With reference to the above mentioned Incident, and the solution suggested by your customer care executive, I have put a return request for my order, which was delivered damaged with a security tag. The Pick up boy who came to pick up the order, is not ready to pick it up, because he want a mail from the myntra customer care to be sent to the dwarka hub, for picking up the order, I am completely confused what I need to do further...

I have submitted a request for a product on 4th july as the fit was not correct.

I'm told the pick up will be done in 2-3 days. Its been over 15 days and nothing. More than that lies and misguiding the customer.

I have been calling them emailing them and Nothing has been done.

My last email to them.

I have called Myntra 4-6 times in last 3/4 days and after waiting for 5-10 minutes my call was not answered by any of their "so called champions"( cc executives).
