I have'not used product for a minute and myntra.com rejecting the product as return item. Is this a way of business?? I am mentioning all details below. I need my money back. My last mail to myntra.com as follows: I have ordered Roadster Men Olive green casual shoes on 4/1/2015. It was delivered to me on 10/1/2015. I was not satisfied with the product. I have submitted request for return product on 13/1/2015. Product was picked up on 16/1/2015. And it is showing status rejected. And today is 31/1/2015. No step has taken regarding this. I want my money back anyhow. Myntra.com have taken more days than it takes. The product was not used by me for sure. Still I didn't get my money back.     Hi, my complaint is about return rejected by saying that the product is used. order no. 25400421. I have personally checked only the size & repack immediately & intimate to myntra after several reminders they didn't pickup even they cancel the return request again I update the return request on Myntra site. I have returned 2 shoes packed together as per rule but pickup boy has separated the boxes. Now for the said order no. I got a mail that these shoes are used. I want to know how it is because I have checked & packed personally. As per Myntra they have dispatched the shoe again but I have refused to receive. THE BEST PART IS NO SENIOR PEOPLE INTERVEEN INTO THIS. This is not fare & if you not refund my money I will lodge a complaint in Consumer form.

      Hi, I am writing this complaint against the treatment I have got from Myntra.com. I had returned two of my online orders on 27 Dec 2014 and 31 Dec 2014. These items were returned within one day of the delivery date. I was promised that the money will be returned to my bank account within 7-8 working days. I waited for almost 10 working days and checked that the amount wasnt credited to my bank account. I had followed up the issue with Myntra.com customer care and was told that they had a technical issue at their end and hence werent able to process my request. I was requested 3 working days to get everything sorted. But nothing happened. I had been calling them for almost 4th time today and still no action has been taken to return the amount. I got told the same reason again where in they accepted that there has been a miss from their end. I had to do international calls to chase these people while I was away. These calls have costed me 50 AUD. The amount which was to be credited to my account is 736₹ + 1886₹. For this I had to spend 50Australian dollars and still the issue is not yet resolved. I need to claim all my charges with this company and this is really stressful to chase up. They havent contacted me regarding the delay. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Every time I give a call, I have been told that there was an issue with them and hence the money wasnt returned. I want to put an end to this. They should have contacted me in case of any delays. I do understand the issues, but they cant neglect the customer. Regards, Lakshmi.

        They are bunch of frauds I suppose. I ordered a footwear from them almost 1 month back. Size was wrong so I requested for exchange. Within 2 days I got a message that new shoes have been dispatched. However, it's been almost 20 days and I have not received it. They refuse to pay back the money also and say that they cannot cancel order now as it has been dispatched. Everytime I contact, the only response I get, they have sent the request to the logistic team and they will get back to me. But they never do...They just took my money and disappeared it seems. Would never trust Myntra again or buy from them.

          I ordered a Locomotive Men Brown Padded Youth Jacket. Size small on Myntra site has dimensions of length 29.5 inch, length across shoulder 19 inch and chest 41 inch but the actual jacket which i received had length 25 inch, length across shoulder 17 inch and chest 38 inch.

            I purchased Biba Kurti and Chromozyme Track pants from online shopping site-myntra on 2nd Jan 2014. By mistake i gave the old address for delivery. i called myntra customer care on 03rd Jan 2014 for change of address. The executive told it has been updated. Again i called after 4-5 days and came to know that order has been to wrong address. i reminded them for the request of change address but the executive told that is has been updated due to technical problem.they told that since it is the fault from their side even though the order is delivered they will return the amount to my account. Today i.e.26.01.15 when i called the executive tell the the order has been delivered and now the amount cannot be returned. My order no. is 70533138

              Hi I'AM SHAIK ABDUL FAIZE, Placed order on Jan 3rd ADIDAS Sports track at the time of proceeding i have received a pop up of complimentary bag worth of Rs:-850/- along with this track, But i have received only track when i called customer care the executive said that the compliment will be dispatch with different courier and after aweek again i have called on 25/01/2015 the customer support people says their is no compliment with this product.                 My order I'd is 25846272. Its the totally fake product delivered to me bcz in this product there is no tag and no price tag. And alsoalso we are seeing two same product at the different different price. One product code is 170461 andand second one is 243650.thats mean its totally fake proproduct.

                    I ordered Roadster Men Red & Navy Sweater(order id[protected], this product is defective from backside.. So myntra.com exchanged the product( Order No.[protected] .this exchanged product ( Order No.[protected] Is also. Most 3rd online shopping website I ever seen in my Life. I tried of this exchanging and exchanging..they waste my time..winter is over what can do with sweater.

                      I had placed an order for returning 3 shirts, out of which 1 was picked up by the delivery boy and the other two were not picked up.Later when I had called the customer care they are telling that the same was cancelled by courier persons. How can the terms be so casual.This is horrible.Request you to please enquire and give a solution.

                        Hi sir actually I purchased one American tourister bag on 3 Jan 2015 after few days igot a mail that your product is been canceled due to out of stock and for that one they have given 1000 gift vocher and I applied it for buy puma tracksuit it been shipped via delhivery courier service on 11 Jan the product reached my city by 16 Jan and but the product not delivered to me and been returned and canceled myntra is not taking any responsibility about this issueMYNTRA: Hi Hemaadri, your shipment with shipment id 71430219 and order id 71430219 has been shipped through Delhivery and will be delivered to you by 225 Jan 2015.                           My order no is 70265146.and return no is 3347819.I return this item from first flight courier ltd. weighted 525 gms which was received by Mr. Ankit on 22nd jan. I am really disappointed with the reason of declining the return. Actually I have sent the packet containing track suit(both lower and jacket) and when I asked to myntra about the reason and they told me that packet does not have pants that means only jacket. You can counter check the weight if you don't believe in your regular customer.If you don't take it seriously and take action regarding this then surely you are going to loose your valuable and regular customer.

                            Hello My self Rajat Slathia I have placed an order on 3rd of January 2015 the order no. Is 70419060 and the order is shipped from their warehouse house on 7th of January and order is shipped via first flight couriers Ltd. And courier tracking no. Is O991L2185774 which is to be delivered on 14th of January but the order has not been delivered it to me then I contact to the myntra.com champion he registered a complain and given me the time of 5 days for the resolution and today when I contact to the myntra.com champion he told me that your order is back to our warehouse and now we can't delivery it to you now I want to know what was mine fault they have that shoe available in their warehouse with the same size then also they are refusing to dispatch to mine destination the address is also correct and the mobile no. Is also correct and after knowing this i visited to first flight couriers Ltd. Pathankot to know that did they receive any order with this tracking no. And they said no we didn't receive any order if they haven't shipped the order to the destination courier point then whats the fun of doing shopping with them Sir mine request is only this that if everything thing available with them then why not they are able to again ship the shoe mine fault is nothing then also I am suffering... I want that shoe in any case...

                              Hi, I have places some orders on Myntra EOSS sale where 70% discounts are offered on top brands, After placing the orders[protected],[protected] total 4 items, out of these 4 items 3 items are cancelled by the Myntra after 10 days saying product is not available, but all of these products are still available on the website on higher price. When contacted to customer care they said product is not available and after that they are saying product is cancelled due to quality issue which i am not able to understand. They have also not refunded the money back into card account but kept as myntra cashback account and forcing customer to replace the order on higher price. This is complete FRAUD by taking customer money and forcing customer to buy on higher price. Praveen

                                on 29 dec 2014 i have done a transaction for online shooping from myntra.com. My account has been debited Rs.699/- but my order was not successful . Regarding this i have informed to myntra.com, they replied that they are looking for this transaction and will reply within 3 days, but i did not get any reply so again i do complain to myntra.com, they again said that they will process within 3 days. I dont know what should i do now. Please guide me Thank You

                                  i have ordered for a product my order details :70180043, i received the product on 3rd january . on the same day the product got delivered to me i made a complaint that there was a strain over the top .. they said u have to send a screen shot, though i have sent the screen shot to them, they were delaying it for no reason ... then i made an online request and the return got approved .. the FE came for the pickup after 4 days and i was not available at my place . so pickup could not happen i thought he will come next day, i received an sms that he will pick the item today but he did not come yet i spoke to them as well .. and i was underimpression may be there is a delay, they will definately come, but today when i spoke to Customer care executive they confirmed that the request got cancelled but i was not informed that return request got cancelled .. nor i have received any sms or email ... i think i m being harrased by Myntra . as the services of myntra is very pathetic ...                                       I am really very very very disappointed with Myntra.com! Though they must be having a great variety of fashion brands and products, but they purely lack in providing service. This was my first experience with Myntra. I ordered a pair of shoes. It got delivered me on the 5th day. Firstly, the shoes were defective as one shoe was small and other one was big. Then I called them up and requested for an exchange. They denied to exchange. I told them to take back their product and refund me. They denied the same too. They are making me ship the product by myself physically by going to the courier office and making an arrangement to send them. Well, this is very insulting and I never faced any problem as such with other shopping sites. I surely wont be ordering from Myntra anytime in future.

                                        Hi I am Gangula Arvind. i have returned my product PRODUCT CODE:290002 PRODUCT:KNOTTY DERBY MEN BLUE JAMES SNEAK CASUAL SHOES ORDER NO. : 71063003 and RETURN NO: 3445629 ON 13 JAN, 2015 SELF-SHIPPED. In DTDC website it is showing that product had reached warehouse on 17th jan .but till now i didt get any refund amount. I called to myntra customer service on jan 21th 2015 regarding refund amount .But they are saying that they did't recieved the product .
