MSEB should FIX some time permanently for load shedding.

every now and then change of time for the same. As i am fed up with changing time for my clients. i m bound for completing my clients/patients course in 60 days. but due such changes in time im unable to do it. who will pay compensation to my clients.

so pls FIX the time for load shedding. i ve heard that since monday whole day ligthts will not be there.

    MSEB's DP box near Sushant Society, opp.Vivekanand Society in Pashan, Pune-21 is posing dangers to residents, particularly children of the area. This message was forwarded to at least four of cocerned MSEB officers' official E-mail ID's by me. All of those were rejected. This is one more attempt to bring it to their notice about the death trap laid by them. Hope you convey it to concerned authorities as citizens' safety is at stake.

      hi i am nagnath , i wanted a new conection for my milk center .i apply for the same.but the area officier is demanding more money then actual needed. i have no option .actually as per my information the charges should be rs 3025 for meter deposit and installation charges rs 150/meter which in my case is around 1500rs .but they r demanding rs 10000 only for checking ,wiring charges not included .i dont know what to do as i need the connection urgently

        Dear Sir/Madam:

        There have been power cuts everyday between 7.30 am and 10:30am at Thane, Mulund and Bhandup since last 1 week and the reasons for the power cuts have not been provided to us. Requesting you to provide reasons for the power cuts because this is causing lot of problems for small businesses like mine who depend on electricity on a continuous basis.

        Also, there was almost a black out in Thane (east) with no street lights. Thane East is predominantly residential but old people and children move out in the evenings for their regular walks and play. Requesting you to ensure that the street lights are on for safety of the old people and children

        Hi! Sir I am a resident of vasai rsiding at Vasai east Gokhivera village. We are continuesly facing power cuts other that the specified times when the electricity is cut.It is quite regular during the day and now even in the nights we are facing power cuts and there is no response from the local authorities. Hoping you would please look into the same.

          These days the power cuts has been increased a lot. In some areas in dombivli, the power goes exactly @ 6 AM morning. It is the time when most people woke up to get ready for their jobs. So all the work needs to be done in a candle.

          I will suggest MSEB to do load shading after 9 AM when majority of people already left home for job also their is enough sun light to do house work.

          Also the frequency of load shading has been increased tremendously. In morning 6 AM to 7:30 AM, Again 9:30 AM - 7 PM and after that Midnight 1:30 AM - 2 AM....i think they cuts power for whole day except 2-3 hours.

          How a common man will live his life in such a condition.?????

          So i request MSEB to cut power after 9 AM and before 7 PM to get atleast some rest to ordinary man.

          i agreed too...
          this problem is continue in virar east too...
          these days they cutting electricity for 8 hours.yesterday from morning 7 oclock to night 10 oclock there was 5 hours whn light was flowed...even in small town of others stats only 4 to 5 hors cutting scheduls pres. but here no any schedule to on and not for off.
          cant understand whats the problem and why they are cutting so much electricity. while virar is attached to metro city. and Mseb takes charges of meter as same as in metro..plus in amonth they take 400 rupess minimum for a bill but our monthly unit consptns are only within it...
          and there are no any problems rearding to lines and shut down, all are completly ok ...when elections come thn light dont go off and till after one year of election's compltn...after cmpleting 1 yr same situation...
          why are they not answering our que...????
          is there any comission on each unit saving by perticular zone by officers ...?
          even on festivals they cuts it...now its diwali ahead now...

          no there are people in virar they nvr come ahead and take any step against on board...because many ppl uses inverter in their houses so ...they are happy..anad those who cant effort these facility, cant come in front of elctricity board coz they are belongs to medium and lower class and nobody will listen in offices. so the process is running since last many years and they get thanks from govt for saving many units of light and many more things behind this...
          yeah its true...We the middle class people only suffered from it but no-one go in front and never say something.

          I totally understand power cut is necessary when there is very less electricity with our Country. But they should at least understand the timings when they are cutting off the power. In day time if they cut for 1 or 2 hours its totally OK. But when they cut at night or early morning, how people will do their daily work?

          Not all the people can afford inverter...And if you see the bill...OMG...you didnt believe...its more than usual...
          As yo said commision on each unit. I think its true...May be they are getting something for that...Corrupt people...all over...

          They have to nothing with ordinary people...they just know how to fill their own pockets...

            Extremely over power cut

            Dear Sir/ Madam,

            We are facing extreme bad condition under this hot conditions in Ambivali (Kalyan - Tal) due to over power cut from MSEB. We can understand the 3 to 4 hrs of power cut on a day time but is it fair enough for people to face power cuts at night time and even 6 to 7 times on a day.

            Additon to this is the poor quality of management and resource on sudden power collapse in our area.

            From the past 10 days, all the citizens of Naigaon - Virar are facing severe electricity problem. Throughout the day, i.e. in 24 hours, we are having electricity only for 2-3 hours that also in bits and pieces. The inverters are not getting charged due to which we have to stay in dark despite of being in Vasai Virar Mahanagar Palika. In the MSEB website, the load shedding schedule shows only 4 hours of load shedding in a day for all MSEB zones. In Kalyan, Dombivli, the schedule is being followed very religiously, whereas in Naigaon - Virar the load sheding is almost throughout the day. What sins have we done. After reaching home we cannot use mixer, or washing machine or even the children are unable to study in the October heat without light and fan. What a misery. I am ashamed to say that we are staying in Mumbai Suburbs. Our villages are better than this. When I contacted the MSEB Office in Vasai, they are saying that due to overload this is happening, but why was this problem not prevalent during Navratri when everywhere so much lighting was done. Secondly, why the power crunch in Naigon-Virar zone of MSEB while Kalyan Dombivli has only 4 hours load shedding. Who are the elements playing foul and harassing consumers unnecessarily. Please book them and kindly take necessary steps immediately to reduce this load shedding problem in Naigaon-Virar belt.

              Respected people,
              My name is Kunal. I live in Virar. I have a complaint against MSEB light department, we are also human being, the people who stays at city are only considered as human or what. Past 3 days there has been continuous load shedding hardly 2-3 hrs they are supplying the electricity. My family is really harassed of this not only mine everyone staying there. Many times I have seen street lights in city are on during day time also, why don't we have load shedding in city also if there is shortage of light. As a common man I am really unhappy with the MSEB. When I go to my native place there also they had load shedding but for 1 hour daily, that place is better than mumbai (Virar) I think.

              I on behalf of lakhs of them staying in Kanjur & Bhandup(E), would bring this problem to your notice, the way people are harrased and frustated due to load shedding, they don't follow any particular time, and shut the power as per their own sweet wish, we wake up early in the morning and there's no power we have to make all arrangements without electricity, due to power shut down there is no water in the building, we are totally frustated, inspite of paying all bills on time why can't we have electricity when required, we are not at home the entire day, and when we return home theres no water for cooking, cleaning etc, pls look into the matter and approach MSEDCL, even if they are going for load shedding they can do this during afternoon time when even the household work is over and working people are also off, request you to pls consider the same seriously as its really becoming unbearable these days.
              They go for load shedding, but to tell you this morning itself i could see all the street lights on at 8:30 AM, in the morning if they are so concerned about load shedding they should look out for measures to save electricity, pls look into the same, otherwise i believe all of them from Kanjur/ bhandup would go to their office in bhandup(E). Load shedding is only applicable in Kanjur, Bhandup & Mulund, i don't see this anywhere else why should we suffer when we pay for it, if the govt cannot then they should introduce Tata/ Reliance in our areas.

              We are facing load shedding problem for past 10 years, despite paying our bills on time. Of lately we are facing a power cut for more 8 hrs daily. Inspite of the time schedule for power cuts, some or the other power breakdown, or transformer blast occurs everyday which in turn ends up to 10hrs of load shedding.

              Are we not eligible to lead a normal life. Surrounding areas like Dombivli, Lodha, Mumbra have 4-5 hrs of load shedding. Then why are we guys being victimised.

              Also we face load shedding throughout the year.

                Hi,

                This is with regards to EXCESSIVE POWER CUT happening in Vasai - Virar. Other than normal load shedding WHICH ITSELF IS HORRIBLE AND UNBEARABLE, we are facing excessive power cuts. Why doesnt govt take any action to stop this load shedding and power cuts???
                We are in the 21st century of Wi-fi network and still people are facing problem of electricity. It is such a shame.
                Due to these power cuts, it becomes so difficult to do household chores or for that matter even not possible to sit in the house.
                If there is power shortage in Maharashtra, how come Mumbai is not facing any problems. Are they only human beings, why do we have to sacrifice for them.
                Please consider this as humble request from all the people of Vasai-Virar suburb and please find some solution to this POWER CUTS WHICH HAS MADE OUR LIFE HELL. PLEASE STOP THIS POWER CUTS.

                It is most pathetic service and the power cuts are excessive and unorganized. You never get reply to any query as well. Looks like the department works on the whims of some people working there and not on any rules.

                  We are suffering from a lot of problems due to odd timings of power cut off in Pen Taluka, Dist-Raigad.
                  As lot of people have to pull water with pump at 7 o clock morning, power cut off timing is also same. most of people are without water from 5 to 6 days. Inverter vendors have collaboration with MSEB executives, in which common man is suffering. Kindly take any action ASAP to solve this problem. At least change the timing of power cut off after 8.30 morning.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I M M valmiki is the retired person has received the legal notice for making the payment for Rs.22118.73 dues for the MSEB electricity board Power house, Sub division near old fire brigade station Thane west.

                    As per the notice point number 1. I have never received the bill in time, also the meter was faulty and charges are incorrectly levied. Also as per point two I am unable to make the payment as per mentioned in the letter.

                    I been an retired person has visited several time to the MSEB office informing about the faulty and irrelevant bills made by them, however the said sub-station neglected my grievances and asked for money and abused me.

                    I hereby states that I am not able to make the payment as per notice, as i am retired person and the family is depending on me. Hence I request you to take your case back considering my reply to your notice. I am unable to make the said payment which has been wrongly and faulty charged against me.

                    Hope you will address the issue and cancel the dues against me, as this are the charges are wrongly levied.

                      Hi, I noticed a lamp dangerously hanging off a public lamp post, if it is not repaired immediately, it can cause serious harm to innocent unsuspecting by passers. I do not know whom to report this matter, I am posting some photos of the lamp post and its identifiable landmarks so that this matter can be taken to appropriate authorities.

                      (The lamp post is near a public hospital/swimming pool/water tank in Thergaon, off Aundh-chinchwad road, Near Akshay park. (Thergaon, Chinchwad, Pune)

                        Disconnection of wrong meter (Consumer no.: 029470318030)

                        I purchased a shop at Kesar Garden Society, Kharghar in January 2011. The shop has been kept idle. The electricity connection of our shop was disconnected by MSEB officials owing to non-payment of bills of past five months.
                        I went to the MSEB office at Kharghar station, and submitted written request for restoring the connection, agreeing to pay all outstanding dues. Accordingly, I was given the latest duplicate bill.

                        On 20/9/2011, RP Road, Jalna, the street lights were on whole day. Its usually daily wasted. on the other hand, there is load shedding of couple hours in city and about a day in villages.
                        As a consumer of MSEB, I demand justification for such carelessness.

                          I have shifted to CBD-belapur in the month of August, for previous two months electricity bill was pending so I have successfully paid the bill of Rs.770/- on[protected] thru online bill payments, however this month's i.e on[protected] MSEB line mens arrived at my place to cut my connection, I was at office at that time my neighbours told them I have already paid the bill then also they were relectunt to cut my line and they were giving free advice that "from now on don't pay your electricity bills online we cannot keep track of online payments, so pay your bills at our office counter." and these people want receipt of my online payment, don't they have a PC at their office, I don't understand that can't they check whether the person has paid the bill or not before cutting anybodys line.

                          Why such fools are employed in MSEB, no doubt people frustrated with the harassments of MSEB and no doubt - people burn mseb office all over mumbai and maharashtra...they deserve that !!

                          MSEB should treat their customer/consumer with care and consideration and never take customer for granted.

                            . I kavita . k. akre a widow the mother of darshan .k. akre & kunal.k.akre wants to state you that i was residing from 25 years in pagdi system at rane chawl,k.t road ,behind government dispencery,navghar vasai,vasai road (west).
                            sir/madam due to redevelopment plans on 24/02/2008 we were moved to another temporaray home as said by the owners Anil Rane & sunil rane on .
                            Without any agreement we were made to move to the temporary place.
                            After 2 years the new building was constructed & on 6/05/2010 they moved us back to the new building which is now my above address.
                            when we returned back to our new home [vasant prabha G1,k.t road behind got disensary vasai west ] on 6/05/2010 we asked the owner for the agreement papers which he told us that he would give that agreement tommarrow.But when tommarrow came our owner came with some goons and tried us to assault & forcibly they tried me and my sons to move away from our new home.they also beat my sons badly.so on the very day when this incident happened i have lodged a complaint on 07/05/2010 against my owner Mr. Anil rane & his brother Sunil rane.
                            Sir the police are not co-operating & showing any interest on my to complaint.The police are saying that its a civil case.
                            Sir after when i lodged the complaint against my owners, they disconnected my water & electricity connection of my new home.Sir due to no water & electricity i re-applied for my old connections to Mahanagar palika water supplies for my water connection & MSEBCL for reconnection of my elecricity.My Water problem has been solved by Mahanager Palika but my electricity problem is still unsolved by MSEBCL.MSEBCL Staff Nitin Patil has took 3025 rupees for meter connection & rupees 2500 as bribe on 12/06/2010.Afer paying the amount for elecricity connection i did not recieve the reciept of my payment.Even after paying the connection amount & bribe my electricity connection was not done , So again on 4/03/2011 i Re- Applied through a written application to MSEBCL area incharge.But till now there is no response & action from the MSEBCL.
                            Sir till now the owner Anil Rane & his brother Sunil Rane is harassing me & my sons every now and they are threatening that they will kjll my two sons.
                            So Sir please help me from this matter as i am widow.Sir me & my sons can't roam freely because of the life threaten from my owner.Please i need your help in making me & my two sons live peacefully without any life threatens.
                            So sir please do the needful & i would be eagerly waiting for your acknowledgement that you have recieved my complaint.

                              I am very sorry to state that MSEDCL rules keep changing every now and then and the consumers have no clue about this. There is no limit to harrassment by this service provider. A visit to MSEDCL will find endless customers shedding their tears in front of the rude officials. They do not consider it important to inform consumers about these. Many Consumers find their Electric connections cut off or meters missing when they return home in the evening. There is only one answer your bill is pending and the o/s amount may be as meagre as Rs 30/-.
                              Will govt look into the matter and make it a point to inform consumers vide a simple circular attached to the bill.
                              What are the bylaws which authorise MSEDCL to cut off power from households?
                              Really a pathetic state of affairs. India seems to have no respite from corrupt govt officials who need to be paid extra money for doing their job.

                                I stay in Pune (vishrantwadi area), I did not get my electricity bill for the month of april 2011 so I waited for around 10 days and after that I went to nearest(pratik nagar) MSEB office and requested them to generate duplicate bill and I paid the amount at that day itself. (bill amount for that month was 250Rs)
                                But on very next day MSEB staff came and disconnected my elecricity connection saying "Bill pending" .I was not at home at that time, I came at 6 and was shocked to see electricity cut.Immediately(around 6PM) I went to MSEB office but all staff was in hurry to go home, nobody entertained me.
                                I came home, spend entire night without light and next morning again I went to MSEB office.They charged me 200 Rs to re-connect electicity wire(even it was their mistake)

                                  SINCE LAST 2 YEARS MY METER IS SHOWING VERY HIGH READINGS AND I AM GETTEING HIGH ENERGY BILLS OF OVER[protected] PM.
                                  I APPLIED FOR TESTING/REPLACEMENT OF METER IN NOV 09 BUT NO AVAIL. THIS MONTH I GOT A BILL OF 12120/- FOR ONE MONTH .WE ARE A FAMILY OF 3 WITH NO CHANGE IN NUMBER OF APPLIANCES THIS BILL IS SHOCKING. THE NORMAL BILL IN OUR AREA FOR SAME SIZE AND APPLIANCES IS APPROX 900/- PM.
