KSRTC - AIRAVAT VOLVO is Leaking inside when it rains and got fully wet

This is Murthy I was traveling from Davangere to Bangalore in AIRAVAT VOLVO on 7th November 2010 at 11:45 PM in night, There was a slight drizzling in the city as well on way till Bangalore.

I thought I might be having a great experience in my travel and I can sleep till Bangalore withought any problems as Airavat Volvo is famous for its comfort service but the complete Travel has become a Nightmare...

Refund of non booked ticket

I have booked my ticket on 04.10.2010 for bangalore to hyderabad. The ticket failedin booking. KSRTC site provide OB no. to refund the amount. For this either you have to mail on given ID or have to call on given no. Ihave mailed many times but nobody is responding and no one is picking up the phone also. Suspension of volvo bus service

The introduction of Mysore-Mandya volvo bus service,by KSRTC bus no.402 was a boon to regular commuters.The sudden suspension of the bus service has put a lot of regular commuters into inexplicable inconvenience and hardship.I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and continue the volvo bus service between Mysore and Mandya.
