I had done ksrtc online reservation on 23rd October 2009 for journey on

25/10/2009. PNR no H15216568 from Adoni to Bangalore for Karanataka Sarige through

my online sbi internet banking with KSRTC Reference no. 0B1527521.
The time of departure was 23.05 Hrs. and Pick up point mentioned as ADONI BUS

Bugs in the bus

My brother and his family travelled from B C Road to Bangalore by Rajahamsa Executive coach bus vide ticket No. 15379280 PNR No. J15024798, Trip Code 2120MNGKGF. They had a horrifying experience in the bus with bed bugs all in the seats and biting all over. They had to travel the whole night sitting in the bus scratching their legs, hands and body. Responsibility of KSRTC

When KSRTC city buses in mysore (no. 119 and 116) are supposed to come till L&T gate, none of the buses care to do. They are not consistent in coming each day at the correct time. This is causing a lot of problem with the employees of L&T. The buses turn at Infosys premises and doesn't care to come till L&T gate. ALl the employees will be waiting for the buses till late night, and this is causing inconvenience to passengers....

My self and my wife had tickets to travel to Bangalore Kempegowda BS from Kunjalu B S on 21/09/2009 in Rajahamsa Executive trip code 1908CDPBNG and my booking PNR number J14671827. Vendor Charging more than MRP

Dear KSRTC,

I recently travelled from Bangalore to Ooty from Pf. No. 7. The vendor next to the Gents toilet is charging more than the MRP written on the Cold drinks he is selling.

I didn’t have time so could not inform the head there.

KSRTC Bus Maintenance

I had booked a ticket on KSRTC Rajahamsa on 25.07.09. The Time of the bus was 08.15 am. The bus started on time.
