Irresponsible customer care support

Order is not delivered even after 1 and half months
I have reached customer care 4 times and sent multiple mails regarding order but every time no action was taken. Order is still not delivered. Every time they say that we haven taken required actions and i should wait for 24 hours. They don't even want to look into my complain....

Refund money is not available to use

I ordered few medicine from Netmeds app I have attached the order detail
few medicine were unavailable so netmeds refund my money to my netmeds wallet (should be back to my acct/original payment method) but its ok if they keep in my wallet but now i am not able to use that i have emailed to them about this and they are replied to me about there NMS supercash and all and now i am getting message this is going to expire in 3 days and...

Deficiency in supply/ received of item medicine ordered and to that mentioned in invoice No.CSHX10220104638 Dt.12.7.2022

Cream K-Fusi-B 10g ordered vide Order No.[protected]ASO1 Dt.11.7.2022 according invoice NoCSHX[protected] DT.12.7.2022 received by me on 16.7.2022.
On opening of package found only 01 cream against ordered 02.
Please do needful to avoid inconvenience and financial loss to me....

They send half order

I have paid 1057 rupees and they send only half quantity of each med. I can't even see my original order invoice ... Such fraud...

Medicine not come last one month

Last month ordered medicine haven't received to date customer service of no help and the manager dosent want to face the customer the only standard answer we get is in 1 days you will receive the medicine its over a month now...

Money was deducted by order not reflecting in app

I placed an order by 924 rupees via google pay although money was deducted but order is not reflected on my app...

Pricing

I had ordered medicine on Netmeds on 10th July 2022
I paid Rs. 936.99, but I received the receipt of Rs. 885.60 (discount price)
I had raised a complaint but no comment on the issue

Order on Netmeds app shows Morr F 10% as Rs. 1025/- but MRP on the box is Rs. 975/-
Similarly for Thyronorm 50mcg, the price shows Rs. 146.24/- but MRP on the box is Rs. 132.02/-

The price shown on netmeds app...

Delivery date passed and still order is in processing

I have order few medicines on July 11.
Order ID[protected]A with an estimated delivery July 11-July 13.
Today while typing this complaint it is 15th July and still the order is in processing. There is no call or notification from netmeds with any update on why the order is delayed and by when it will be delivered. Being a netmeds first member I was expecting the delivery to be superfast as it says in benefits(for members)....

Delivery Delay

The items in the order were a priority one and as you promised on-time delivery I agreed to proceed for the transaction.Please let me know whether you can deliver the goods latest by tomorrow or else. This is not the first time I am complaining about the delay in deliveries of goods ordered. The order out for delivery 3 time and I received qurier boy number an sms and i call him but no response from his side.I called your customer service...

Not issuing refund after order declined

I placed an order on 29th June 8:22PM Order ID[protected]A and paid Rs 454.95 and the order failed but money was deducted so I tried to order again and paid again and the order failed again and Rs 454.95 was deducted AGAIN. I contacted netmeds chat support (which is difficult to find on their app) and they initially said i should wait for 7 days and I waited and then I said i didn't get any refund. They asked me to share gpay payment...

Money has been debited but order not placed

I had placed an order lest night (12th July 2022) through my Netmeds app. The amount was payed through UPI and the money has been debited, but the orders section on the app shows that no order has been placed. Kindly initiate a refund or place the order....

Order not delivered yet

Order id[protected]ASO1.courier QWIK .DELIVERY PARTNER GRAB.Grab says they don't deliver at my address. So what can I do??? Coustomer care executive says will deliver shortly priority basis (common word)...

Refund is not done since two month

I had ordered two medicine from netmeds. One was ordered by wrong name so i returned it and they said they will refund within 2-3 weeks. It has been two month but whenever i ask for refund throgh email, they says your complain is forwarded to concerend department and it will addressed shortly. In between they said they have processed the refund into my bank acc but when i did not receive any amount into my acc then i asked them again and...

Incorrect Product delivered

I placed a himalaya baby care kit, but they delivered the lower version.
It looks like its done to deceive the customer as they have similar image to product issue on other products.
I called them few times but they say their other team looks into this. My tickets are always getting the same response with no results. Its been two weeks and still no response.
Then their calls started to go blank after waiting, so very...

Amount refund

I had Placed an order on Netmeds on April 15, The product has not been delivered and from April 22nd I am following for the refund of Rs., 2, 799.They are saying that the amount has been refunded but till now i have not received my money.continuously but no respond from them....

Not sending product after payment

Order 2 items on july 6th. On july 7th received only one item. Immediately sent an email to missing department regarding the issue. Till july 11th not providing proper response and even there customer service is pathetic stating that we have escalated the issue. Not even providing the status on re- shipping the tablets or providing refund....
