Hello I ordered medicines on 28th Aug at that time it shows 1 day delivery today it's 31st Aug still I didn't get my order in tracking is shows that it reached my home location yesterday but still they didn't deliver my order in QWIK courier is that kind of fraud or what I didn't understand delivery medicines immediately or return my money

    I ordered an injection and I needed the injection by 30 July 2022. I ordered it from Netmeds on 27 July 2022 at 12:30 AM and estimated delivery date was 29 to 30 July 2022. It’s already 31st of July and have not yet received the order. The patient severely required the dosage by yesterday. I am perturbed by the kind of service Netmeds provides and being my first time experience with Netmeds I would never ever think in my life to order from Netmeds again. the customer service is also not useful. The customer care representative named Madhusudhan had nothing to say about it except that they regret the inconvenience.
    Do not order. The advertisements they show on television and social media is an absolute false representation as they can don't follow what they say .

      I ordered tablets for my mother on Jun 18 After nearly. 1 month the company couldn't deliver me so i asked for refund but after several follow ups thr money is not refunded to me. also i ordered 2 tablets on 14 july and they failed to deliver that too on time. They said about the mistake of Delivery company so i asked to change it for me which they agreed on. So after again several follow ups i called again the customer care and they said they are refunding the money for order on 14 July too without my concern. Now when i try to talk the call hangs up as if the number they fo fraud with goes to hang up.Please look into this . Below are photos attached of orderred items.

        I had placed order using Netmeds app on 26th July, 2022. This was reorder and the prescription was the one approved by Netmeds in the previous order. In addition, I had ordered 4 medicines and one of the medicine is missing. I had been following up with them via emails and chats but i am only getting assurance that we will process is soon. Order has been stuck at consultation stage is not moving. Medicines are consumed on daily basis and such a slow speed is of no use. I am tired of following up with them and expect them to resolve soon. Just for extra discount its not worth and service is very poor

          Its been 5 days since I placed my order on Netmeds, my Order was split up into two halves, one was delivered on time and the other has not been delivered and is in transit since 2 DAYS!
          There is no link to the QWIK website or such too.
          Very unprofessional behavior from such a reputed brand all due to this QWIK courier service. Please do look into this ASAP or else just return my money back.

            The above order declined although full payment of Rs.628.35 made. No refund issued till date.
            The most pathetic is that I talked with helpdesk who promised to solve verbally, but did not issued any acknowledgement or a taken number. The company does not disclose its contact number or e-mail where an aggreived customer can lodge complaint.

              Following is my tracking id pf[protected].001 . product came to pune on 26 july 2022 morning before 9 am.delivery date was 26th july2022. hadn't got product .26th eve raised issue of non delivery .27 morning i raised issue 28 morning raised issue 28th noon raised issue no use . this is one of the worst call cent and delivery service i ever seen in my last 67 years of life.

                  I placed order on July 14th and for the same Netmeds was showing delivery date as 14th July - 16th July. I waited for one more day at delivery location and then I left to my hometown. I also requested to cancel my order via direct mail and through netmeds email and chat option but didn't get any response.
                  As per FAQs mentioned on Netmeds, I can cancel the order if it's not in transit otherwise if it's in transit I can refuse delivery.
                  In my case, I was not at the delivery location and my order reached the delivery location on 20th July. Neither I get any call from deliver partner nor I asked anyone to pick the order but still the order showing and delivered without my OTP.
                  My amount now got stuck, I don't know to whom delivery person handover the product, I also don't know if it's really handover to someone or not and it went back to inventory with status showing delivered.

                  I have not seen such customer care support, I tried reaching multiple times over call to speak to customer care but call immediately automatically disconnected when I choose option to speak to representative, but one fine day I pressed option to place a new order and register as a new user and surprisingly my call was forwarded to customer care and I spoke to them to cancel.
                  Even after that it's 5 days no action being taken on my issue.

                  I am not getting any response from your customer support team, I sent many emails. Somehow I managed to talk to customer care representative and he told me withing 48 hours we will find out to whom it is delivered but it's been now more than 5 days there is no response no update.
                  Please understand and keep in your mind that you are dealing with life saving product and not with fashion item or food delivery. If your order is not reaching on time or if you deliver it to someone senior citizen who is dependent and they consumed it without unknowingly then you will be in trouble for sure.
                  Learn from competitors and learn from past experience to stay in market. Your competitors are doing way better and providing faster service.
                  Looks like your higher management is not giving importance once customer is placing order on seeing many such complaints like mine.

                  Anyway, I want my money back whatever it is its my earned money I cannot give it to you for your mistakes. So refund my money otherwise I will not have any option other than reaching out to consumer court.

                        I had placed my very first order (ORDER:[protected]A) with a proper doctor prescription on NetMeds trusting that you would deliver the medicines on time. I am supposed to start the course with these medicines and revisit the doctor in 2 weeks' time. The specified delivery date was 24th July 2022. I had planned it accordingly. But, the prescription was not verified for 2 days and my order only started to process after that. It was a mere negligence from your end. Now, it's been delayed by over 3 days and still there is no clue as to when I would get my medicines. The customer care folks say only one thing in a loop that they are taught to say no matter what we ask - "some technical issue. you will get the medicines in 24 to 48 hrs".

                        This is utterly ridiculous and disgusting when we are waiting to start our course as per doctor's prescription and you are just delaying without any proper reason specified. All other online vendors just take a day or two to deliver these while you promise 4 days and still not deliver after one week. I am suffering here as a patient because the I can't start the course and my symptoms are just increasing.

                        I am Emailing this to the following authorities also, to take appropriate action on NetMeds:
                        1. Consumer Forum NCRDC
                        2. Consumer forum Karnataka State commission and
                        3. Consumer forum Bangalore Urban

                        I request this to be seriously dealt with.

                            I had ordered 03 items of medicines vide the order no.[protected]A dt. 06/07/2022. Regret to inform you that out of 03 items 02 items had been delivered on 08/07/2022 and 01 item is still pending inspite of several mail correspondence as well as talking with your customer care executive. First they said they will talk to the shipper and get it delivered with priority and than the other executive said that they will cancel the order at their end and reorder the same by yesterday itself. But till date I am suffering by not taking the medicine for last 15 days, who will be the responsible for that?

                            You are once again requested to kindly dispatch the medicine on priority basis.

                                      I ordered some emergency & urgent medicines from Netmeds on 17.07.2022 at 0654 pm, but they do not dispatch the medicine now. They intentionally delayed my order. Solve my problem immediately.

                                      Why soo late for dispatch the medicine. 48 hours over, why Netmeds not dispatch the medicine.

                                      How irresponsible they are. Why too late.

                                        I have placed an order on Netmeds application on 7th july 2022 and it estimated delivery date is 8-9 july but i didn't get that order. I called them for the update and everytime I get to hear that we are checking with the logistics yeam and you will get the order in 24-48 hours.
                                        After that on 15th july I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money so they took the cancellation request and I was told that the order has been cancelled but I didn't get any update regarding the cancellation.
                                        I called the team again and they told me the order has been cancelled but its pending with the payment team and since 2 days, I'm getting the response it will be done in 24 hours but today when I asked the customer care executive, she told me that the order is pending for cancellation and again the same thing that it will be done in 24 hours.
                                        And the agent Anita was so rude that she marked the conversation complete in between.

                                        So please look into this and tell them to refund my money as soon as possible. I hope i get proper response here.

                                        I placed order on July 14th and for the same Netmeds was showing delivery date as 14th July - 16th July. I waited for one more day at delivery location and then I left to my hometown. I also requested to cancel my order via direct mail and through netmeds email and chat option but didn't get any response.
                                        As per FAQs mentioned on Netmeds, I can cancel the order if it's not in transit otherwise if it's in transit I can refuse delivery.
                                        In my case, I was not at the delivery location and my order reached the delivery location on 20th July. Neither I get any call from deliver partner nor I asked anyone to pick the order but still the order showing and delivered without my OTP.
                                        My amount now got stuck, I don't know to whom delivery person handover the product, I also don't know if it's really handover to someone or not and it went back to inventory with status showing delivered.

                                        I have not seen such customer care support, I tried reaching multiple times over call to speak to customer care but call immediately automatically disconnected when I choose option to speak to representative, but one fine day I pressed option to place a new order and register as a new user and surprisingly my call was forwarded to customer care and I spoke to them to cancel.
                                        Even after that it's 5 days no action being taken on my issue.
