    I, Pramod Manmode, is a frequent traveler of Indigo but first time ever has faced such situation where i am about to board my flight but suddenly stopped by a ground staff of Indigo name Mr. Nowal Sheikh at Nagpur Airport and he started misbehaving with me without any reason and there was no support from other staff standing around. This happened on 29.Aug.2023, Morning flight of Indigo from Nagpur to Mumbai, flight number 6E 6529.

        I’m not sure if this is right address for my purpose, but this is only IndiGo mail address I know of.
        I took your flight recently for my business.
        They are as follows;
        -Aug/21 PNQ----BLR PSJQ2G 6E-6055
        -Aug/23 BLR----JAI O3D6SE 6E-0469
        -Aug/24 JAI----DEL ESCD9T 6E-2205

        I purchased ticket using my credit card.
        I received statement attached from the company, and understand 3 statement for the ticket above, however, I’m not sure the one colored in red, INR 7, 685.00 ?
        Can you please explain what they are for ?

          26.08.2023 I received a phone call from indigo airline she said now our airlines recurring ticketing Executive in Chennai international airport and she said first 2600 you pay i am verify your profile next we conduct the interview. The interview is two rounds one is telephonic interview and final one is face to face interview after that day in evening they conducted in telephonic interview after next day she said your selected in first round next is final round is 30.08.2023 we conduct in between she ask money 7200 for evc (Employment Verification Certificate) certificate after the next day 29.08.2023 I received the mail from that side your selected in direct you don't have attend any final interview after that in the email mentioned money 12235 For noc (Non Objective Certificate) Total they spam my amount was 22035 rupees Please Help me to refund my amount

              BLR to PUN

              I had a external TSA lock (not fixed with the bag). When I reached hotel and wanted to unpack found the lock to be missing. I raised this concern with the IndiGo team and they say, these checks are to be done at the airport itself and not later. They also say that, this has to be complained at the Airport and not to them.

              According to me, this should be taken care by the Airlines and not the airport.
              IndiGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I got a call saying it was IndiGo cutsomer service. They had all my details. So I followed the process they explained for redeeming coupon code. But 20k was debited from my account. Now i am unable to reach back to the same number. I will raise a cybercrime complaint as well.

                I booked a flight ticket but its charges paid by online banking. amount debited SMS also received but ticket not received after 2 hours also. while checking in that website they mentioned that the PNR no. you can download. but i am not having PNR how I downloaded the booked ticket?

                  Ground staff stops and not allow boarding flight and taken me to a corner people look at me as a suspect. Reason return ticket was after visa validity date.
                  They simply don't know that a person can board a flight on the last date of visa expiry and upon landing in the destination country one can get 90 to 180 days stay as per visa issued.
                  Their customer care also so illetrate that harrassing more to change return journey ticket while passengers are in the queue of boarding flight.
                  Even they click pictures on their personal cell phone of my vis astamp which is a very personal information.
                  Helpless feeling at that time, lot of harrassment 2 times by Indigo.
                  We were just promoting our domestic carrier.
                  Earlier we travelled through Swiss and Lufthansa, it was a delight.
                  Next time will not board IndiGo and even I am warning others for the same issue.
                  Pathetic experience.

                    Please change the Indigo flight timings from Dammam to Hyderabad as before. Departure from Dammam 1:00am and Arriving Hyderabad at 7:15am and Departure from Hyderabad is 9:00 pm and Arriving at Dammam at 1:30 am.

                          I was supposed to travel to Boston from Hyderabad (via Delhi, Istanbul) with my 8 year old child on the morning of 9th August (PNR: QT6NFG). The whole problem started at the check in counters. There was a huge queue for Indigo check in (single queue for domestic and international) with only 3 counters operational, and hardly anyone to manage the queue line as a result of which travellers kept dashing into check in counters without actually following the queue. All this process in itself took a really long time soon after which we went to the security check. There was hardly any queue at the security but it took me more than 45 minutes with CSF personnel manually checking each and every bag of mine which I felt was very rude. I kept on telling him of my flight time but he wouldn’t care. Finally when we rushed to the boarding gate (20 minutes to departure time) we were denied entry to the aircraft saying the gate was already closed. The Indigo staff member (lady) at the gate was so rude with her language, she wasn’t ready to listen in spite me explaining her my situation that I had to go with all international connections and I couldn’t afford to miss my flight as we had made all our arrangements (stay and flight tickets, all non-refundable and highly expensive) at Boston from where we had our connecting flight to Texas the next day. It was an emergency for us to travel as we had to report at Texas by 12th August. I kept on requesting for 10 minutes but in vain, the flight was still standing there in front of my eyes. The lady had a lot of time to get all my 4 checked-in bags off boarded instead of letting us board the flight which could have been a matter of a minute.
                          Too much of physical and mental torture, this was the worst experience ever at the airport and now we are back to square one with searching for tickets which are extremely high priced in the last minute (3-4 times the price of a normal ticket). The carelessness, unprofessional and immature staff of Indigo airlines caused a very high impact on us, we are at loss monetarily along with missing to report on time.

                          Please understand that this is a complaint, not a feedback. We are looking for your immediate action, not for future.
                          Absolutely no fault at our end but we are the ones who are suffering. As I already mentioned we had to forego $600 (INR 50000) towards our stay and flight to Texas from Boston which was non-refundable. We rebooked our tickets with your airlines again, but the cost of each ticket is much higher this time (close to double the price of our last ticket). We have also lost our very precious time with our travel delayed by 10 days unnecessary (we were to report in Texas by 12th August).
                          This is all just because of the very irresponsible staff at the airport. Is Indigo ready to bear all our expenses? Or we take this up at the Consumer court.

                          We had to re book our tickets though the new ones are extremely high priced (Rs.1 lakh higher than our cancelled tickets) because it is an emergency to report there in USA, just because of the very irresponsible staff at the airport.
                          We are travelling on 20th August from Hyderabad to Dallas (via Mumbai, Istanbul) with the same Indigo/Turkish airlines, but I am not sure how my experience would be with Indigo this time again. How can you make sure my travel goes smooth right from Check -in, to Security and then to the boarding? Never had any fear with my travel, our last experience with Indigo was such a hell!

                            This is Siddharth soni, I had fly with your indigo flight 6E 1478 on 13 august 2023. PNR- AW1I3P,
                            I have carried 50 in LED TV from Dubai to Ahmedabad, but before carrying I have discussed with your boarding team for safely handling so they have promised me that our service is safely with caring for such product, and they have charged me 210 AED for handling and airport service charge, but I have seen thru airplane that your carrier guy throw my TV at loading time, as result I have got Broken TV in the end and I m very disappointed, that is very bad service and I will never gonna fly with Indigo, I have paid a lot of money carry this TV to India but I have lost my money, TV, effort. The TV model is TCL -50P618
                            I have paid 650 AED for the TV + 210 AED handling charges + duty 112 AED( 2530 INR at India) so total AED 972 I want refund, otherwise I will take legal action for fake promising, mishandling, careless handling,

                                I am Sanjana. Since yesterday (07.08.23) I have been trying to book a return flight from Goa to Kolkata. But every time I am entering the card details it is showing payment declined by bank, which worked perfectly fine for the last booking done a few minutes back for flight from Kolkata to Goa. I tried using another card but got the same response. Today I contacted the bank and they said they have no issue from their end. I would request you to kindly look into the matter.

                                    I was traveling by indigo flight 6E 6549 on 5th Aug from 7.20 am to 8:50 am. I lost my black colored bolt headphones. I placed it on the area where magazines are kept in front of the seat please return the same if found. Seat was 36B I changed my original seat 37c with 36B
