I have booked one order on 4th July of Rs 883. After complete payment order not success, but till now refund pending. I have order same on that day again payment Cash on delivery. That was success. But 883 rs refund not done after 3 working day also. Please process for same.

    You ### don't even have the brains to inform the CUSTOMER that you'll not be able to deliver for whatever reason. You charged, made me wait for 2 hours and now curfew is imposed. Either deliver the bloody order or shut down the app when you cannot.

        Today (07th July, 2021) I booked an Order thru Net Banking.
        The funds Rs.385/- have been debited from my bank account.
        I did not receive any confirmation NOR an acknowledgement of my order but the amount is DEBITED.
        For your reference - I have attached the screenshots of the same.

        Is it possible for you to look into this issue and kindly do the refund if possible.

              Amount got debited but not refunded .call to customer care informed that within 7 days it will refund still for refunded 10 days ove pathetic customer service

                Have made the payment through Paytm on 29th June 2021 to Kfc Hiranandani Thane the payment was received to the merchant but the order was not place so the merchant inform to make payment through cash ne stated the payment made online will be refunded but still the payment is not refunded it is all most 10 days and more so I kindly request to initiate refund as soon as possible

                    On 30.06.2021 I made a payment from Gpay UPI. The payment was successful, but order wasn't placed. I have emailed to your customer care, First two days they replied to my email, but now they are ignoring my messages. I used KFC Mobile app for placing my order, which never happened because money got debited but the order was not placed.

                    Today its 05.07.2021, I don't know, how many days I need to wait for my refund or I guess I'm not getting back my hard earned money.

                      I have ordered 1 FRIES-MEDIUM, 1 RICE-BOWL, 1 CHICKEN POPCORN AND amounting Rs. 234.00. Money has been debited from Paytm account on 8:20:33 pm vide Order ID[protected], but no food item has been delivered. I have called KFC number [protected], but to my utmost surprise it is found switched off. I need refund refund of Rs. 234.00.

                          I ordered food from the KFC app. Made the payment via phonepe. But even after deducting the payment, the food was not ordered. It's been more than a week but they Haven't refunded my payment as well. I complained about it to the customer care as well but they aren't helping either.

                                Order was placed and payment was done FOR 459. received a dispatched message. but no call or message after that. tried calling the store but nobody responded. the app just shows the store is preparing the order from more than an hour. order number is K233W64552.

                                    Order not delivered and not picking up

                                    I have ordered in kfc app and I got the order id. After sometime I got dispatched message as follows.
                                    Finger lickin' goodness is on its way! Your KFC Order No. K164W58975 has been dispatched and will be delivered to you shortly.

                                    But no order delivered, and I have tried contacting KFC customer care they are not answering. It is telling all are busy and disconnecting the call....

                                    I was trying to order online from official KFC Website: https://online.kfc.co.in and added my items into my cart. After that i made the payment of INR 554 through Google Pay and the UPI transaction id is[protected] on 26/06/2021 at 02:52PM. After making the successful payment it shows something went wrong so order can't be placed. Fine i understood some technical issue might happen but atleast show the history in recent transaction/order tab. What about my hard earned 554 bucks. KYC you should must refund the amount into the same account from which i have paid.
