ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR) it is showing this again and again, deleivery driver didnt attempt to call or anything
pls help in this

My consignment no is 7D8539023 . Dtdc not delivering my product always put status that receiver not available (cir). They are fooling me . Immediately deliver my product .till now they have not do a single phone .

I provide correct pincode 560045, but when I try track my shipment it's show wrong pincode 600002, how could this possible, after I provide correct information how could it's happene, what a pathetic service they provided after we paid for service and they make joking around coustomer

Courier Received by me from hub @ 1.40pm on 18/08/2023. If I ask for delay means no response from both side. Bangalore and Coimbatore. But consignment booked in Airmode with extra amount. Why they charges more to ship by surface time?

My order is not reach home because my address is incorrect but my address is correct so why my order is not received yet ???

I raised a ticket 8756198 with DTDC for my shipment I63484112, seven days ago. The issue was I paid twice for the mentioned shipment and to support my case I provided all the screenshots and details of the double transaction.

Could you please provide an update on my issue? When will my refund be generated?...

My package V76677479 is out for delivery today (16th Aug) since 2 PM but no-body called until 6 PM where a blank call came with nobody speaking from their end. After that they just marked it as "Couldn't attempt"

Ordered some time sensitive plant seeds from Seed2Plant per DTDC tracking # R60424395. Items reached Coonoor, Tamilnadu on time but one Mr. Balasubramanium did not deliver for 2-3 days after receipt-excuse: Road under construction, raining etc.?
Also when after several phone calls came to deliver the package started calling me names like 'cranky, ' 'why these people order Rs.10 orders and I have to come all the way to deliver these cheap packages" and words to that effect! Also claimed to be working for DTDC for past 30 years.
To avoid furture abuse by delivery people like Balasubramanium will avoid ordering items from vendors that use DTDC

Hi Team,

I have booked my parcel delivery from Chennai India to Southall UK through DTDC app. 2 weeks ago.

My Parcel got stuck in Chennai office with no further update. I have been chasing an admin person (+91 [protected]) with no progress on my shipment. I have not included any prohibited items and have included only
my Ayurveda medicine and I have provided a doctor's prescription to the Pick up executive specifiying my Passport number, list of medicines prescribed by doctor along with the receipt amount. Now I have been told that the prescription is not provided and it is lost by the pick up executive.

Then the admin person is asking me to separate the parcel, as ayurveda medicines cannot be sent along with clothes. When I enquired UK DTDC office, i have been told that I can carry medicine together as long as it has valid prescription from the Dr.. As of now there is no progress on the shipment with no updates. Please help me to ship my parcel without any issues.

Please note: Pick up person did not arrive as per the schedule and he cam e at 7 O clock in the evening and he was very rude and sarcastic, he mentioned why did you book this parcel through app and you should have booked with us directly at even cheaper price. He also mentioned, your shipment will not get though it will get stuck somewhere else, keep a track of it.

Why he did not hand over the prescription to DTDC team ?
Initially I have been told we cannot send the parcel without Prescription ?
After sharing the Prescription soft copy, Why I have been asked to book another parcel to send the medicine separately?
As per instruction, Pick up person must verify the items before he pick up the parcel and remove the restricted items from the pick place which did not happen ?

I have gone through tremendous stress due to multiple follow ups and there is no courteous to give an update on the progress and there is no patience to answer the customer queries.

Overall all I have lost time, money and peace by booking a parcel with DTDC service.

My parcel vide awb no. D75100903 till yesterday it was showing a mis-route, complaint lodged with ticket no - 8773557 and just now I tracked, it is at Surat airport, what is happening?? How can your service be so pathetic?? Screenshot attached of tracking and complaint acknowledgements.

Food item was ordered on 7th Aug' 23 from Bangalore which has reached Kota on 10th Aug 23, but not yet delivered. the tracking status showed "RECEIVER REFUSED DELIVERY", which is a false statement. complaint has been raised to CC of DTDC on 11th Aug' 23 asking for resolution and evidence of denying delivery, but no response except one email response. we are not even contacted once during this period. The DTDC Kota branch is good for closure, a dent on DTDC brand. Useless Kota team of DTDC.

I did a speed post on DTDC on August 10, 2023, from Erode to Coimbatore.
I have to receive the courier on August 11, 2023, but from the DTDC side, it shows the parcel delivered, but I have not received it yet.

Book my package as on 08.08.2023 at deoghar but on same day they not dispatch material. Next day move the material, after that they dispatch material to dhanbad, they take more than 1day, now they dispatch material at asansol, after that the not responding not in call or mail. And they always make same reply.

However, as per the client's feedback, they have not yet received the document. Surprisingly, the tracking status indicates that the document has been delivered. It has now been over a month since the dispatch. I have reached out through email and made two phone calls to customer care in an attempt to resolve this matter, but unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory response. The content of this letter holds significant importance.
