I have placed an order on Netmeds application on 7th july 2022 and it estimated delivery date is 8-9 july but i didn't get that order. I called them for the update and everytime I get to hear that we are checking with the logistics yeam and you will get the order in 24-48 hours.
After that on 15th july I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money so they took the cancellation request and I was told that the order has been cancelled but I didn't get any update regarding the cancellation.
I called the team again and they told me the order has been cancelled but its pending with the payment team and since 2 days, I'm getting the response it will be done in 24 hours but today when I asked the customer care executive, she told me that the order is pending for cancellation and again the same thing that it will be done in 24 hours.
And the agent Anita was so rude that she marked the conversation complete in between.

So please look into this and tell them to refund my money as soon as possible. I hope i get proper response here.

I placed order on July 14th and for the same Netmeds was showing delivery date as 14th July - 16th July. I waited for one more day at delivery location and then I left to my hometown. I also requested to cancel my order via direct mail and through netmeds email and chat option but didn't get any response.
As per FAQs mentioned on Netmeds, I can cancel the order if it's not in transit otherwise if it's in transit I can refuse delivery.
In my case, I was not at the delivery location and my order reached the delivery location on 20th July. Neither I get any call from deliver partner nor I asked anyone to pick the order but still the order showing and delivered without my OTP.
My amount now got stuck, I don't know to whom delivery person handover the product, I also don't know if it's really handover to someone or not and it went back to inventory with status showing delivered.

I have not seen such customer care support, I tried reaching multiple times over call to speak to customer care but call immediately automatically disconnected when I choose option to speak to representative, but one fine day I pressed option to place a new order and register as a new user and surprisingly my call was forwarded to customer care and I spoke to them to cancel.
Even after that it's 5 days no action being taken on my issue.

    I ordered some emergency & urgent medicines from Netmeds on 17.07.2022 at 0654 pm, but they do not dispatch the medicine now. They intentionally delayed my order. Solve my problem immediately.

    How irresponsible they are. Why too late.

          I used to order medicines through Netmeds portal. In the order that order ID I mentioned above, few medicines were missing in the shipment. I raised a ticket/compliant through the Netmeds Customer care. I response I received from them is too lame and unacceptable. They re repeatedly telling one thing which is " your order has been delivered successfully". Please help me to get my refund properly.

            I have reached customer care 4 times and sent multiple mails regarding order but every time no action was taken. Order is still not delivered. Every time they say that we haven taken required actions and i should wait for 24 hours. They don't even want to look into my complain.

                I ordered few medicine from Netmeds app I have attached the order detail
                few medicine were unavailable so netmeds refund my money to my netmeds wallet (should be back to my acct/original payment method) but its ok if they keep in my wallet but now i am not able to use that i have emailed to them about this and they are replied to me about there NMS supercash and all and now i am getting message this is going to expire in 3 days and you can see below the amount 572.25. but when i am placing new order it doesn't allow me to use the 572.25 rupees i don't want use there any super cash or offer just want to use my refund amount for new order but its not available this kind of refund amount they are going to use like that i am not aware. i just want my refund amount to available to use for new order or refund back to my acct like original transaction.
                Please let me know what should I do ?

                i have been follwing up with netmed teams but they are not responding
                every time they ask to send a email which i sent few time but finally they expired my refund money
                THEY TOOK MY HARDEARN MONEY - DONT TRUST ON NETMEDS its better pay extra and buy from MEDICAL or 1MG app.

                          I paid Rs. 936.99, but I received the receipt of Rs. 885.60 (discount price)
                          I had raised a complaint but no comment on the issue

                          Order on Netmeds app shows Morr F 10% as Rs. 1025/- but MRP on the box is Rs. 975/-
                          Similarly for Thyronorm 50mcg, the price shows Rs. 146.24/- but MRP on the box is Rs. 132.02/-

                              I have order few medicines on July 11.
                              Order ID[protected]A with an estimated delivery July 11-July 13.
                              Today while typing this complaint it is 15th July and still the order is in processing. There is no call or notification from netmeds with any update on why the order is delayed and by when it will be delivered. Being a netmeds first member I was expecting the delivery to be superfast as it says in benefits(for members). This totally unacceptable as the patient needs to take medicine everyday for a heart related problem. Playing with the life of person is not acceptable.

                              I want the medicines to be delivered ASAP with an apology note for late delivery and also a compensation in return for not delivering on time

                                The items in the order were a priority one and as you promised on-time delivery I agreed to proceed for the transaction.Please let me know whether you can deliver the goods latest by tomorrow or else. This is not the first time I am complaining about the delay in deliveries of goods ordered. The order out for delivery 3 time and I received qurier boy number an sms and i call him but no response from his side.I called your customer service representative 3-4 times but the booked my complaint and did not take any action. I am not expecting such kind o[censored]naccepted behavior from a company.

                                  I placed an order on 29th June 8:22PM Order ID[protected]A and paid Rs 454.95 and the order failed but money was deducted so I tried to order again and paid again and the order failed again and Rs 454.95 was deducted AGAIN. I contacted netmeds chat support (which is difficult to find on their app) and they initially said i should wait for 7 days and I waited and then I said i didn't get any refund. They asked me to share gpay payment receipts and they removed attachment from chat so I that I won't be able to share receipts. After raising multiple tickets I have not received my refund for 2 payments.
