Ordered 6 Pcs of Boneless Chicken Strips, Two Large Fries, Two Veg Burgers as Take away at The Walk, Hiranandani Estate - Thane. After reaching Home I found one burger missing. Upon lodging a complaint, they sent whole order as compliments which I don't appreciate while they failed to deliver the first burger in the earlier order which was paid. Moreover, this is the 4th or 5th time I have been complaining about for the same store. I also find the store crowded with customers without maintaining any social distance, some of them not wearing masks while being in queue, kids without masks coughing, restricted seats for social distancing as per 50% occupancy rule were all taken & staff was least bothered about it. All they were happy about was they are having more business than a last week.
I have spoken to the Area Manager Mr. Saleem Kumbhar & The Operations Manager Ms. Sharmishta & found it won't bring any changes despite recurrence of any such problems. All they are bothered about is the turnover & not the quality of services they are supposed to render.
