The mayonnaise literally smelled like some sort of soap.
Coming to the content of the product it doesn’t have anything it contains only buns mayonnaise and a few lettuce. It’s so disappointing coming from such a far place to come and be treated with such kind of product with unreasonable price. KFC Silchar, Assam branch

    I orderd a bucket meal and opted for take away. But the order didnot get placed and money deduced.

          I ordered on kfc app and paid the bill using Google pay, my money was deducted but order could not be placed... I am highly dissapointed, such a bad service that i never expected...i want my refund back as soon as possible.

              Please note i had ordered food on 20th June 2021 on KFC app and made payment of 1283 through Paytm. Order could not be placed due to some technical issues at your end.

              I had received Email from KFC same day that refund will be initiated within 2-3 days. But as on 11th august 2021, I am yet to receive my refund amount.

              Request you to please initiate same ASAP.

                My money got deducted when I placed order using KFC app.But the order did not get placed and the payment page went blank after the completion of transaction.
                Very bad experience.I want refund!!

                  As i was ordering on 3 August 2021, i choosen paytm wallet for payment there transaction was successful but transaction failed.

                  It is about 7 days i didn't got refund for this. Kindly help

                        Address: Dunlop Traffic Moore. KFC baranagar

                        Paid Rs.235 on Aug 3 2021 at 3.30 pm at the KFC dunlop outlet, kolkata through Paytm wallet. Have screenshot of the pay but the restaurant refused saying no payment has been received in their end but I have proof of payment. This is a refusal of service on payment. A fraud can be registered against you guys legally, if you aware of the consequences.

                          I have ordered kfc via netbanking and Rs.881.99 was debited but my order was not placed, then i tried again via using debit card, same thing happened again, Rs 881.99 was debited but order was not placed. I ordered twice. Altogether Rs.1, 763.98 was deducted. I thought the money will reverse back to my bank account but it did not. Please resolve this issue and kindly refund my money. Thank you.

                              Blocked of KFC Cards

                              Sir, I have a KFC Card. I used my card many times at KFC stores issued by KFC Vikram puri branch. On 29 July 2021, I visited to KFC Vikram puri branch and ordered two burgers. I gave my card to staff for billing. KFC Staff said me your card is blocked due to expirey date. I told him in this card my Rs 590/- are there who is responsible. Nobody told me at the time issued to me this card validity due to CORONA I am not visited at KFC store....

                                Made a transaction with KFC on 31st July for which the amount was deducted but the order was not placed.Utterly disappointed with KFC for this.I have never faced such issue with any of the other food brands.Need the refund as soon as possible.Failing to do so would make me file a complaint with Consumer Court.
