    I had made a takeaway order from the kfc app by paying through paytm. When I clicked the “pay” button. The money was debited but it just opened the kfc website without any bill or anything. When I reached the kfc outlet they told me that there is no order by my name. 599 rs was the bill . Please refund asap. I’m sharing the page which was opened when I paid ghe amount.

    Order was being placed on the kfc app through paytm.
    Money was deducted but order wasn’t placed.
    599 rs paid to sapphire foods india pvt ltd.

    The order was not even placed so how can I share the order id???

      I have placed an order with the name of Nidhika Sharma via kfc app.i did payment of 443 via amazon pay upi ref id[protected].i Haven't got any confirmation for order and neither I received it.they given number to contact as order was not placed.but I number was not reachable.i haven't received my money back.and no way to contact them .please help

          KFC India My money was debited but the app says there is no order.

          Address: KFC Bangalore

          Yesterday May 21st, I had place the orde for kfc Ultimate Savings Bucket for 634.00rs and paid the amount. I had tried thrice .So my money got deducted 3 times. But the app says there is no order and the amount was deducted by kfc. Please do the refund ASAP.

          I tried with Paytm UPI - 634 rs
          2 Times i tried with HDFC git card -(634*2)
          So total amount is 1902 am supposed to get refund .

              As i was ordering on 19th May 2021, i choosen paytm for payment. the transaction was successful. but on kfc app the order didn’t get placed.

                    Money deducted for order but order doesn't placed and money not refunded

                    I have placed order in KFC on 12-May-21 at 11:30 Hrs and paid Rs 574.10 through debit card. Amount was deducted and i thought order was placed and waited for it for 1 hour then i checked again and order was not placed by KFC for the payment made and amount was also not refunded.

                    I thought that above amount will be refunded in 2-3 days and again placed order for Rs 574.10 through credit card at 12:46:18 Hrs. Amount again deducted...

                    I've ordered using the kfc online app on 15 may using online payment. Rs 932.99 was deducted from my bank balance but my order didn't come for more than two hours so I gave the local kfc store a call. They told me they didn't receive any order messages from their side and I would be refunded in 7 days. Please resolve my problem and get me a refund as soon as possible.

                      I placed order through my KFC app for 5 Pcs Chicken leg pieces and one pepsi on 22.47 @ 09.52 PM. amouth debited through my PAYTM UPI id of Rs. 544.00 and order was not placed. last time also same thing happened with me & when I called KFC customer care they told the amount will be credited back to the account within few days but it has never credited back and somehow I also did not follow up then. But this time I will not leave this kind of cheating.

                        I placed an order through kfc app on 12 May 2021, in the name of vibha ... amounting Rs 1386/-... money was deducted from my paytm acnt whereas i did not receive the order neither there was any confirmation msg regarding my order... i have been trying to contact on the number given on kfc app ie [protected] but there is no response... kindly refund the money

                        name, date, paytm transaction number number (along with the screenshot) everything is mentioned in the complaint... don’t know about the restaurant details and order Id b’coz I didn’t get any confirmation msg regarding my order and no information on the app regarding the same.. I was informed on the mail that due to some technical issue order could not be placed.. money was debited from my acnt it is clear from the screen shot attached with my complaint earlier

                          I made an order of 825 rd on 24/4/2021 and it showed order failed.
                          I called up the customer care and they advised me to mail at kfc.[protected]@sapphirefoods.in and have sent the screenshots of the payment as well. They told me I would get a refund in 3 to 5 working days but till date I havent received any refund....

                          My order on 07.05.2021, Friday was :
                          1) MIXED ZINGER DOUBLES x 3 = Rs.854.28/-
                          2) BIG 8 = Rs.589.52/-

                          Total Incl Delivery Charges = Rs.1507.74/-

                          This order was made to celebrate my colleague's birthday in office for lunch.This was ordered through Zomato from Indiranagar KFC Outlet .

                          When the ordered was delivered and about to eat one of the burger when noticed had a fried fly attached to the onion .It took everyone by shock and disgust all 3 staff dropped the intention of eating and literally threw all of the ordered items to garbage .When complained to the outlet they sent a burger as a replacement, which was totally unacceptable and didn't expect that this would be the response.I had captioned the photo of the burger with fly and video graphed the same and have it as a record.Being a regular customer and a die hard fan of KFC for a long time didn't want to publish it with media nor on google to affect the reputation of a company which I love the most when it comes to chicken.

                          I expected a better way of being sorry and compensated by KFC.

                          Awaiting a call back from KFC at the earliest .

                            The staffs are unable to understand the things ordered. They always make errors while punching the bill. There's a lack of knowledge about the whole menu. After asking multiple times also they make mistakes. The essence of hospitality is missing. We usually order a lot from KFC but every time they miss something or the other. Apart from food sometimes spoons, tissue papers, ketchups etc. are also missing.
                            The quality of the service is not apt being a service based forum.

                              I have ordered food at 7pm and I am supposed to receive food by 7:45 but I have not received till now at 9:17 pm. I’ve called to their customer care no [protected] and raised a ticket by 8:10 pm and they said I will get reply within 10 mins but no call message or email then I’ve called several times but all the calls are not responded and then I called to [protected] and at 9:05 they said order got cancelled they are refunding my money that I will receive it within 7 working days.. and they said I will get a call back within 5 to 10 mins but I didn’t receive any call till now... Me, my husband and our child waiting for food till now and no other options in this situation to go out and we starve today even before paid money to this kfc thiefs and we need to wait for another 7 working days to get the money back from this thiefs

                              KFC Manager called me later night and he apologized for their mistake, he accepted to refund the money and the delivery man reached us next day and he refunded the money back and he delivered the food we ordered the previous day for free.
