I orderd a bucket meal and opted for take away. But the order didnot get placed and money deduced.

Payment status is success but order not showing and please issue my refund

I have paid 350 rs twice successful payment via paytm but merchat had not received

I ordered on kfc app and paid the bill using Google pay, my money was deducted but order could not be placed... I am highly dissapointed, such a bad service that i never expected...i want my refund back as soon as possible.

Hi, i visited at district centre outlet on sunday however the taste of the product was soooooo bad I got vomitting after having it.

Please note i had ordered food on 20th June 2021 on KFC app and made payment of 1283 through Paytm. Order could not be placed due to some technical issues at your end.

I had received Email from KFC same day that refund will be initiated within 2-3 days. But as on 11th august 2021, I am yet to receive my refund amount.

Request you to please initiate same ASAP.

My money got deducted when I placed order using KFC app.But the order did not get placed and the payment page went blank after the completion of transaction.
Very bad experience.I want refund!!

As i was ordering on 3 August 2021, i choosen paytm wallet for payment there transaction was successful but transaction failed.

It is about 7 days i didn't got refund for this. Kindly help

I have placed an order for 833rs. Money is debited from my side but order doesn’t yet placed.

I order just received the order from KFC via Swiggy and the food quality is very bad. The food is stale and cold.

Paid Rs.235 on Aug 3 2021 at 3.30 pm at the KFC dunlop outlet, kolkata through Paytm wallet. Have screenshot of the pay but the restaurant refused saying no payment has been received in their end but I have proof of payment. This is a refusal of service on payment. A fraud can be registered against you guys legally, if you aware of the consequences.

I have ordered kfc via netbanking and Rs.881.99 was debited but my order was not placed, then i tried again via using debit card, same thing happened again, Rs 881.99 was debited but order was not placed. I ordered twice. Altogether Rs.1, 763.98 was deducted. I thought the money will reverse back to my bank account but it did not. Please resolve this issue and kindly refund my money. Thank you.

Made a transaction with KFC on 31st July for which the amount was deducted but the order was not placed.Utterly disappointed with KFC for this.I have never faced such issue with any of the other food brands.Need the refund as soon as possible.Failing to do so would make me file a complaint with Consumer Court.

Didn't receive my order though my payment was done rupees of 640/-plesse kindly check immediately !

I paid rupees 415 for my order in kfc app but the order was not made in the app and i have still not recieved the refund

When I ordered a burger it was clearly said to the order taker Rohit to make the burgers fresh, I need my patties to be cooked freshly I can wait for 5 min.

But after getting the burger it was sad to see that they served me the same patty which as kept on bin.

I have payed for a order of ₹334 through Paytm UPI, the money got deducted from my Bank Account but the order is not placed.

I had done a prepaid take-away order of 586.99 rupees through the KFC official app. This was done on 4th June, 2021. Right after this when I eagerly went to pick up the order, the staff in branch(KFC, Kammanahalli) told me that there has been internet error and the order wasn't placed and so they asked me to call the CUSTOMER care and ask for a refund. Then, all frustrated and disappointed...I call the CUSTOMER care just to feel even worse. They confirmed that the order had been placed and paid for and asked me to wait for 2 minutes while they put me on hold and reconnect me to someone else. I was waiting for 8-10 minutes on after which they cut the call! This really annoyed me and I kept calling and calling for atleast 10 times until now. I have told them that I would complaint if any action is not taken and their reply is unchanged right from the beginning! I have actually recorded some of the calls showing how toss me around different people trying to waste my time. When a huge company such as KFC has such a ### CUSTOMER service where they are literally making me beg for my money, I'm losing hope on online shopping. Now there's a fear for paying online! This event has got me all frustrated because KFC was my favourite place to go every time. I now want them to pay me back for all the inconvenience caused to my time and mind.
