Yesterday I had ordered pizza in your pizza hut app worth rs.915 through debit card, estimated delivery time was displayed and then after few minutes, the track order option disappeared...tried calling your waste unresponsive toll free number...no response at alll...I need a refund immediately!!...

Pizza package was tampered and arrived late

Last month, I had ordered two pizzas from the nearby pizzahut. I observed that the pizza contained around 3 to 4 small cubes of paneer only, while the other pizza must contain both corn and cheese, but there were no corns in it. What kind of service is this, in their advertisement they assure us the good service but they give us a bad service.

While ordering pizza from Pizza Hut app, My 364 rupees debited tonight at around 11pm from my account through PhonePay, but order not confirmed.
I want my money back.

I ordered my pizza at 5:30 pm and got it at 6 pm . When I ate it, it tasted bad and was stale.
I was disgusted by it as this was a thing which never happened to me .
When I tried to call and complain to pizza hut people.
They didn't respond.
I even gave feedback.
Please help.
I want a replacement or money back.

My name is Rahul, I have ordered 2 pizzas with couple of sides yesterday, for your reference my order no is 13864924.

I want to inform you people that yesterday I had my worst experience till date with pizza. I usually order from Domino’s, and they never failed to impress me with their taste but yesterday I thought to order from Pizza Hut as I had a coupon with was not accepted and I had to pay for the full amount. Bu that was not an issue but the taste that you people deliver to me was ###, actually ###.

I had a small get together yesterday and Pizza Hut ashamed me infant of everyone. Thanks A Lot for this memory Pizza Hut.

If you people actually consider your CUSTOMERs satisfaction even a little bit, I ask for the same order with the actual Pizza Hut quality.

Let me explain a bit more about the Pizza test:

Base Bread was so sticky and was taste like a 1–2-week-old, it had a very slight smell also.
Pizza was too much salty
No cheese at all.
The overall Pizza tastes and looks some 1-2 days old.
Note: I paid around 25% more in compare to Dominos. Just on yesterday’s experience I want you to know that your Pizza Hut is nowhere in compare to Dominos.

Hi, i submitted an order no [protected] to Pizza Hut Sec 35 Crown plaza faridabad branch through Zomatao.

My order was accepted by Pizza hut and my Zomatao voilet was also reached at the resturant on time but my order was not prepared and due to curfew zomatao cancelled my order after waiting till 1.30 hours outside the resturant. Also no one is providing any details about order to zomato person...

Today i feel very insulting in front of my family guest as we have to celebrate a birthday of a kid...Due to not fulfill this order from.Pizza Hut bithday celebration is destroyed and every person is feeling very bad...

I suggest my family and friends to not trust on pizza hut for orders...

I ordered home delivery from pizza hut using zomato last night from outlet located at DB mall, Gwalior M.P. Order no. [protected] worth almost Rs.1700, the screenshot of order is attached. Pizza hut did not provide any seasoning along with the 2 pizzas ordered. I feel very disappointed as an old regular customer of pizza hut. My family could not enjoy the pizza and it was an awful unsatisfactory experience like never before from pizza hut. I request to take the needful action. Thanks

I have placed the order through toll free number of pizza hut, which is not the first time . I ordered with the number many times, but today I got a call from Rajouri Garden Outlet Manager whose no. is [protected] that this area is not in our delivery. told me to cancel your order . I think they check the order price which 209 Rupees . So they are not interested in delivering the order.
This is a serious issue which will be check by the Company .
Very shameful for the company to select the placement of order according to Amount.

I paid the amount Rs.734 on 24Mar2021 for the purchased pizza at Bangalore (Ramurthi Nagar branch) and bill for the same not received due to network issue at your shop. Kindly provide the bill to produce at my office by tomorrow. Please check the bill amount with mobile [protected]

I have purchased pizza at Bangalore ( Ramurthi Nagar branch) on 24Mar2021 and the bill for the amount is Rs. 734 is not given due to some technical ( network) issue at shop they said I will get e-bill but I havent received till date. Please refer the bill with [protected]....

We are regular pizza customer of pizzahut. But our today's order ( Order no.13599783 From: Baroda - Race Course Rd - [protected]) was unsatisfactory. All the 4 pizzas were burnt and toppings were very dry and less in quantity unlike other days. The photographic evidences are shared.
You would like to make necessary amends so that customers like us don't feel fleeced in these testing times. Hope you will take necessary actions to redress our grievance.

Quality of Pizza is very poor this is not expected from Pizza Hut

I purchase item and swipe card for payment but not received cash in mechine but my card was gone cash date 8.4.21 time 7.38 and 7.39pm amount of 734 two times, i paid cash by hand, pls check u r bank statement and refund my cash. My goggle pay [protected]

After 2 hours of placing order, the store manager calls and informs that, there are no bikes to deliver the pizza

I had to cance the order..

I ordered the pizza for delivery and paid online payment, I got the call from pizza boy said we can't delivery come n pick the pizza, after I called customer care they said raised the complaint store person will call n delivery, wait more than 45 min, still not get response, again called customers care they saying store cancelled the delivery, I waited 1 hours .
I need proper answer for this, if they can't delivery why they allowing us to order, my time n money is wasted for this.

Received Pasta with Rotten and bitter Mushrooms. Pizzas cheese quality, taste and quantity, everything was terrible. Can't believe big foodchain company could do this.

I ordered a pizza from korum mall thane on 29 March 2021 but due to unfortunate circumstances the order was not delivered I received a message saying refund will be initiated but nothing has happened yet
order no 19058365. It also is showing delivered when it wasn't delivered the amount paid was 370 Rs

Low quality oil was used. For the first time, I had oil in my hands while eating the pizza. The paper at the bottom shows the oil it had. There was a poor fragrance of oil coming from pizza.

I called the delivery boy @6:30; he told within 3 min I ll reach you.Again called after 10 min again he told just wait for a second I m In front of your house.Then after some time I called to your store manager, he told delivery boy face an accident so he is not able to deliver, I ll send another guy. Repeatedly they are giving absolutely false statement. And the behavior of Delivery person is not good.
The delivery location is max 1.2 km from store.What is about 30 min guarantee delivery

Kindly look into the matter.
