Blocked of KFC Cards

Sir, I have a KFC Card. I used my card many times at KFC stores issued by KFC Vikram puri branch. On 29 July 2021, I visited to KFC Vikram puri branch and ordered two burgers. I gave my card to staff for billing. KFC Staff said me your card is blocked due to expirey date. I told him in this card my Rs 590/- are there who is responsible. Nobody told me at the time issued to me this card validity due to CORONA I am not visited at KFC store....

    Made a transaction with KFC on 31st July for which the amount was deducted but the order was not placed.Utterly disappointed with KFC for this.I have never faced such issue with any of the other food brands.Need the refund as soon as possible.Failing to do so would make me file a complaint with Consumer Court.

      Received sms for ordering which I have not done

      I got the below SMS and an invoice I attached for the order that I never placed., I am living i Coimbatore how can I order at T Nagar, my question how did someone get my number ?

        Had rotten chicken in kfc kempfort mall,bangalore

        Address: Yemalur

        I had 2 burger meals.
        I got 3 to 4 days old chicken.
        Thw fries i had tasted like it was friend the previous day.
        Whole night i had stomach cramps.
        Never have food from particularly kfc, kempfort mall outlet.
        Total wastw of my money....

        I paid rupees 415 for my order in kfc app but the order was not made in the app and i have still not recieved the refund

          When I ordered a burger it was clearly said to the order taker Rohit to make the burgers fresh, I need my patties to be cooked freshly I can wait for 5 min.

          But after getting the burger it was sad to see that they served me the same patty which as kept on bin.

          Very sad about this service y banaglore Vega city mall.

              I had done a prepaid take-away order of 586.99 rupees through the KFC official app. This was done on 4th June, 2021. Right after this when I eagerly went to pick up the order, the staff in branch(KFC, Kammanahalli) told me that there has been internet error and the order wasn't placed and so they asked me to call the CUSTOMER care and ask for a refund. Then, all frustrated and disappointed...I call the CUSTOMER care just to feel even worse. They confirmed that the order had been placed and paid for and asked me to wait for 2 minutes while they put me on hold and reconnect me to someone else. I was waiting for 8-10 minutes on after which they cut the call! This really annoyed me and I kept calling and calling for atleast 10 times until now. I have told them that I would complaint if any action is not taken and their reply is unchanged right from the beginning! I have actually recorded some of the calls showing how toss me around different people trying to waste my time. When a huge company such as KFC has such a ### CUSTOMER service where they are literally making me beg for my money, I'm losing hope on online shopping. Now there's a fear for paying online! This event has got me all frustrated because KFC was my favourite place to go every time. I now want them to pay me back for all the inconvenience caused to my time and mind.

                I had placed an order on the kfc app on 26/07/2021 amounting to Rs 459. I selected upi as the preferred mode of payment but even after completing the transaction via phonepe app the order isnt placed and isnt even showing up on the app.

                  I have ordered at 8:36 PM at KFC vivera mall for dine in. After waiting for 35-40min they are telling that few items are not available. Many people took who ordered after me. Still we ask nobody responded at least that order is not available. They could have informed us earlier before taking order. They are not even responding properly. I need immediate response from you and I’m regular customer here but this is not at all fair.

                    I order kfc food in kfc website itself, amount also debited from my account, my amount was 1256.99 rupees, I did not receive any call or MSG from kfc food shop, after few minutes later I called them and asked about my order but they are still we did not receive any order from you.                         I recieved a KFC voucher worth 1000 rupees from the Amazon app gifted by a friend. The KFC voucher doesn't mention anywhere that it's a one time use. I utilized 440 from the voucher amount but the remaining amount cannot be used. This is as easy as cheating their customers. The 440 was deducted due to the kfc app not functioning correctly several times.

                            I ordered 1 ultimate saving bucket from online kfc site and order request delivered in kfc desh bandhu pharganj delhi. For which I paid 634rs on 18/7/21 at 8:30pm but I didn't get any confirmation message and no order shown in cart also.. I called on kfc customer care number 2 times also but their employees gave me invalid mail I'd..
                            Please kindly resolve my issue and refund my money as soon as possible.

                            I already shared this details to your other employees over calls and through mails also... I don't understand why everyone is giving improper Information and how much time it will take...
                            It's very disappointed
                            How much time you will take for refund my money because it's almost one week. What you guys are doing I don't understand.
