I'm the resident of sripura, near 2nd mile stone, jog road, kargal, sagar (Taluk), shimoga (Dist). We are facing severe problem of low voltage. We have repeatedly complained about this with the department officials. They have assured us to take necessary actions and have provided us with a new transformer.

But still we are facing the same problem. On inquiry we got the information that many customers in our region illegally stealing the electricity by attaching wire directly to electric wires and officials have a primary list of such people. But they are not taking any strict actions against them. That's why i am placing this complaint before you for necessary action.

Please do the necessary.

      I am a central govt. P. S. U. Official (Retd). I came to marnamikatta 15 months back. This is my worst experience in my life. Every now and then power cut without any reason or intimation. Every thursday maintenance.in paper they had given 10am to 5pm. Since 9.30am to 7pm there is no current. I do not know when it comes. The person sitting in 2418060 is giving evasive reply. By using inferior quality of wire and other materials, consumers are tortutured. Marnamikatta junction officials must be the most corrupt. Nobody has right to cut power of 10 hours. I am senior citizen. I expect convincing reply within 24 hours. My rr number is jl1477. Some appliance like invertor, fridge are damaged. I am sending mail to lokayuta for taking necessary action action against the corrupt officials.

        As far as above matter has been concerned, I would like to bring it to ur notice that I have registered a complaint on pole shifting on 13 the nov.2018... but I didn't receive any replies...soon after 20days some persons are doing enquiry around tat electric pole which s in bapuji nagar 3rd cross SHIVAMOGGA...so I shocked & went to keb office at keb office balaraj urs road SHIVAMOGGA...where my registered complaint was missing & after enquiry I came to know tat our area comes under ward engineerA.E. Nandeesh ...when we enquired about our complaint he denied about such complaint ...when we show our received copy, he shut his mouth, didn't say anything...again I gave complaint on tat...on dec1st 2018 n he came to spot inspection...but still no action has been taken yet...from.ur department...so i would kindly request u t take action & provide us justice...thnk you...From -- Ganesh R MALADKAR...lecturer in physics... bapuji nagar 3rd cross..           I given complaint before mescom regarding to no power supply, i given complaint at 3.30 pm but mescom staff come at 10.50 pm night, and they scolded why you all giving complaint at night actually we have road problem, mescom staffs using bad words and filthy language and last they said that we con't doing work in night i requested i am advocate and i have small baby please do work sir but they refused and insulted me and they said that you do anything we have some work and they left the spot

            Dear sir,

            After the installation of new meter, i am getting higher bills for the month of august-september 2018 (Meter reading as on 10th every month). Normally, i get a bill for rs.450/- to rs.500/- (Apprx.) i received bill of rs.1532.00 and rs.2005/- for the month of august and september respectively.

            So, i visited your bejai, mangalore office on 11.09.2018 and submitted my complaint to aee. He asked me to pay the meter testing charges of rs.295.00 and informed that engineers will visit my house within a few days.

            So, as per your attavar, mangalore office letter dated 20.09.2018, the officials have visited our house on 26.09.2018 and informed that the new meter installed at our house is in order and informed that there is grounding in the line and advised us to get it checked through a electrician. So, i called a licensed electrical contractor on 28.09.2018. The electricians have examined each and every electric point as well as earthling provided in the house. They informed that everything is in order. Again your bejai office has sent their technician to our house to verify the meter. He informed that there may be possibility of error in the panel board. So, i have once again called the electrician on 12.10.2018, and they found that the phase line was connected to neutral line by your dept. Staff while installing the meter. Only after rectifying the error, the meter was running properly.

            So, i again visited your bejai office on 15.10.2018 and submitted one more complaint informing that the meter is running properly. I also pleaded that since the error happened due to the faulty work done by your dept., i requested them to refund the excess amount charged for the month of august, september 2018 and also testing charges of rs.295/-. But aee has informed that they are unable to help in the matter.

            Since the above problem happened due to the work done by your dept., i request you to refund the excess amount charged for the month of august and september 2018 and also testing charges of rs.295/-at the earliest.

              We had paid our bill . But with out information he had took the fuse. How can that be done with out confirmation . I had complaint to the office and they have called him too but he is not resolving the issue . Beeri kotekar mescom
              For your information, in 62 Thokur Konkan Kodi On the way we arrive, after put a new light filler the line man kept old pole in the middle of the road not kept side also, we informed to clean but he is not taken action, so we are requesting you to do the needful.
              Have called Several Times and Not a single Person been Came to Respond with the Current Situation as the Wire been cut and Hanging on the Road from Last evening and No one Been Coming To the as its a problem For Many riders And Been A worst thing that some one Just got hit on the Car also

                My wife suvarnini ramakanthan is a rural consumer of padnoor village of puttur. (Prl 879&rr 12306) used to pay electricity bill by ecs (From my sbi savings account number [protected]) till aug 2018. Suddenly this facility has been stopped without giving any advance notice. For the last two months forced to pay the bill physically. Request resume ecs or make it convenient for rural customers who are senior citizens to make online bill payment by providing a customer id.

                At present, the on-line payment system is enabled to 11 towns of R-APDRP area & DWA is issued to implement on-line payment system in remaining non-R-APDRP area. It will take some time for pilot project execution & implement. Once implemented in all the areas, advertisement will be given for public awareness.

                    Metre no kv2026, id no [protected]
                    The said metre is provided for a motor pump installed in my house for irrigation purpose only and for the last 6 months of rainy season the motor is not used. My average bill is rs 56 only.
                    I lodged a complaint with mescom kavoor office on 2 september that the said meter is not working and the meter reading operator was putting some random number and acccordingly i was paying heavily. On 22 august i personaly showed him that the metre display is out of order and he issued bill for rs 271 taking it as average of all the faulty bills he issued earlier. He put mnr status to the bill.
                    Even after complaining no body cared to check it and this month also i got another bill for rs 276 being the quarter average.
                    How many more months i have to pay the average bill even when the motor is not operative?

                      There was a meter change done last month. And this month our bill is 64000 Rs.
                      Our monthly bill never usually crosses 2000 maybe only in summer that when we use the AC.

                      We were not even home for a week and there was no usage at home.

                      They changed the meter without prior intimation and this is the result.
                      I dont understand how the bill can be 64000 when we dont have so many appliances at home. Our bill wont even be 5000 even if we keep all our electronic appliances on the whole month.

                      We are senior citizens and this is the way we are treated.

                          Internet bill payment system please avoid people going to keb office for bills payments, stand on queue for settlement of
                          Bills specially old aged. More than fifty percent of cash transactions are settled through bhim or paytim etc because of digitalisation. Places like karkala are still in a niglected category, why? Please gives us an opportunity to fall in with mangalore. Senior citizens like us will surly appreciate your efforts

                            We had a make an online payment for mescom, my consumer number is [protected], the transaction reference number is csbtx163750 with an amount of rs 1294. However, it is still not reflecting on the online system so kindly do the need asap.

                              My customer ID [protected] on MESCOM is registered to another person online and I need to get it registered correctly in my name.
                              I am unable to connect with MESCOM customer service number 1912 for the last two months. SMSes sent to their number 58888 result in the following reply - "Error: Server is busy. Pls try after some time."

                              For obtaining any information, the pre-requisite is to register on the MESCOM site which is not possible. Since I stay in another city, I need to view my electricity bills online before making payments.

                              Can MESCOM customer relationship team please connect with me to resolve the issue?

                                Kindly check that in the area named Gondichatnahalli, Opposite Maruthi Rice Mill, New Layout, Near Kalpruksha Building, The electric spark is coming in the KEB Light pole. So that no power in the houses, We are already informed the KEB Line-man but they didn't took any action regarding this, So we need your support to solve this issue at the earliest.                                     Near madhyapadavu Surathkal, there is continues power cuts. If we call office it connects to customer care they are totally unaware ot the prob later they need to contact the office and they always informed us that some repair is going on. Trip, line fault bla bla.. By chance if connected to office they vl say within half n hr it vl cum but never cm with their promised tym we have to wait for nearly 2-6hours. Due to this we r facing lot of problems pls try to giv gud service as we are paying foe electricity. Hope yu will take necessary action and do the needful. Thank you.

                                    Current supply line to our commercial building is broken. Please repair it as soon as possible.we compained mescom office belthangadi, still its not repaired. They told for service people will come but no one came yet.

                                      Dear sir/ madam,

                                      There was a tree fall at one of the houses near my house due to which the electric poles were damaged. Due to this a pole situated within our premises was damaged as well and was tilted to 60 degree and and the service line got cut. I visited keb kalikamba on 11th june at 10:43am and lodged a complaint. The people who came to repair the situation took care of everything except our house and left. When called back to enquire about the sand the person who picked up the phone was very rude and arrogant. Being a customer i requested him to please come back and look into the situation as there is a 5 months old infant at the house and we need to have electricity at house but no one showed up.                                         Dear sir,

                                        ‌in the captioned subject i have submitted the necessary documents on 29.12.2016 at mescom udupi.
                                        After due verification of my application and documents by the concerned officials they accepted my application after payment of fee of rs 100 /- with receipt number[protected] on 29.12.2016 (Copy enclosed). I am of the opinion that the same will be transferred in my name after their procedure.
                                        In this regard i haven't received any communication from mescom udupi. The said house number was rented to 'forest department, social forest department udupi'. During november 2017 when i verified the electricity bill was not transferred to my name.
                                        I went to mescom udupi in november 2017 after long search they found my application. Thanks to one lady staff who cooperated in this regard, they told that the door no 3-1-54 in b. No 56-13 a they want change of khata certificate in the name of bharathi r shenoy, though in will copy it is specifically mentioned the s. No of property with d. No and r. R no belonging to my share they insisted for the khata change certificate. Which i submitted with in 2 days without any arguments.
                                        Even then there was no communication from the mescom office.in january 2018 i went to office again for enquiry of status to which they replied that there was some discrepancy in the form indemnity bond, that the address wasn't correct. The same was rectified by me with my signature. After that till date there was no official communication from udupi mescom.
                                        I want the following clarification:-
                                        Is it correct on the part of mescom to keep the application pending without any written communication for such a long period.
                                        Is it expected that the applicant has to repeatedly visit the office to enquire the status. The application is submitted with the required verified documents and fees, whether they may find discrepancy in the piece meal form.
                                        I am fully aware that we have to cooperate to get our work done so that the rr no is transferred in my name. At the same time it is also the duty of the mescom to keep their records updated and they should also cooperate with the consumers without giving unnecessary trouble.
                                        Finally rules are made to protect the interest of the consumer and it should not become a hindrance due to unnecessary queries.
                                        I request you to resolve my complaint at the earliest.

                                        To do online payment it asks to put the consumer number of 10 digits. But in our bill consumer number has 12 digits. How to do online bill payment now???
