Pizza not deliveredd

We have ordered Pizza online (order #[protected] but it did not get delivered. Called customer care guy named 'shivendra' and he mentioned that we will get a call in 2-5 mins which didnt happened for 10 mins.
I paid money through Net banking and lost money, and would like to have refund....

Wrong store picked, wrong order picked, not delivering even after 40mins

I ordered for the three pan pizza offer [INR 499] from the HSR store which is about 300metres away. I was guaranteed delivery by 10:02 pm & am still waiting for my order.

I called the helpline number as I saw my order was picked wrongly and only 2 pizzas were selected and not 3 and the order has gone to the Bomanahalli & not HSR store. I called the call centre twice and they promised the store manager would get back to me....

Refund : Money was deducted from my bank account but declined by user

On 17 th of October 2020 around 11:50 PM, I orederd a pizza from pizzahut website, and opted to make payment through online process. However my consequtive payments of 670, 670 and 671(total 2011) was declined by the pizza hut done through Google pay, Phone pay and Debit card respectively, though the amount was deducted from my bank account.

poor service and failed customer care

Extraordinary delay in preparing a pick up order

Hi i have order two pizza with order no. 17195310. It was supposed to deliver by 5.35 pm as per the pizza hut app. It got delivered by 6.30 pm. One hour delay. So many times i called the delivery executive and finally send my location to his number then only it got delivered.. Too frustrating. My guests are waiting and it was a # experience. Order cancelled but money not refunded

I paid twice for my pizza order at pizza hut using paytm when i ordered online on 17 sept 2020. I was told by the pizza hut store at the walk - thane that they have cancelled one order so i should be getting a refund in a couple of days. However, it has been 7 days today and there is no refund received yet....

Order failed but money deducted

Hi, i tried to order online. Every time the money was deducted from the credit card (1 time) and the bank account (2 times) but the order was not successful. I got error message unable to process the order. There was the toll-free number in the error message - [protected]. That wasn't reachable either. I need the refund rs.4554.90 (3*1518.30).
Bank debit statements will be provided privately to pizza hut if i can get the email address...

I did call the customer care with no avail other than suggesting it will refunded.
