HI, I have not received any parcel on Tracking Id/ AWB number - X15255904. But in DTDC Tracking sites there is mentioned "DELIVERED". Please tell me where is my parcel. Not delivered, stuck in transit from last 10 days

I have sent my courier via DTDC on 19 september DTDC COURIER NO-D24332747 its been 10 days the courier is stuck in transit in GURGAON it contains my newly bought mobile which i self shipped for refund its been 10 days now i wont even get my refund for the delay i tried calling them they dont pick up i tried emailing them no response such a big company and what a pathetic customer support please advice me how to do this I'm so frustrated...

Given fake result

I have sent a parcel through dtdc courier but they are not giving the receipt ..a receipt they have given, on tracking showing delivered in july but i have given parcel in september.when i went to complain the told that receipt will come after two days bt today after 9 days they are saying that receipt has not yet come..more details are on the fake receipt.....

Not giving courier receipt

Item missing inside delivery pack

This complain is regrading B22759073. I had sent two items (one showpiece and another wall calendar) inside one gift wrap. The gift wrap was again packed inside a big size envelope and finally the envelope was placed inside DTDC pack (Rs. 40 additional cost). Gifts were sent to my sister. Non receipt of Parcel

Didn't receive the courier but the status saying delivered. However no signature or stamp present on POD

Package not delivered

My package with AWP Tracking No.: H37952447, status is "Shipment Returned due to RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE". There were not a single attempt to deliver this packet to the address. It is my residence address where someone is always available. I also called DTDC Durgapur office and gave them the tracking number but they were very rude and said they don't know about it before they hang up the phone. When you accept a packet, you commit a delivery....
