I have booked a flight ticket through Indigo website, the first payment failed buy the amount got debited from me. Second time, I booked ticket and the payment was successful. IndiGo assured me that debited amount will be refunded but it has been 2 months and still they haven't refunded.

I raised a chargeback/dispute from my bank and IndiGo acknowledge that they received excess amount and gave go ahead for chargeback, but then this chargeback was rejected.

Customer support is not helping at all, they are giving standard reply that they can't help when a chargeback/dispute is raised.

    After travelling from Indore to Hyderabad to Rajiv Gandhi International airport, I forgot to claim my baggage from the belt. I flew with IndiGo flight 6E511. The Bag was black coloured with US polo written on it. inside the bag there was one new blazer of black color with same colored trousers (blackberry) and shirts of sky blue colour (blackberry) and and oth r one light green (pista)coloured with black coloured lines print on it (cien), round neck white plain T shirt(jockey), navy blue colored jeans, dnmx army joggers. It was a luggage bag with wheels. A sincere Plea to contact me at the earliest.

        Hi
        This happen yesterday at 1800 hrs (15/10/2022) to my wife who traveled first time to abroad. (Bangalore to Singapore by Indigo airline) She was holding valid Entry Visa to Singapore. It was a entry visa to Singapore which was valid till 7th Dec 2022. Unfortunately staff at front desk and duty supervisor at counter made a unnecessary issue saying your return ticket is on 11 December 2022 and Visa valid is till 7th Dec. Actually it was entry visa with multiple journey.
        They hold her from issuing boarding pass and ask to reschedule the return ticket before 7th Dec. Giving unnecessary panic and trouble.

        It was clearly lack of knowledge from staff on visa guidelines. Due to this my wife had to suffer tough time at Bangalore airport.
        Staff clearly lack the understanding of entry visa and stay visa.

        Please educate and train them to avoid such misguiding and trouble to other passengers in future. (INDIGO FRONT DESK STAFF).

          I was preset at the baggage counter 1.5 hours prior, still they didn't let me attend my flight, despite having a boarding pass. I need a refund for the same. I had to book another flight at a higher price again.

            Hi, my name is Diya.
            My mother, Mrs. Piyali Basu Kar flew this morning from Kolkata to Coimbatore with layover in Chennai on flights:

            She was shocked to receive a violently mishandled, thoroughly damaged suitcase on arrival in Coimbatore.

            She even contacted the airlines customer care on the phone. Their response was unprofessional in its blatant denial of any responsibility on the part of the airlines. It is a serious matter because as frequent flyers we place a lot of trust on the airlines with safety and security of our belongings as much as our safety.

            The damaged suitcase is a Carlton Maroon suitcase. The pictures of the damaged luggage is attached for your reference.
            I hope the Airlines owns up to their mishandling of the baggage and does right by the customer is issuing adequate compensation for their error.

              I got a call in which they said I had been selected for ticketing executive at guwahati airpot and for which I had to pay them RS— 2000 and after paying this i recieved a insurance letter and for which I had to pay another 7500 and after paying that they will gave me the job appointment letter and I'd i already payed him 7500 and i have to pay remaining 2000 should I pay him or not ??

                I cancelled my flight tickets ( which were refundable ) back in July. As soon as I did, the refund track on indigo’s website said “refund processed and is pending worth bank. Will take 5-7 working days”. It has been 3 months and I still have not received my refund. The bank says nothing came in. It’s a huge sum of 17000 that indigo owes me

                  I rahul morya an indigo airpline passanger travelling from goa to indore faced worst situations while travelling with indigo flight. First of all i was at the airport for check in all the servers were down and all the passangers were facing trouble a lot of trouble yesterday on 12th october 2022. My flight was about to depart at 14.55 pm and i was in waiting for the check ins and boarding passes with my friends in the cue till 2.30 pm and they were not at all cooperating plus i was asked to run and rush to airline for boarding after the check ins and security check and they asked me to be there in 5-10 minutes which was not at all possible for me and my friends.
                  Second of all i did not book a meal on prior basis and i wanted to purchase the meal on board but it was my worst experience ever on indigo or any airplane because they did not had any veg food options and they wanted to sell cookies amd chips to us rather than giving us the meal food we asked for. Air hostess paridhi was so so slow in serving the meals that they came to us 10-15 mins prior the landing and that to not having any type of veg food options this was the worst thing i have ever experienced that veg food was not available in domestic flight's. I am looking forward to avoid travel with indigo because this is not the way an airline treats and greet fellow passangers and i wish other people do not suffer like i did while travelling. #indigonotmychoice

                    Mental Harassment, Misbehave by Indigo Shift In-charge & his sub-ordinate and Financial Loss due to Unilateral flight change by Indigo

                    I, VIJAI SINGH, booked two air tickets (for Myself and My Wife) on 2nd October’2022 from Delhi To Guwahati by Indigo Flight No. 6E-2332 for 11th October’2022 through ‘Ease My Trip’ site. The tickets details are as under:
                    1. Passenger Name: VIJAI SINGH, PNR/ Booking Ref.: PLYQ2S, Flight No. 6E-2332, Terminal T2, For 11th Oct’2022, Departs- 17.35 Hrs
                    2. Passenger Name: ARCHANA SINGH, PNR/ Booking Ref.: HN5B2Z, Flight No. 6E-2332, Terminal T2, For 11th Oct’2022, Departs- 17.35 Hrs
                    Status of both the tickets was CONFIRMED.
                    I did Web Check-in for both the tickets also on 11th Oct’2022 at around 13.00 Hrs and the web Check-In was successful but no boarding pass was issued that time rather message came that Boarding Pass will be sent to your mail before three hours of the departure of the flight. I reached Airport Terminal T2 from Noida at around 16.00 Hrs and tried for taking print out of the Boarding Pass with the help of Indigo Assistant at Kiosk. But he also could not take out the print of Boarding pass and he advised us to contact Indigo Check-In counter. Then we reached to a counter through queue by that time it was around 16.20 Hrs. The Counter staff, Mr. Rahul checked the status and told us that we have not been allotted any seats. I was really shocked. Then he called Mr. Nikhil Sharma, Shift In-Charge during that shift. Mr. Sharma understood the matter and asked us to wait. He told that still flight has not landed and he is talking to the concerned.
                    In the meanwhile, another person Mr. Vikram, Dy. Manager of Indigo also came there and started convincing me that there is no seat in this plane and we are working on some alternative. Then I really got upset and said that I have to go with my booked flight only because I have booked this flight 10 days before seeing my further programmes. I asked when I have booked 10 days in advance and web checked-in also then where my seats have gone. Then Mr. Vikram told that this flight has been overbooked and hence no seats. Then I asked that I don’t agree for any other alternative and I have to go with this flight as I have to travel further to Guwahati also.
                    Mr. Vikram told that we have ‘Right to Over Book’ the flight and now it is not possible to take you both in this flight. Then I really got upset and started arguing that how a 10 days pre-booked ticket can be left like that. During argument Mr. Nikhil Sharma was also there and they both threatened us to call CISF to take us from there. This attitude of Mr. Vikram and Mr. Nikhil Sharma really insulted & hurt us and I asked them to really call CISF and send us to Jail. Then other passengers also gathered and asked them how they are behaving like. I asked the contact nos. of seniors, they gave the name that Mr. Manish Jain is the Terminal Manager but we can not give his mobile number. They were repeatedly saying that you can complain anywhere if you want.

                    Then they arranged two Boarding Passes for Flight No. 6E-889, Delhi to Guwahati from T1, departure time: 20.10 Hrs on 11th Oct’2022 and we came through that flight. Though after that they tried to bribe us through refreshment at T1 but we denied.
                    Till that yesterday’s incident I used to consider Indigo as one of the Most Trusted Airline in the country but this type o[censored]nilateral and high headed ness approach of the Airline and its senior staff at check-In counters had shook our confidence in the airline. Most of the time, I used to prefer Indigo over other Airlines in parallel.
                    With the above details about the incident, I wish to submit the following for necessary action by the concerned:
                    i). Is it fair on Airline’s part that they can leave the passengers who have booked tickets 10 days in advance and there is no control over it and the ground staff is so confident that no action will ne taken against anybody as the airline itself is involved in this type of decisions. Daily a lot of passengers are suffering because of over booking by airlines and dropping the passengers as per airline wish. It needs to be controlled.
                    ii). As Mr. Vikram told that it is ‘our right to overbook the flight’ but what about the Rights of passengers. Means Passengers have got no Right rather they can be thrown out through the CISF if put their rights & concerns loudly,
                    iii). With the great Anguish and Pain I want to say that with the behaviour, Words (like call CISF) and actions of Mr. Nikhil Sharma, Indigo Shift In-Charge and Mr. Vikram, Dy Manager, we feel insulted and hurt and strict action need to be taken against them. They are sitting in the front desk and behaving like this with the customers must not be tolerated as they will spoil the image of the Airline. The strict action must be taken against them and the action taken may be known to us.
                    iv). In addition to unforgettable Insult, Pain, bad experience and Mental Agony we had gone through in this incident, we have suffered a direct financial loss of Rs. 20, 000/- Approx. + time loss and could not reached to our destination on the same day and could not attend important official engagements etc. on the next day also.
                    Hope some sense will prevail somewhere and strict action will be taken against the concerned and our direct financial loss will be compensated as well as compensation as per DGCA guidelines will compensated.

                        I was travelling in 6W 7603 from chennai to Mysuru.. Seat no. 18A on 10/10/2022 and my boarding pass stated CPML under services... But I was not served one..

                          Last day i booked cochin - kuwait round trip ticket and 36000 deducted from my bank. Ticket not received. So i confused and searched indigo website. They are saying that within 5-7 days money will be refunded. Ticket was urgent to me. So i tried next day. Again 36000 deducted ticket not received. So far 72000 is lost.

                          Second time when i tried i took screen recording for the proof. At this point email screenshot are attaching

                            and also he provide 1st round exam in below link. and 2nd round just like simple interview, after he asking amount for 1.gatepass, 2.uniform I.D., 3.walkie talkie etc.., Rupees 6, 500/-, still i am not paid any amount.

                              Change schedule - I cannot avail plan B for individual members in a group booking

                              I originally reserved a ROUNDTRIP ticket for my family (4 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant) from Chennai to Indore. Indigo canceled/rescheduled the tickets multiple times. First the trip to Chennai to Indore was canceled and the new flight was 12+ hours later. Therefore, I canceled that portion of the trip without knowing all the details.                               We were travelling from Patna to Bhopal on 08/10/22 . I have kept money of about 1 lac in check in baggage . It was not present when we checked bag. Kindly look into the matter and apprehend the culprit .PNR number is FTG1NX

                                    I am a 34 years old female. I was traveling alone from Pittsburgh to Delhi (18th Sept 2022.). I had a connecting flight from Delhi to Kolkata on 20th Sept 2022 (PNR/Booking Ref.: UQ8V4D). My booking was through the Student quota in IndiGo, so I was allowed to carry 25kgs as my check-in luggage and 7kgs as my cabin luggage. My check-in luggage was 17 kgs which is actually 8kgs lighter than the allowed weight but my cabin luggage was about 5 kgs heavier. They could have allowed me to adjust my stuff between my check-in and cabin luggage. Instead, they checked in my main luggage (17kg) and stopped me before security, and asked me to pay extra for my cabin luggage. When I requested them to allow me to adjust my luggage between my bags they simply refused my plea. They said your bag is already gone on the flight and asked me to pay for another bag to check in. I found this really very torturing and inconvenient as my flight was in the next hour. I was the only female traveling alone without anyone accompanying me. The Indigo staff was very rude and inconsiderate. I did not have any source to pay Indian currency as I was visiting my family after 2 years of stay in the US. They kept me on hold for a long time until someone lent me Rs 2000. The passengers at the Airport were more helpful than the ground Indigo staff, they lent me money and allowed me to bypass the long queue for security. This incident was extremely stressful for a female traveling alone at night. I wish I could have a better way to teach them a good lesson. They should have shown some courtesy towards me. I will not recommend my family members and friends to travel with Indigo.
