Order No. 23139026 They delivered a wrong product. The replacement was done within 4 days. And the same wrong product was delivered to me AGAIN as the replacement. On contacting them they just said sorry for the fault and the customer support executive gave me a personal advice not to order the same product. Order No. 24191851 This is the current order. Been 3 days since i ordered the product. No updates on the tracking page. Called the customer support, they just say sorry. They say that they value but they don't give a damn. No complaints filed and no one ever contacted me for the same. I'm trying every possible way to reach out to them. No response.

      Has been following with the myntra from the last 15 days ..first they sent me the tsht thats of wrong size and colour and when i again booked it they cancelled in mid way then again i booked it and they sent me the wrong colour this is going on from the last 15 days and they told me that they will revert me in 5 working days but right now i dont have the patience to wait more

        Wrong pricing issue

        I purchased Nike Men Grey & Green Air Zoom Pegasus 31 Running Shoes from mytra on Dec 04, 2014 during CITI OMG sale. The MRP of product was listed Rs 5795/- and after applying CITIBANK discount coupon I paid Rs 4391/- The order got cancelled by myntra a day later. The reason for cancellation was given as incorrect pricing of the product. As compensation I recieved a maximum dicount coupon of[protected] = 1739/- on a purchase of goods...

        On 29'th of November, I placed an order for a sweatshirt (Order No.[protected]. This item was supposed to be delivered by 6th December. But on 2'nd December, I received a mail from Myntra saying that my order has been cancelled, because the item was not in stock. And my money has been refunded. So I said OK, this kind of glitches do happen sometimes. So, I started searching on Myntra again, hoping to find another color or maybe a size bigger/smaller of the same item, since I liked it very much. And I found the same item listed again as "IN STOCK". So I wasted no time in placing the order. So 2'nd December, I placed the order for the same item(Order No[protected], for the second time. But this time, I paid an extra 79 Rupees for NEXT DAY DELIVERY, because I din't want to wait that long and find out that the item went out of stock again. The item was to be delivered on 3'rd of December. But today(7th Dec), I received a mail from Myntra saying my second order has been cancelled too. They didn't even consider informing me about the delay/cancellation on the 3'rd, as per their commitment of NEXT DAY DELIVERY.It's so easy and convenient for them to just cancel the customer's order, irrespective of the time, effort and money wasted by the customers. I have asked for compensation. But still haven't received anything acceptable and reasonable from Myntra's end yet.

          Order No. 11123460 I ordered 3 underwears of large size. Out of 3, only 1 fits me and I have never used the other 2. what a consumer should do if the size is large on website and product but it doesn't fit you due to size variations of the brands. It is so disgusting that I am writing to all major websites now to inform that Myntra website listing is not accurate when it comes to buy clothes.

            I bought some apparels during the rush hour with 50% discount, then on the next day I found close to 50% discount on many of the clothes available during the rush hour. What is the point of buying during that time? I was really disappointed.

              I ordered a trouser in myntra in voice date 01 december 2014. Order no 23860366.No[protected].Myntra sent a very small sized Trouser .I emailed them that I am 6 ft tall and they emailed me that it would fit me most.Today i received but the trouser is so small that it rises upto my cup of legs and it is too tight.I ordered them a trouser of 32 waist.Before it I Ordered another trouser of waist 34.that time they sent me too large trouser. I sent that trouser via courrier to return. RIght now they again Advising me to sent The trouser viA courrier.I am irritated that myntra thinks that common peoPle do not have any worK sending and Receiving product is a game. The most deragotary matter is that they closed my account so that I can not Complain.

                myntra order no 23422271 is of two items nivea soap fort collin's men jacket but the order of nivea soap is supplied but the fort collin's men jacket is cancelled without informing my first experience with myntra is very bad. bogus site not worth shopping

                  I had placed an order having no.23034016 on 15 Nov 2014. There were 3 items in that order from which 2 have been delivered. Rest one product has been shipped by FedEx courier service with tracking no[protected] according to their record.The order has to be delivered to rewari which is 60 km away from Gurgaon from which the shipment has been initiated. It has to be delivered by 21st Nov 2014. But till now the product has not been delivered. I have called the customer care of myntra on 22nd Nov They assured me that they have registered a complaint it should be delivered within next 5 working day. Now Today i again contacted them they are telling me another 2 working day otherwise your cash will be refunded. I am supposed to need that item that's why i have ordered it then why they are taking so much days time and again not delivering the product and now telling cash back option. Another policy was mentioned in their website that if product is not delivered within delivery date, then they should cash back the amount of the product then why they take extra time? so now i claiming to them to deliver the product as soon as possible and make the cash back as they have taken extra time but still then they are unable to deliver.

                    I have bought a bag for my wife on her birthday. But when I received the bag, it was damaged. Unfortunately it was the last piece and they did not have the replacement. Myntra was ready to take the bag back and return the entire money to me. I told them that my wife liked the bag and she wanted to keep it, I need to get it repaired locally at my own cost. However as the bag was delivered to me in a damaged condition, I suggested that Myntra should not charge me full amount for it. But they did entertain my suggestion. Though I might sound unreasonable, this is not how online retailer like Amazon in US or UK treat their customers. Is it unreasonable to expect world class customer experience from an Indian company?

                      Hello sir, i have purchase two sweaters from myntra.com order no. 22686643 dated 8th nov, 2014.which was not delieverd to me by courier company(BLUE DART) and they cancelled my order and return to myntra arguing that buyer was not available but the reality is that i will contact to blue dart before the order was returned and they said they will delievered the product next day but the product was not delieverd and say sorry for wrongly return the product to myntra.And now when i reorder the same product they will charge higher amount. so i want my cliam because i have suffered loss due to their fault.Many times i will contact myntra's customer care and blue dart also but everytime they will gave me date and i have expend on mobile bills and 2 times i am going to blue dart office.

                        I have returned back 3 products on 30th OCT 2014 . Order No: 22171807 Return No: 2703272 (Amount to be refund back is 1202.65) Return No: 2703261 (Amount to be refund back is 788.72) Return No: 2703254 (Amount to be refund back is 1202.65) Out of the above refunds only one refund is credited back to the account with an amount of 1202.65 on 05/11/2014 Other two refunds(1202.65 & 788.22) are yet to be credited in account. I contacted Myntra customer care thrice and the response I am getting is, back end team processed the payments we will get back to you with status. Please resolve this issue and help me out.

                          Sir, I had ordered a pair of shoes online from MYNTA.com on 15octuber 2014 . The shoes were not fit to me, so i made a pickup request. But a long wait my shoes were not picked. Through a long wait i myself delivered the product through OVERNITE PARCEL SERVICE on 13november 2014. My shoes were of Rs 1999.00 My order number is 21565355 Overnite parcel service consignment is [protected] I only want my money back. Please sir do the needful.

                              I purchased & ordered (pre-paid) a REDTAPE shoe on 30/10/2014 with Order ID: 22153745, against which I received a wrong & fake shoe (make - ALERT) with torned foot sole. I complaint about this to Myntra & returned the product with return request (ReturnID: 2742582) on 5/11/2014. After so many followups... still I have not received the refund... Every time their representative reply with pre-written statement " we apologize... request you to keep patience... give us 5 business days...blaaaa blaaa..."

                                  my order no being 21801028. three products where to be delivered at my home address at begusarai, bihar.one of the product was delivered at kolkata which is no where near to begusarai and other 2 products have been retured to myantra warehouse.when i call the customer service, they keep on increasing their dates for refund.the product which i had ordered was on 19th october and yet myntra is not able to detect where their product are.when i ask about the refund, they respond as it will be done after the product reaches their warehouse and no exact date is provided.this is simpling harrasing of people.we have to keep them calling about the product details.

                                    I am very very disappointed in the service i received from Myntra, the delivery people are so careless, that they don't even contact us before delivery and dump the package to any one who is at home, In my case i called the moment i received the auto text from Myntra and spoke to delivery man and clearly informed not to deliver but he ignored and delivered for my bad, i call the customer support team and spoke to Abishek, and he said sorry and was not helfull in understanding the situation and i requested him to escalate and then spoke to Gazi aool and neither he was also not helpfull and i asked him to escalate and then spoke to Manager Bupathi and he informed that he will get the charges returned back to my ac and will keep the issue open and would give a call back Next day but he failed and i had not herd from any of the team, he also took my ac details, till day i have not received any thing and they do not have tol free no and every time i call them they appologise and inform that they were raising another compliant i wasted almost hours and till date no out come Hence i had no option but to knock the consumers compliant team to do the needful, We are newly Family settled in India after coming from New Zealand, and we found this as non trust able service, coz our assurance was taken for granted.                                       Dear Sir, I have purchased through Myntra online 2 pairs of FILA Fila Men Cicadeo White Casual Shoes vide my order no.21385711 since 20days passed & both pair were damaged with in 2 days use, I have lodged the complaint for return as well as refund both used pairs more then 10 time. 1 pair is uplifted by myntra team & also refunded the fund but another pair is still lying with me. again & again they demand for damaged product photographs, I have also send all photos perhaps 4 time. I am feeling guilty to deal with Myntra.com to purchased the product, only cheating & fraud with citizens .
