Flight cancellation.

I booked a ticket ( 5 persons) in Indigo with PNR-IKS1HS for journey on 12 October which is a direct flight. Two weeks back, it is informed that the flight was cancelled. As the travel is very urgent to me, i have to avail Plan B option of Indigo which facilitates booking alternative flights with no additional cost. However there was no direct flight on the same date. I payed extra money for my travel on the first ticket for a direct flight....

Excess of money taken at my luggage check in taking advantage of my ignorance.

I had 2 bags one of around 16 kg and other around 6.6 kg. I was a first timer and didn't know the difference between cabin luggage and check in luggage. I could have taken the 6.6 kg bag into cabin if the staff there who did my luggage checkin would have helped me regarding that. Instead he made me to pay for extra 7 kgs whereas I should have paid only for extra 0.7 kg of luggage. Who will pay my money back ? 😭...

Steal my check in baggage

I lost my checkin baggage while travel from bhopal to Bangalore on 20th August 22 now after 18days Indigo replied saying they wont be able to find my bag n can not consider my request anymore. They should compensate me for my suffering and mental harassment, i have to suffer for making new documents as my bag had all my educational n id proofs certificate passport. Gave brand new American Tourister at Lucknow checkin counter and found in Delhi that the handle of the luggage broken and missing. Extremeely disappointed by your staff's handling. Denying permission to board flight even when the check in delay was from their end

Indigo ground staff denied us permission to board my direct flight from Hyderabad to Coimbatore on 4th September 2022. They were operating their check in counters understaffed and i had to wait for 25 minutes in the que due. There was no boarding announcement even and finally they deny me permission to board my flight.

I even had a senior citizen with me and i had to rebook a round about flight for extra 38000. Is this the...

Amount deducted without any booking confirmation

I booked a ticket for a journey on 01 Nov 2022, from Patna to Bangalore using the indigo website - https://www.goindigo.in/

After making payment, the website shows an error that the ticket could not be booked at this time. The amount was debited from my account.

The indigo customer executives were of no help, they kept hanging me. No response over email.

Refund for my missed flight

I missed my flight from delhi to bengluru on 14th august 2022. Worst service

Air conditioner is not working in flight.. but boarding has been completed and passengers are suffocated inside.. worst service ever.. Full refund for flight cancellation

I had booked a flight for 31st August 4:55 am from Pune to lucknow which had a layover of 1 hour in Ahemdabad. But after booking the flight, the above flight got cancelled and we got an email to reschedule the flight with an alternate flight for the same day but at 12:50 am.(PNR YNR13Z)
I had to cancel the flight but I did not get a full refund for it.

I got partial Refund for the fault of IndiGo in cancelling the flight by their own

This is to inform you that on 23rd August 2022, I booked two tickets from Hyderabad to Bhubaneswar bearing PNR ZUQ1WX dtd.27.08.2022 alongwith round trip i.e., from Bhubaneswar to Hyderabad dtd.28.08.2022. I was suddenly informed that the INDIGO cancelled my flight on 25.08.2022 for which I have no choice to cancel my tickets. Missed my flight

On 16th of august 2022, I have a flight from Delhi to Hyderabad ( 6E2325) 1:50 am at terminal 2. I have reached the terminal 2 at 12:45, but as there was a que I reached the check-in desk at 12:55 on which the attendant told me that I can not check in my bags as the bag check in is closed. I had a very important class the next day early morning hence I asked him can he let me pass if I don't bring my bags with me as I can leave the baggage...
