'kraftly is a fraud'
I am a seller. They are charging commission (10%), transaction fee (₹75), and moreover they are charging a huge shipping fee. I don't know if this is there strategy or what to run there company. I am attaching a freight adjustment list given by kraftly.

I want my money back.

Please update and do the needful. Still not received the order and even customer care is not responding the phone call. Only ring goes no one picks the call and call automatically get disconnected,. -from the recent 09 orders i have given currently, you have cancelled 04 out of 09 orders citing unavailability after i made the payment online.
-only 04 items were delivered, from which only 02 products were alright & 02 i had to return as it were different from the image i received.
-& 01 delivery is still pending.

- especially, you heros at kraftly cancelled my rakhi order after advising me to have patience...

I ordered 3 products from kraftly and then due to poor quality of the product i returned on the 3 orders and they are showing the status of returned delivered now, its been 20 days that i have returned my order still they are not giving me my refund, i have been requesting for refund but they are not initiating it order no. 854373, 854354, 854365

My order number 854260 was shipped and received the item under cod. But order status is showing as cancelled.

Firstly i had not get the order i have placed and the quality of profuct is very dumb and now im trying to return the product i have contacted to kraftly but they said to go on their website but there is not an option for return now what should i do its just very clever about these companies runniing over india so that recognised thing is not delevered and is of such poor quality....

I want to buy a T shirt on kraftly but when I see the charges its too much.
When we place the order its become Rs.60 be the shipping charge. Thats ok.
But there is COD charges also Rs 60. Here is too much. No one online site do this. So now I cancel my order.

Refund for Order No. 262871

I had put in a request for a refund for the above mentioned order.
The product was returned to the seller Harmani India and was picked up by fedex almost 2 weeks after multiple follow ups via email. It has been more than a week since the product was picked up and i have no call/email informing me about the refund for the same. I have sent them the fedex tracking bill copy today and hope to...

I have byed 2 googles in kraftly.com online the product quality was not good and the have not given good product so I have returned the product but still the money is not refunded so pls take this complaint Anu sue the company for faking people money please make this as early as possible and my total amount is 470 rs.

I order two order sfrom Kraftly.com on 23rd december, 2016 with Order No. 225082 and Order No. 225080 . in which Order No. 225080 has been cancelled and Order No. 225082 has been returned by me but till yet I didnt receive the refund for 2 of my orders and I am chasing the those guys but nt satisfied with their response as shared the bank statement also.

The site has send very poor quality dress in 2200 rs.

I have chased them for a month now, no reverse pickup has been done.

My money got stuck in their poor service.

They everyday used to mail that the return pickup guy will come and collect, but no has ever called & visited my place for pickup.

I need my money back. I do not need the product, kindly help me in getting my money back....
