        We have order on 17/06/21 at 8:45pm
        And got notice that your order will be ready in 10 min and after that got mail that your take away will be at 8:58
        We reached there before time we have waited there for 1 hour after 1 hour your person is calling and even lieing that he is calling us we are there in range even excepted my personal call
        When I told him that he is saying to me ok I will give you complimentary popcorn don't complaint about me we have not except his offer I told him what ever I have ordered I only want that even I told when he reached to me let me check he was given the packet to me and gone and as expected from my order there was 1 burger missing I have ordered for 5 classic burger and 1 large popcorn and 1 zinger burger got free by using coupon code so I would be receiving 6 burger 1 popcorn but I got 4 burger and 1 popcorn this is not good kindly check this out now who is going to pay for my loss you guys have to understand that each and every penny is worth even last time also I have faced the same problem last time we have got missing in zinger box and even complaint about that than the person contacted shreekant and number is [protected] today even I call him when we reached there and they told you have to order online then we have noticed that may be this person and today person they both are taking advantage of people why because all things was strated after calling him my order no is - N6470D[protected]

          I ordered Wednesday Bucket yesterday. But along with the fried chicken, the KFC employees also decided to reward me with some of his hair inside the chicken piece. It was in-between the crispy coating and chicken layer. At this time of covid, where KFC is bragging about double safety and high-class hygiene. I did not find any hygiene in sending hair along with KFC chicken. The employee preparing it must have not followed the precautions and covered his hair. Being a very regular customer of KFC, this was a highly disgusting experience. To find hair in food is absolutely terrible. I didn't pay for such hygienic food. KFC is not following its so-called safety rules while preparing our orders. They are terribly preparing food with no safety precautions. I tried calling customer care, I was on the line for more than 60 minutes then the line disconnected and whenever I tried the next time, it didn't work. This is a crisis. The restaurant is serving hair with food and customer care is being negligent about the work they have to perform. KFC has risked my life with such unhygienic practice. And it is risking others life too in this pandemic by not following any precautions. Kindly resolve my issue. I expect a refund or any compensation for the terrible experience I have had. Being a very regular customer, this was a disappointment!

            Today I had ordered in kfc. I ordered 5 pieces with 2 dippers but they did not give dippers they only gave pieces. Next time onwards I don't want like this behavior u should be responsible, we will order by thinking that it is good but today I knew that not all companies are good. Please improve it.

                  On 09.06.2021 I have placed an order through KFC app. The amount of Rs 633 was deducted from my card. But the order was not confirmed. Since then, I have called the customer care number 5 times. Every time they are telling me that you will receive a call in 15 to 20 mins to know your refund status. Till now I did not get any such call from them. It's very disappointing being a regular customer of KFC .

                        On May 15, I initiated an order with the Kalkaji, Delhi, branch of KFC. While the money (Rs553) was deducted, the order was not placed. When I spoke to the customer guys, I was told the refund will take a 2-5 days. Since then, I've spoken to about 5 customer executives who assured me of prompt refund. They all said I need not worry and that my refund will come through. One of them even shared an image of a computer screen on which my refund details. It's now more than 30 days and I'm yet to receive my refund. This is unacceptable. According to the company, it should take not more than 5 working days for a refund. It's over 30 days now. Clearly this is corporate fraud. I wish to escalate the matter to higher authority.

                        It's been almost 40 days now since the botched order and still my refund has not been credited. And to think that a known international brand is capable of this kind of inertia is appalling to say the least. Also, I seem to have received a response from the company with a request to submit details of the transaction on an email id that looks suspicious. By the way, [protected]@yum.com is the email id (am I missing something here?). I message a lady executive a few days back on Whatsapp asking the status of the refund, and, surprise surprise, she couldn't give me a clear answer when I will get my refund. I spoke to her again today and the answer is the same. It's frustrating! Anybody who reads this complaint should spread the word that KFC is the most lethargic company in the whole world and that nobody should ever order from them again. Ever.

                          Ordered 6 Pcs of Boneless Chicken Strips, Two Large Fries, Two Veg Burgers as Take away at The Walk, Hiranandani Estate - Thane. After reaching Home I found one burger missing. Upon lodging a complaint, they sent whole order as compliments which I don't appreciate while they failed to deliver the first burger in the earlier order which was paid. Moreover, this is the 4th or 5th time I have been complaining about for the same store. I also find the store crowded with customers without maintaining any social distance, some of them not wearing masks while being in queue, kids without masks coughing, restricted seats for social distancing as per 50% occupancy rule were all taken & staff was least bothered about it. All they were happy about was they are having more business than a last week.
                          I have spoken to the Area Manager Mr. Saleem Kumbhar & The Operations Manager Ms. Sharmishta & found it won't bring any changes despite recurrence of any such problems. All they are bothered about is the turnover & not the quality of services they are supposed to render.

                            Today[protected] i ordered food from KFC through online delivery (swiggy).. Received food on proper time.. but the food was not hygiene.. i got chicken feather from the food...I feel too much irritating. for doing this type of non hygienic food preparation.. we bought food from KFC because of trust...but this kind of activity is disgusting for us... i attached the proof with bill.

                                  I ordered twice from kfc app on 30th may and 6th june 2021 and both the time my money got debited when i paid from google pay but order got canceled .
                                  I am so frustrated as you customer service is horrible, they are not responding properly and even not giving me any solution
