Being an eBay user I get lots of packages delivered by couriers from the eBay sellers successfully.
Only ONE company -DTDC refuses continuously to bring the packages to my door, although price of delivery is included in eBay charges I must pay.

DTDC is claiming himself as India's number one courier company on their site ( www.dtdc.com) , which will attract normal customers to do the business with them. They are also marketing their online tracking information tool, which will help customer to find out their consignment status over the web. But ground reality are too bitter, they are worst than worst from any low profile courier company.

This is the second time I am losing an article sent by DTDC courier service. First it was a soft toy. When asked about it, it was told that if a list was enclosed with it, nothing will be lost. Next time a soft toy was sent along with a Tee shirt. This time the toy reached safely. Tee shiort is missing.

This courier content lost complaint.

I had couriered (slipper) on 7th August 2007 to Sharjah, UAE (Airway bill no. *N91731035*) through Barton Center, Bangalore Office (BLR-098).

After 4-5 days, the packet was delivered with the key product missing.

Review:

DTDC’s service in the Kanakapura region has been extremely disappointing. First, they delivered a damaged package, and instead of owning up to the issue, they conveniently blamed the online seller for poor packaging. However, it was clear that the damage occurred during transit – a sign of careless handling.

What makes it worse is their lack of basic customer service. I was told to collect my parcels from their office, which is around 8 km away, even though other delivery partners like Ekart and Delhivery deliver directly to my doorstep without any issues. Despite knowing they can't serve certain areas properly, DTDC still accepts packages, leading to delays and inconvenience for customers.

To top it off, when I questioned the service, a staff member sarcastically suggested not shopping online and buying offline instead. This kind of attitude clearly shows they don’t value customer feedback or care about improving their service.

Overall, a frustrating experience. DTDC seriously needs to improve both their delivery operations and customer support.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding a courier I booked with DTDC on 20 June 2025, from Chennai (600018) to Thane (401303) under tracking number C12636137. Despite the promised delivery timeline of 3 July 2025, the parcel remains undelivered as of today (09.07.25), and the last tracking update was on 29 June 2025 at Mumbai Sakinaka Apex hub.

Over the past several days, I have:

- Visited the local DTDC outlet multiple times
- Contacted the customer support team repeatedly
- Sent follow-up emails
- Raised multiple tickets

Yet, I have received no resolution, no update, and no delivery. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering I paid ₹150 for what was expected to be a reliable courier experience.

I now formally request:

- Immediate delivery of the parcel or a clear explanation of its current status
- A full refund of ₹150 for the failed service
- Compensation for the inconvenience caused, if applicable
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further by:
- Filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline
- Posting the issue publicly on social media platforms and consumer forums
- Taking legal recourse if necessary
Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and respond promptly.

I ordered 2 parcel from lenskart through DTDC, and the expected delivery date was for the consignment no. V[protected] 29th may and V[protected] was 30th may, but still I didn't got any response from the local franchise partner after I call back to them they are not ready to deliver in my doorstep, after so many arguments they delivered only 1 parcel on 31st may(consignment no. V[protected]) when I asked about another parcel they also don't know they giving another channel partner number which is far away approx 20km from my address and they also not picking my call. Worst delivery service I have ever seen, I need my parcel which is most necessary for me.

On 24/04/2025 i booked a parcel from DTDC Office Elanthoor Pathanamthitta Kerala to Shillong Laitumkhrah Pin 793003 via DTDC but later i got to understand that the parcel has arrived in Agartala and the same is out for delivery at Agartala with pin 799003 whereas my booking was to 793003 the screen short of the tracking is attached along with my booking reference for your ready reference.When i contacted the Agartala branch i did not receive any support to receive my parcel in Shillong Meghalaya. Several times I contacted the customer care for the delivery and tracking of my parcel, but all my efforts went in vain till today am not Getting any updates or necessary action from the courier end to deliver my parcel at the address
