon as possible.

I booked an international delivery on 22nd Aug 2023. The pickup was done on time but since then there has been no update from DTDC. On the website it shows "on hold in Delhi", I tried to call them several times but there was no response. I also used the option "raise a query", again no response. While booking it was mentioned that it will be delivered in 5 days. This is an urgent parcel, I might have to order another one from some other courier service.

I was supposed to get my order yesterday on 2 sept 2023 and today is 3 sept 2023 and it is shown that my order is out for delivery yesterday but not reached because of wrong address, I’m pretty sure I typed the right address and I want a response ASAP.
I had already paid the amount of the order.
Please try to send my order tomorrow itself on the right address.

I was supposed to receive a parcel DTDC from my home on 2nd september 2023. I was constantly following the tracking and checking the messages. So i called and complained to them and my parcel was finally out for delivery. so i called them asked that it is out for delivery and not yet delivered at around 5;30 they said they would send it soon that day.
I was all at hostel and i was expecting the parcel, but around 6:35pm when i just saw the tracking as that page was open, I see a message "Not Delivered(RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR))" wherein i was hostel all day and my mobile was all day active, no network problem here but did not receive any calls.
If there is any problem from DTDC to send the courier on this day due to time constraint then they can update something else or atleast intimate the customer. Just marking this and getting out is not right. Now i'm unable to reach the customer care due to the time limit. I am not sure what is the response i'm going to get and it is convieniently updated after the customer care is no more available and it is a saturday and moreover sunday is a holiday for them so they are saying that anything i want to talk i should talk on monday regarding that delivery

This is my tracking id 7D4837132 . I check my tracking id also.. It shows somewhere to delivered. Their shows reciever place is- sjs guest house reciever sign shows self..what is this this.. How it will happen? . But that is not my address.. I clearly mention my address and phone number too. But why they are deliver somewhere? I need proper explanation and ASAP I want my order.yesterday 31/08/23 morning I received message from DTDc side your product was deliver today. So am waiting for yesterday. But Till am not get any call from DTDC service. But yesterday night 11 pm they send sms to me successfully delivered your package.still am not get my package I checked with my neighbors too no one recieved it. How it's possible... Am not getting any courier today. I don't have DTDc person no also. I tried to customer care no also. But no use they are not attend my call.

I sent a case of Avacados to my relatives based in Burhanpur from Wayanad, Kerala on 17th August and till date it hasn't reached them even when I was promised it will be delivered to them within 5 days. Extremely poor service and absolutely no communication regarding the delay.

I am sending a parcel from kolkata to Bangalore. The consignment number is F31354408. The parcel is in the same location in Kolkata from last 4 days. If I call the customer care, they are showing its in transit and they have no more updates. They are just raising a ticket for my complaint and saying someone will contact me about the status. So far no one has called. This is really urgent and the parcel has some very importany things. Please resolve this.

The branch in nadiad is always asking us to come to the office and collect the courier as they don’t have any delivery boy.As a costumer if we must get the couriers delivery at our address the give the excuse that they don’t have delivery boy only.it’s really a worst expert from last 1 year from the nadiad branch kindly take an notice on this.
