I placed order on July 14th and for the same Netmeds was showing delivery date as 14th July - 16th July. I waited for one more day at delivery location and then I left to my hometown. I also requested to cancel my order via direct mail and through netmeds email and chat option but didn't get any response.
As per FAQs mentioned on Netmeds, I can cancel the order if it's not in transit otherwise if it's in transit I can refuse delivery.
In my case, I was not at the delivery location and my order reached the delivery location on 20th July. Neither I get any call from deliver partner nor I asked anyone to pick the order but still the order showing and delivered without my OTP.
My amount now got stuck, I don't know to whom delivery person handover the product, I also don't know if it's really handover to someone or not and it went back to inventory with status showing delivered.
I have not seen such customer care support, I tried reaching multiple times over call to speak to customer care but call immediately automatically disconnected when I choose option to speak to representative, but one fine day I pressed option to place a new order and register as a new user and surprisingly my call was forwarded to customer care and I spoke to them to cancel.
Even after that it's 5 days no action being taken on my issue.
