Payment declined but not refunded money back

I ordered kfc near my locality on kfc app and I was trying to pay with my card suddenly the app toldeme your payment declined and will be refunded within 10 days but now its almost a month...

Amount debited from my account but No order Confirmation

Hello,
I paid Rs.1, 142/- via online website https://online.kfc.co.in/ and never got any order confirmation whereas money got debited from my Bank a/c.

And over that Phone Number in Contact Us page is unreachable.

What's wrong with KFC??...

I have placed my order on may 8th of 2021 in KFC porur branch
My payment was failed but amount was debited and I have made payment via phone Pe
When I contacted my bank, they were telling amount was transferred successfully but when I called merchant amount was not transferred
Finally I made a track of merchant account with the help of phone pe,
They confirmed with merchant that my order was successfully...

Hi i ordered 8 pc Hot and crispy and added promo code for zinger my total was 685rs. I made the payment using upi through Google pay. The money eas deducted and the KFC app said something went wrong and order wasn't confirmed. Please let me know how can i get my refund....

I ordered using the KFC app and after payment was confirmed i saw that the order had not been made and the order was still in the cart. Kindly refund the amount...

My money was debited from my paytm wallet but the website didnt show that I have placed any order. I had placed a takeaway order.

I had made a takeaway order from the kfc app by paying through paytm. When I clicked the “pay” button. The money was debited but it just opened the kfc website without any bill or anything. When I reached the kfc outlet they told me that there is no order by my name. 599 rs was the bill . Please refund asap. I’m sharing the page which was opened when I paid ghe amount....

KFC India My money was debited but the app says there is no order.

Yesterday May 21st, I had place the orde for kfc Ultimate Savings Bucket for 634.00rs and paid the amount. I had tried thrice .So my money got deducted 3 times. But the app says there is no order and the amount was deducted by kfc. Please do the refund ASAP.

I tried with Paytm UPI - 634 rs
2 Times i tried with HDFC git card -(634*2)
So total amount is 1902 am supposed to get refund .

I have 3 attached...

Delivery Delayed and Short Delivery

Not only was the delivery made after over 2 hours but got the wrong items and that to short - 2 burgers less....
