My payment got deducted and I didn't receive my order.

My payment of Rs 850.5 got deducted from the KFC app when I paid through my paytm upi account. My money was debited but order was not placed.
Please look into it and get my refund as sson as possible. I have talked to the customer care no. Of KFC and they said to make a complaint here.

I ordered grilled chicken but instead I got uncooked without flavours chicken legs. What the hell is this. You spoiled the trust and mood both.
I want new order Or refund whole amPint coz I ain't paying for this ###....

I had ordered online in kfc app and paid amount of rs 734 through net banking on 16th April 2021. Latr the order details did not confirmed and not showing up in the app as well . Please refund the money....

Amount deducted on 16th April 2021 but no order confirmed

I had ordered online in kfc app and paid amount of rs 734 through internet banking on 16th April 2021 . Later the order is not confirmed and the details are also not showing up the app ....

Sarcastic service and unacceptably bad packing at KFC Jorhat Outlet

My family visited KFC, Jorhat (Assam) Pin -785001, tonight at 9 pm for a take away and ordered a Chicken Zinger Meal and a chicken legg bucket with 3 pepsi... they packed and gave us the bag, but when we took it and opened in our home the glasses of pepsi were damaged, packing was improper and the pieces of chicken leg were damped and sticky not of the quality of KFC. We had to through the entire packed bag...this needs a proper complaint...

I have ordered the food but the delivery boy was unable to find the address. I waited for 1 1/2 hour and also guided him the address. Finally I told him to wait at place to receive the order myself....

Payment refund and disgusting service

I ordered for KFC Favorites (399₹) and wings(150₹) so net cost was(593₹).
After I did my payment, I didn't not receive any status of my order nor I received my order ID.
When I clicked on Previous order on KFC app I found that there was no order placed
Kindly look into the matter.
As I want the money urgently....

I ordered from kfc online
It came from Preet vihar order no. 9231
I was shocked when I opened the box. Whole item was absolutely cold so didn't taste good.my family got disappointed when they touched piece of chiken bcoz it was not hot and it was looking that it was made quite earlier maybe before 2 3 hr.
At last I threw all items and writing in disappoint.Return my valuable money or repeat the same order with some taste...

Payment done order not received

I have placed an order (delivery) but after 10 min a pop up menu show you have take away from following restaurants. So, I selected one of them and when I visited that store they said they didn’t received any such order. I want my Rs 714...

I have placed an order with kfc app and paid the amount from GPAY. Amount have been successfully deducted but order was not placed with kfc. I got this message from kfc soon after amount have been deducted.

We are trying to push your order. In case your order is not placed, order amount will be refunded within 4-5 business days

It's been 5 days and the amount still not credited.

30th march I ordered via upi, I have screenshot also but did not got any order id . I got a sms that "we will try to push your order, if not succesfull, refund will be processed within 4-5 days . I called customer care and they suggested to re order using COD and wait for upi refund . I did the same or suggested . Till now did not received any refund...

Fried chicken quality

Sir, I with my family visited Inorbit malad kfc outlet on friday2and ordered family bucket, when we tasted chicken it was very salty, and outer coating was torn and not upto mark when I complaint, miss noor accepted that chicken was salty, kfc ruined my family lunch, didn't accept such kind of quality from kfc, pls explain why such quality product and horrible experience...

I ordered a burger and fries worth Rs 310 from KFC. It was deliver so.late that it was not in condition to be eaten. It was cold and total waste of money....
