Dear Sir,

Please do not consider this as a complaint but consider it as a suggestion.

Although there is a bus service from Mangalore to Pune at 1600 hrs daily but it is not shown in its reservation website on the internet. Hence it is not possible to reserve the seat in this bus online. It is the only bus of KSRTC between Mangalore and Pune.

You are therefore requested to amend the website so that reservation of seat may be done in this bus online also.

    Sir, IT is very much regret to note that the Divisional Manager of Bagalkot NWKSRTC Division Navanagar Bagalkot is totally working under the partnership of the Rani channamma and SRS travels. Daily the said travels are taking the passengers outside the bus station at navanagar, but the management become doll in the hands of the Private travell agents. More over the SRS buses ar camping only 30 feet distance at the nearest Relaince Petrol Pump and catching the passangers without hesitation. IT seems that the DC and private travels operators are mingled with each other and sharing the profit of the corporation. For the said acts of the resposible officers the said corporation put in great losses ie.367 croers. I am here with attaching some photographs of the camping of the private travells buses near to bus station at navanagar bagalkot and movement of the same with passengers.
    I want to know what action your kindselves will take against the erring offier of the NWKSRTC Bagalkot and what directions will be issued to eradicate the force of the Private travell agents from the said area, further I had sent all the said photographs to the concerned minister of Transport and the CM also. The photos itself says how the private travells work over the corporation and how much the bus station is faraway from the private travell operator buses.
    Kindly look into the matter and keep the private travels far away from the bus station as per your rules and look into the matter seroiosly and take action against the erring officer.

      I boarded a KSRTC bus with number KA 01 F 8900. The bus serial was 500N and i travelled from Silk board to Marathahalli bridge at early morning 4:20 AM. The conductor got Rs10 from me, but never gave me a ticket. I did ask him several times but he denied giving me a ticket. I was not the only passenger who was not given ticket, almost 80% of the passengers in the bus (the bus was crowded even at 4:30AM) were not given ticket.

      This is not the first time I am seeing this happening in a karnataka bus. This not only affects KSRTC but also the passengers, since they are not sure about the exact amount for their travel as a ticket is not being given.

      My self Aswin from Hubli, the Ksrtc is alloting the conductor and drivers in thier native places but they are misusing the power and also misbehaving the jens student infront of girls student to show and attract the local girls so it is bad rule to allot a person/employee in thier native so please change the posting intervally otherwise they will loss the KSRTC seriously. BEST EXAMPLE:Mr. Gurusiddappa Gedi.conductor of Kusugal-to Hubli bus.(Nonscense fellow)

        I have travelled in KSRTC Volvo..bus no: KA.01 F 4414 from BTM bus stand to Sarjapur.The fare was Rs.30 and I gave Rs.100. The conductor was not willing to give me the change back even when the bus reached my stop. I have asked him for more than 5 times and he had the money with him. He was shouting at me in Kannada for not giving the change. He does this to whoever doesn't have change with them.
        Its very difficult to get our money back from him.

        Please have this employees trained, how to deal with people. Or make this criterion in recruitment of these people.

        This is what occurred to me on a KSRTC (Kerala State Road Transport Corporation) bus bound for Thrissur from the Ernakulam depot. I boarded the bus and asked what the fare was from EKM to Aluva. The conductor told me "Rs 12;50." I gave him a Rs 50 note. Hen then asked me if I had change for Rs 2. I told him I had a Rs 5 coin. He took it and gave me Rs3. I was expecting the balance of Rs 40. After three minutes when I asked him for that amount he says: "Ayo Saare.. ningal pathu rupayude notayalle thannathu.." (Hey Sir, you gave me only a Rs10 note ..). To make the long story short, he did not give me back the change of Rs 40. I did not want to be so mean as to scream at him. I got off at Alwaye. He was looking in the opposite direction. When I got home, I mentioned this to some of my friends who told me they had similar experiences from some of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation bus conductors.I am not blaming all the conductors of KSRTC, but I intend to warn travelers to make the conductor write behind the ticket that the balance amount due if the conductor does not have sufficient change to return to the traveler.

        I had a bad experience while traveling from technopark to pangappara in low floor ac bus at 6:28 PM on 6/10/2011. I took ticket to the stop pangappara and I was unable to find the driver information system button immediately when the bus crossed the pangappara bust stop. I rushed into the front door and asked bus conductor to stop the bus. He shouted at me and pushed me out from the bus with his hands.

        KSRTC — Conductor misbehaviour

        I use KSRTC service for all my daily traveling needs and were quite satisfied with the service until now. On[protected], i was travelling to office early morning by 06.28am. The conductor started issuing tickets, and my fare was 05rs, where as i gave Rs.10 and i took the ticket, When I asked him the remaining money, he shouted at me vulgarly and told me to get down in bus-stand and come to him for the remaining money. Its not the matter of 05 rs, but how can a person literally BEG for money??? We strongly believe KSRTC is paying well to its staff. How can they act as BEGGARS and MISBEHAVE to the passengers??? How can the conductor behave such rudely to a passenger???

          I tried to book a ticket. But the transaction failed and the amount was debited from my account. Inspite of repeated attempts to call up and even mail the helpline of KSRTC, the amount has not yet been credited. It's almost a month now since the failed transaction.
          Sir
          I have daily passenger for KSRTC from in DK Disrict Sullia TQ From Kalpane Via Bellare to Sullia. Problem is Kalpane to Bellare Iam Pick up Bus at Morining 8.15am (First Bus), Kalpane Second Stop iam Pick up Bus Some Drivers giving stop, some else not giving stop . Iam want Know whether there should be stop there are not.
          Date 2/4/2011 Particular stop they Picked up me Bus KA 19 F 2868 (Puttur Depot) condutor Scorling me he useing Some bad words.
          Date 4/4/2011 Same Bus Not Picked up me, Ihave Complent Bellare TC Point, That time above mentioned bus driver & Conductor there again fighting with me

            Transaction failed, refund not received

            Dear sir,

            I have booked one ticket through KSRTC Online booking Awtar cell, but the transaction got failed two times and my money got deducted from credit card of Rs.801. I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department. Online transaction reference number is OB1976480 and OB1976587 Date of booking is 29/03/2010. But when ever i call to them they are telling it will refund in another three days. Almost 10 days completed...

            I booked a ticket from Sringeri to Bangalore on 1st April 2010 in a KSRTC booking counter near the Sringeri Temple for a Rajahamsa bus which departured at 22.30 from Sringeri to Bangalore for seat nos. 23,24.

            To my surprise I was issued a duplicate ticket and hence conductor did not accept the same. The same tickets were issued to another 2 people the same day.

            We were ladies and at that time how we get another ticket.

            Such type of actions need to take care.

              can you say i which bus u have been charged Rs 16 to technopark?? I think it might be the Kollam Trivandrum FP via bypass. For Ksrtc The fare stages aredifferent at Kazhakoottam and technopark. The Fare stage after Kazhakootam is Chackai which is a 6Rs point from Kzhakoottam. So i[censored] get down at any stop in between kazhakootam and chackai u have to pay that six rupees extra.

              I am Anilesh from Varkala, Trivandrum district Kerala.I am Physically Challenged Person.I have a 40% disability certificate.My problem is Spina Bifide with scolysis with permanent disability in left leg .Two years ago I applied for Disability pass at Attingal depot.I submitted all the attested copies of the required documents with the application which they ask to submit alongwith.The official told me to come back after two month.After two month when I went to enquire they told me that your application is rejected because this is a case of Cerebral palasy and such patients are not entitled to get any disability pass.I wonder I have seen many people who are travelling with such pass who are not as much as disable like me.If they can get the pass then why not I.Is it a matter of Bribe or something.Should I deposit money in the KSRTC to get my disability pass.I complaint various Official regarding this matter but nothing happened.I even complained in the sutharya keralam but nothing happened.I request you to please look into this matter.

              Dear sir

              On 24/08/10, my father-in-law had travelled by KSRTC A/C bus which departs from sattelite bus stand (Bangalore) at 10:30am bearing the ticket no:[protected]. The booking was done on 09/08/10 and the transaction ID is [protected]. The sad part of the this travel is, the bus was totally wet and he could not occupy seat no:1 as booked due to the seat completely wet. we requested the conductor to provide us any other seat than the one we have booked due to this problem and had to satisfy with whatever the KSRTC gave. whilst on the way, the bus was having a lot of seepages as well as stinking due to rain and wet seats which made the journey horrible for my father-in-law.
              Once there is an option to select the seat while booking on-line, what is the use of selection in such a pathetic bus. We could even travel in a normal bus. but once the company itself is providing us a comfortable journey in an A/C bus charging more money than usual charges, they are liable to provide the facility also, wherein we should be able relax and take a nap, than keeping our fingers over the nose and also putting old newspapers all around to avoid getting our dress wet.
              I expect a reply from you as this buses are the face of kerala which makes us to boast in front of others that "see, This Kerala SRTC really amazing" rather than to turn our face and tell " oh! our state is very poor, we cannot afford to maintain buses as we are spending a lot of money for our education as we are 100% literate".

              I am a regular traveler in Vaikom - Thodupuzha route.. The behavior of some conductors to the travelers are worst. There are no private buses in our route. If so I prefer to go in that. So they are taking advantage of that.

              The road between Vaikom nad Thalayolaparambu is in pathetic condiotion is Pathetic. So rather driving in this route slowly they are driving in the regular speed. This cause the
              side walkers and car drivers to get dirt in to their shirt, and into the interiors of the cars.

              Sir cant they drive slowly in these roads, the peoples are affraid of seeing KSRTC buses in this route. The KSRTC employess have a thought that they arre the king in the road..

              Date of Incident : 30th October 2010
              Bus route : Ernakulam to Pathanamthitta via Thiruvankulam, Piravam, Kottayam and Thiruvalla.
              Time : Reaches Thiruvankulam @ approximately 6.15 am

              I take this particular bus on a regular basis to commute from Thiruvakulam to Thiruvalla. On 30th of October 2010 as usual I was waiting for this particular bus at Thiruvankulam, the bus reached Thiruvankulam late, ie, by around 6.25 AM. There were other passengers also waiting along with me. The driver did not bother to stop the bus, making all o[censored]s fools, the bus went away very fast. The bus was not crowded as well. How could the driver not stop the bus at Thiruvankulam as it being a major stop and so many passengers were waiting there.These kind of behaviors are not expected and appreciated from KSRTC staff as it is for the service of the people. The fellow passengers suffer a lot because of these kind of incidents. I wonder whether any actions are action, if no actions are not taken, request you to look into this matter urgently. I have already dropped complaints in the complaint boxes. This surely has caused lot of inconvenience and I reached the destination an hour late.
              My question is why buses are allocated for particular routes if they are not stopping there. If this the case, the bus can have only two stops, one from where the bus starts and one the last stop. I would request you to look into this issue and take immediate and necessary action. So that passengers do not have to suffer like this.
              Childish comment that it'd take 6 rupeees for the walkable distance... Fare changes from point to point...It aint the exact divident that u get.. and that is not possible anywhere!!!
              sir i suggest more trips from Calicut Airport to Kannur or Kasaragodu, more kerala pravcacy will benefit

              This is a complaint regarding the KSRTC online booking facility available in their website.For people like us who travel from Bangalore to Kerala on weekends, its very difficult to get the tickets unless and until its booked early.Since past few months, I have been trying to book the tickets online through the Kerala State website and all my efforts are in vain.There is a link for online reservation in the website, but hardly it works.Then what is the use of providing such an option?In a city like Bangalore, where there are only 2 booking counters (Majestic and Satellite) for KSRTC, how do they expect people like us living in some other corner of the city to travel a distance of 30 to 40 kms just to book the tickets? I agree, private travels are available, but their rates are exhorbitant for people like us to afford.Because of the very same reason, we are now travelling always by Karnata State Transport Buses, which ply in the same route.Inspite of my repeated mails mentioning this issue to the KSRTC, no reply has been obtained yet.I seriously doubt if its for supporting other private bus travels, that these kind of essential matters are not looked into seriously.If you check the website, all other navigation links are working fine.Then how is it that only this one is not working always? I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously.

              iam an engineering student in trichy.i usually goes by changanaserry vellamkanni bus.But one thing than when bus reaches trichy make the long rute peoples to enter in the bus first, provide seat for them if seat is there.most of the peoples from trichy is going to manappara the first stop from trichy 30 rupee point.They makes the seat filled due to this it is difficult to all the long rute people.Please try this to make possible.

              My wife with kids were driving in her car on 5th in Poojapura at Trivandrum. A KSRTC city bus (blue colour) dashed through the left side of the vehicle and damaged the car and traumatised my two small kids. They could not note down the depot name of the depot of bus depot number in the shock but my kids managed to note down the bus number. It was KL 15 5900. The car is still in the work shop as the damage was sever. As I know lodging a complaint with police where KSRTC is involved will not heed any purpose and the corporation has let the drivers free, i have not lodged any complaint with police. The saddest part is that the driver of the bus who has wrongfully overtaken the car through left side fled away from the scene without stopping the vehicle. Kindly do something on this and the driver should not be allowed to continue in service as this amounts to a murder attempt and has traumatised my kids and wife.

                Dear Sir,

                We are regularly using the services of SAI Courier which is controlled by KSRTC. Yesterday when I went for booking a courier, I was charged Rs 71/- for the parcel and a Rs 61/- receipt was given to me by MR. TAJUDDIN who sits in SHIVAMOGGA BUS STAND sai courier counter. When I objected him to give extra amount exceeding the recipt, he misbehaved with me and told me "You can complain anybody, I not going to book your parcel.

                He is cheating all the customers openly and no one has taken action against him. So I request that strict action should be taken against him and consumers of the service should be given justice by the government.

                This is to inform you that the safety of the parcel, s sent through Sai courier are always at risk . This is because either the parcel gets damaged or article, s found missing, K.S.R.T.C courier say that they are not responsible as they are not supposed to deliver goods after 6Pm. My consignment, consisting of food articles reaches at 7:30Pm from Tumkur. Everytime they refuse to deliver keeping the parcel whole night in the parcel room and deliver next day morning the " DAMAGED GOODS " also some articles missing .

                As per the law the Bailee has to take care of the goods and deliver the goods in good condition. But in the parcel office . I suppose the ignorance of law is completely delivered.

                Hence if i don, t get justice to this i may have to take legal advice from lawyer and get the matter settled with dues.

                I hope you may not prolong this issue .

                  sir,
                  i am travelling daily from bangalore to kanakapura and like me too many people that to more ladies travel from bangalore to kanakapura and return back at evening. There are non-stop ksrtc buses to kalasipalya from kanakapura. They are not allowing monthly and daily pass holders to this bus even though bus runs empty. we paid money for the pass. Public transport should be for the convenience of the people.Why this bus is made very inconvenient for people like us? If we ask the manager of the kanakapura depo, he said that it is higher officer's order.On behalf of all the passengers who travell daily by montly pass, i request you to see this matter favorably and allow us to travel in this bus also.
                  Front seats are reserved for ladies or simply board is written. It is not implemented in ksrtc-kanakapura bus. Many lady school teachers, lecturers,& other employes travell daily by standing from bangalore to kanakapura and vice-verse. ( we also work at home as full time domestic engineers) I request you to please implement this reserve seat rule or remove the board "for ladies"

                    KSRTC service in thirupathi is very very bad, worst, full of corrupted conductors and the KSRTC management has no control over the conductors,drivers and ticket booking staff. The conductors and drivers of KSRTC are selling the tickets to bangalore at a rate of Rs 400 per seat, if we refuse to pay extra amount other then the ticket fare they say no seats even though their are plenty of seats available and another shocking thing is that there are agents to sell the KSRTC tickets in black i.e 3 times of the original ticket fare and the conductors are too rude to the passengers if the passengers ask them to collect the correct ticket fare and it really hurts to see these corrupted conductors and drivers in such a holly place like thirupathi and getting robbed by these KSRTC conductors and drivers.
                    These KSRTC conductors and drivers are like robbers in uniform. So I request the KSRTC management to take necessary action against these conductors and drivers and bring a corruption free system in thirupathi. I never thought that KSRTC service is so worst and corrupted.

                    I sir i had booked my ticket from bangalore on thursday at around 8.53pm for travelling Raichur To mangalore By Airavat Prestige service in Karnataka
                    The bus was to leave from mangalore to Hyderabad around 4 Pm from mangalore but it did not leave from there
                    So if bus is not leaving from the place it must in the system say that bus is cancelled nothing was shown when i removed my ticket
                    One funny Choke i called around 6.20 pm to hyderabad depot he told that the bus is cancelled he has called me and he is arranging me to pick up in the next bus that is around 8.40 pm
                    Later i called mangalore Manger he told in the system my number is not there
                    so who is curect please let me no
                    No manger is there in the place were the bus come or any body to tell to the bus correct timming
                    i request you to take action
                    i had to check the tiocket call from the ticket mangalore branch he gave me hyderabad branch number later i clled my friend he could trace and give me manager number

                    Last But the good thing the Branch manager called and told all the stories and explain the fact i request other branch also to tell the customer the correct information

                      Respected Sir/ Madam


                      I had reserved a ticket through KSRTC's online reservation from Mumbai to Bengaluru on 09/03/2010 for the journey date 12/03/2010.

                      The booking was successful and on the day of departure I tried to take a print out of the ticket the website shows an error "System Error: Your Transaction is not completed as reservation system can't process your request"

                      However the status shows confirmed and PNR (J[protected]has been generated and my money (rs1128) has been charged to my credit card. However the bus I was supposed to travel did not have my name on the list...so I had to buy a ticket manually in the bus. On arriving in B'lore I checked with KSRTC officials, reservation counters for the refund of my erroneous booking....they bluntly refused saying that ksrtc website has problems and they are not responsible for this...
                      My question is,.. if the company's official web site has issues and due to this inconvenience, passengers have lost their money.....shouldn't the company be held responsible for this.. ?

                      Kindly provide justice for the passengers and amend the policies of KSRTC.

                        sub: shocking behaviour of ksrtc staff at booking counter in davangere bus station



                        refering to the above subject, rude and uncivilized behavious of the lady sitting in counter and refusing to book advance tickets from Davangere to Gulbarga without proper reason is inexusable. On 11.3.2010 morning when asked to book tickect just 2 days in advance, she utterly refused and said booking could be done ,only on same day of journey, not before. For demanding reason she got into verbal arguments supported by other staff and Depo manager.This is not for the first time.I still unable to understand what is the purpose of opening advance booking counters when they not to do so. Its my request to take proper action on the concerned staff and ensure good service.

                          I took the KSRTC bus to come from Hospet to Bangalore. It was Expected to start by 9:15PM from Hospet. After waiting for long, if I ask the controller,he says its coming .... finally after 1:30 hour it arrived i.e., 10:30 PM. First of all the bus came late and upon that the condition of the bus was soooooo bad, as if the bus was about to go to the garage same time. I remember the bus no to be KA-37 F22.
                          If I ask the conductor, he says that the bus was sent to Kampli, this is not the problem for a day, its everyday problem.... if this is the thing KSRTC can change the bus timing or stop the service of such buses.

                          KSRTC — bad condition

                          Ref: Sheetal service from Bengaluru to Mysore, No: KA 40 F 342, belongs to No.3 Bengaluru Central Division.

                          Controlling knobs for air-conditioners is not functioning properly. As a result a gust of cold air blows from the duct continously which caused a lot of inconvenience to the passengers and it may even lead to paralytic attack if neglected. Please correct the same and oblige.

                          KSRTC — buses not following correct timing

                          sir,
                          the KSRTC buses through "COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING TRIVANDRUM" is not following the timing and most of the time 3 or 4 buses will be coming together, and after that there will not be any bus for nearly 1 hour. This is becoming a major problem for the students and teachers of the prestigious institution.

                          NB: I am a final year student in CET
                          I took the KSRTC bus to come from Hubli to Pimpri (Pune). It was Expected to start by 11.30 PM (23.30) from Belgaum. After waiting for long, if I ask the controller, he says its coming and finally bus arrived 23:50 hour it arrived i.e., 11:50 PM. But the bus which i was booked is not the same and it says the booked bus is different also trip code is different. Finally I took other bus ticket which was goint to Mumbai.

                          Bus which I was booked is cancelled and it was not updated in Avtar booking site. So please do the refund my tickets amount to my account.

                            I had booked my ticket through awatar online from Bangalore to Bhadravathi on 5th Mar 2010 and for return journey from Bhadravthi to Bangalore on 7th Mar 2010. But both the trip were cancelled at the final moment, causing lot of inconvenience and frustration.

                              DO U HAVE ANY PROVISION OF FEEDBACK ON YOUR SITE?

                              I TRAVELLED FROM YOUR BUS NO, KA01F 8336 ON 3RD MARCH 2010 FROM BANGALORE TO MYSORE BY VOLVO BUS . TICKET RS. 240/- THE AC DID NOT WORK. IT WAS EXTREMELY SUFFOCATING. ALL THE PASSENGERS WERE UNHAPPY. THEY CLAIMED REFUND OF RS.100/- PER TICKET TO THE DRIVER.
                              IS THERE ANY POLICY FOR REFUND OF AMOUNT/ANY GRIEVENCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM?

                                I was an unfortunate passenger of your KSRTC bus going to Gokarn from Hubli on 6th February 2010, of your HUBLI-TADRI bus. As per the scheduled timing, the bus should have departed at 8.30 A.M. from New Bus stand Hubli . When I reached Bus Stand it was 8.20a.m. I was told by the Plat form controller {superviser } that the said bus had left the bus stand .However he was kind enough to advise me to board another bus which was also going to old Bus stand. Accordingly i came to the old bus stand by 8.35 A M and was fortunate enough to get Gokarn bus in old bus stand. It was at 9.00 A.M.that the Bus left old Bus stand.

                                While purchasing the ticket I enquired with the conductor about the departure time from New Bus Stand who was casually stating that he would have left just few minutes before. Due to heavy traffic of trucks we could reach Ankola arround 1.45P.M. Since it was continuous journey for nearly five long hours I got down from the bus to relieve myself after informing the other co passanger that I would be back in few Minutes.However the bus had left to Gokarn before I came back from the urinal.

                                I may inform you that I am a Senior citizen and I was sitting right behind the seat of the conductor.More over to avoid anybody occupying the seat I had kept my hand bag on the seat itself. What is more ,I was the one of the 2/3 passangers travelling from Hubli to Gokarn.

                                When I enquired with Ankola Bus Stand Controller who expressed his helplessness and was kind enough to furnish me with Gokarn Bus Sand Phone Number. Immediately I contacted the controller on 256233 and requested him to take care of my luggage.He was kind enough to enquire about the type of luggage so that he could identify the luggage.

                                When I arrived at 2.45 p.m. (As there was no direct bus immediately to Gokarn from Ankola), the Controller was kind enough to hand over luggage to me.However when I enquired about the complaint book he had advised me to submit a written complaint.

                                I would like to know
                                1] Exact departure time of the bus from New Bus Stand [starting point]

                                2]Is it not the duty of the conductor to check whether all the onward journey passengers are counted/verified.

                                3]WHETHER the driver and conductor can take their own decision and cut short the destination.[The bus did not go to Tadri and left back to Hubli from Gokarn itself ]

                                4]Who is responsible for all the inconveniences I had to undergo physical and mental.

                                5]whether KSRTC make good of my financial loss.

                                I will be grateful to have your reply on all the above points lest I may have to take up with your Higher Authorities.

                                This is regarding the rude behaviour and speech of conductor.I am a B.Arch student studying in DG College, Malappuram, Kerala.Today evening (ie) on 2/2/2015 I boarded the bus from Ramanattukara to Thrissur around 5:30 PM.While issuing the ticket the conductor asked me for change.Since i didn't had the change the conductor took 100RS from me and didn't gave me back the balance amount.Half an hour before my stop i asked her for balance but she didn't even considered me.Later, few minutes before my stop I again asked for the balance.This time she behaved very rudely to me and even used harsh words.Other passengers told me that they also had issues with this conductor.
                                I hope after this complaint in future she will response to the consumers in a good manner.
                                Please consider my complaint against her.

                                  I did book a ticket online for[protected] from Kottayam to Bangalore.
                                  My PNR Number was J16404710.
                                  The Trip code was 1800KTMBNG. The service was cancelled [ I did get a news that the service happens only for Friday Saturday and Sunday]. I was not informed of the same. If a service gets cancelled I think it is the duty of the organization who had collected money to refund it and inform the customer.


                                  I did demand a refund atleast of the money that was deducted for this travel for which the service was cancelled. I did give a call to the awatar cell and they did reply to send a mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org I did do the same.

                                  I did get a reply as below.

                                  Now a days people just book e-ticket without confirming any thing. They just print out the ticket and come to the Bus Stand without confirming the news. If they book a ticket from the authorised Booking Counter, they can get the complete details. Many services will be on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays. I always book the ticket from authorised counters only. If ticket booking is to Kerala, please check out there may be hartals/bundhs without any information.

                                  Please check the timings.

                                  I would like to take the opportunity to appreciate KSRTC doing a very good job and they are making outstanding performance in the business as well as establishing their routes with volvo busses. I'm based in Palamaner which is in Chittoor district of AP. There is a ghat section after passing the Palamaner town. I could see many major accidents happening atleast once in 2 days. It's taking many lives just with a fraction of time. In that majority will be because of KSTRC bus drivers itself. Since the vehichles are very good in pickup drivers can drive very fast and it leads to the consequences.

                                  This is a never ending story and we have been seeing so many unbelievable incidents in front of her eyes, hence I'm requesting you guys cut down the speed for such kind of route vehicles, so that it will avoid accidents in a major way. Imagine if something happens one among us how bad the situation will be. Please think about this. This is applicable for KSRTC volvo busses as well. Those guys also drives crazy. Kindly take a necessary steps for such kind of route busses. It will be highly appreciatable. For your information I'm also one of your valuable customer since from 15 years.

                                  BANGALORE IS A WIDE AND A BUSY CITY WHICH IS WELL KNOWN AND AS ITS VERY WIDE IT IS DIFFIULT TO TRAVEL UNLESS THERE ARE BUS FACILITIES, YESTERDAY NIGHT I WAS LATE AND AROUND 10 I WAS WAITING FOR BUSES AT SILK BOARD TO HEBBAL AND NO BUSES WERE THERE AND GOT A BUS TO MARATHAHALLI AND WENT HALF WAY AND AGAIN FROM MARATHAHALLI AND THERE WAS NOT ONE BUS FOR MORE THAN 40 MINUTES AND AT THAT TIME IT IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR ANYONE TO FIND RELIABLE TRANSPORT. SO WHY IS THERE SO LESS BUS FACILITY IN BANGALORE AFTER 9 OR 10? CAN'T PEOPLE TRAVEL IN BANGALORE AFTER 9 OR 10? SAFETY IS AN ISSUE I KNOW THAT IS WHY I WANT TO REQUEST THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE BUS FACILITY TILL LATE NIGHT!

                                  I and my wife went to south India tour from Himachal State, Kangra Distt, to pilgrimage and to see the beauty of south India for last ten days. While travelling form Kalghatgi to Karwar by Bus No. KA42F1492 We were charged double bus fare by bus conductor (His photo attached) around 2pm on 15th March 2016. When we disagree to pay double for the bus fare. The bus conductor threaten to kick out in the middle of the road. So we have no other choice, but to pay him. Therefore, we were very upset and writing this complaint letter.

                                  Now, we request you all to take quick necessary action against him.

                                  Thank you for your great help and secure tourist or passangers who came from other states.

                                    KSRTC buses are really terrible!!!
                                    Even if you are traveling for 16-18 hrs keep aside this fact of comfort..be assure that u will suffer from conductors miss behasvious specially female passengers.

                                    Last weekend while i was travelling from shridi to bangalore on KSRTC Ac volvo,the conductor dint bother wheather the seat was alloted to female passenger or not..he simply cared of boarding extra passengers on vaccant seats.He stopped the bus around 3am n borded the passengers.n allowed them to sit beside female passengers.Even when they were not comfortable with that.Conductor dint even listen to them and told them "i[censored] are not comfortable u can get down here itsel[censored] "

                                    What a single female while travelling can do..she has to simply shut her mouth.

                                    Morever the legging space between seats are too less that u willl always listen passengers fighting amongst themselve for this reason!

                                    I will never ever travel in KSRTC in future.

                                      With such a sad and desparate heart am raising these complaint.
                                      I had a train ticket from bangalore to thrissur on 12th feb and because of some pending work i was forced to cancel the ticket and book a ticket in kerala ksrtc bangalore scheduled at 7:30 evening.But in a hurry, i marked the boarding point as Bangalore instead of MADIWAL ST/JHNs stop.
                                      I called up Ksrtc and the repective person too spoke very rough saying why can't you book it properly.I somehow manage to get the conductors number and called up him.
                                      He blasted upon me asking me to come to satellite bustand. If i had that time to travel from whitefield to satellite bustand i would have never cancelled my train ticket.
                                      He started giving lectures saying you don't have sense to book it properly isn't it?
                                      Is that the way a customer expect from KSRTC department.I said if you can't do the needful let me contact your Authority.He kept the phone challenging me. And i find it real tough to travel in the same bus, so again unfortunately booked the ticket in 10 pm bus mentioning proper boarding point.

                                      Is it not fare .Is it like the conductors clearly understand that nobody is going to complaint against him.
                                      They behaves as supreme authorities.I have seen many condutors making proxy tickets too..

                                      With respect i know they too work hard for living .we too work hard for the same.So we expects some respect afterall.

                                      I firmly believe that if each citizen does his or her bit, we surely can make a difference, i am doing it here.Please the system also needs to respond and do its bit.

                                      I agree with the comp. and i want to add that the conductors esp.Lady conductors are corrupt.I had the experience of a lady conductor in volvo bus to chennai via Chittoor did not repy the change of Rs 250.She a ticket and declared it as commission.Asked me to get out of the bus if I don't agree.Thei she told me near Kolar...They are very corrupt and they don't care about customers and public.If it would have been chennai I would have dragged her to police station or to the travelling students who would have given her due.
