This bus is operated by the mafia and you will risk your life getting in this bus, recently 2 people were almost murdered in the middle of their journey from bangalore to kochi by thugs hired by the bus operator who stormed the bus and started assulting passengers past midnight, they were abandoned in the middle of the road

By still having kallada in your redbus platform you are endangering human lives, ban kallada from redbus

In April 12 day I book.my tickets in redbus my money is debited but ticket not booked so I call to customer care they said I will be automatically refunded to your account within a 2 days but now itself iam not getting this iam really disappointed and iam trying to speak with customer care but they doesn't respond

Still I have not received payment. Already more than 3 months gone. Please advise when will receive the payment.

    I booked a ticket for my dad from guduvanchery to madurai in apple travels (Ac seater/sleeper) seat no 1, boarding time 12:50pm on 22nd of april 2019. My dad supposed to board the bus by 12:50pm but the driver called me at 11:10am and asked to come to pick up point in 15 minutes. When i informed him that the bus timing is 12:50pm, the driver replied "i[censored] want to travel come and board the bus else we will leave without waiting". This message was very rude from the driver seems like i am travelling at free of cost. Next main things is "i booked ac seater but the bus came is non ac seater". I paid 400rs but of no use. As per my dad, the driver is smoking inside the bus when the travel is on. When asked why there is no ac bus, the driver replied that "a person (Organizer) named mani has informed the driver to take this bus to madurai by providing wrong chart". I got the number of the guy mani by dialing to more than 20 people in apple travels. When i checked with him, the guy named mani simply replied that he will give full amount return and that can be collected from the driver. But no money was refunded. The reason i am posting this comment is, my dad is a heart patient. Atonce the driver called and asked to come in 15 minutes, he was about to have his food but all of sudden stopped everything and started to catch the bus. I have to travel 3 kms to reach the boarding point. We both rushed like anything and reached the boarding point on time. People please do not use this travels. Driver and the helper are seems like goons and they are rude, harsh to customers, dont know how to behave with customer, zero customer service, waste of money, worst travel experience.     transaction is completed amount also debited and ticket not conformed.
    i also complaint redbus.already 10 days completed not get refund amount.

    We have booking two tickets from Velankanni to Chennai (PNR NO.2602893) D.O.J. 06.04.2019 in Universal Travels. But the bus was cancelled the same date. Please refund the amount of rs.1290/- .
    I booked two tickets from coimbatore to raneshwaran and rameswaram to coimbatore for 30 and 31 st march 2019. I. Cancelled both the tickets on 26 march 2019. But i havent received the amount yet. Already been more than 20 days. Ticket cost is each 540 after cancellation.

      Last wednesday booked ticket in tour king travels for election purpose, boarding point tambaram and timing 10.15, i have waited till 12 o clock, i called frequently to that bus person and finally he said, bus won't come and then i called redbus customer care but they didn't pick my call and i came to room and next day, i will get the government bus and reached home, very worst experience with redbus, all time i prefered only red bus but now i don't like to book a ticket with redbus, today also i tried with redbus customer, still they are not picking my call,

        We usually book bus tickets through red bus. I have booked a ticket yesterday also with red bus online
        I hope u are aware o[censored]nhappy incident occurred in kallada bus yesternight
        There was worse manhandling done by bus operators to selected passengers who demanded for an alternate bus in place of bus which ve gone break down as i could read from victims who shared their experience in facebook. Also the news was published in malayalam...

        This is very harrasing issue facing woth redbus, i have booked the ticket from chennai to tirunelveli through red bus while booking the tickets i have selected the date of 6th april due to their technical problem the amount worth rs.650 has been deducted from account but the booked ticket is not confirmed please revert my money back as soon as possible.

        And once again i booked the ticket it is confirmed so they made another payment for me.

          I had booked the attached two tickets online for my travel from dunlop bridge (Korunamoyee) to assansol. The bus was suddenly cancelled without any notice via email.
          The full amount is supposed to be credited back to my account but till date no amount is refunded to my account. Please refund the amounts urgently without further delay.

            Sir my name is noor alam khan i am booking bus from delhi to siwan on 20 april 2019. My boarding point is anand vihar (Edm mall). My ticket number is - tn5j34925958. And bus is grt travels my registered number is [protected] and email is [protected]@gmail.com. When i call to red bus costomer care number for refund my booking amount on 20 april 2019 then by customer give a complain number -8144566 but this time refund amount is not credited in my account. Again i call today on customer care and say my problem then costomer care said me to the bus operator of get travels is saying those date bus is confirmed. I have also a msz of grt travel for the bus cancellation information. This is totally fraud to the pessanger.

                Sir, i have booked ticket from babughat kolkata to chelidanga asansol which show start time 9.00pm and arrival11.30. But instead bus started at 9.35 pm and bus driver said he will drop me at destination said by online and said we don't follow online redbus instructions. They drop me at 1.55 am at highway and now i m not getting any taxi. I want my money back and remove shivam transport from redbus platform. I have uploaded my ticket. I will file case in consumer court if action against is not taken from ur side. My safety is highly compromised. I m not getting any taxi at this late at highway.

                Sir they did not drop me at said destination .I m not getting any medium to go to my home .They should drop me at chelidanga but they drop me at 1.55 am on highway .Shivam transport should be removed form online platform.They behave very rude with me.
                They show wrong time they show 2.5 HR journey time and cover distance in 5 hrs .charging more money than other bus 550.Kindly look into matter otherwise no one will believe on your reputed side

                  I have booked six ticket from Agra to Delhi. The reporting time was 4:15 at TDI mall Agra. The bus did not reach till 4:45. We were taken in auto about three kilometres to another destination where we waited for 1 hour more. The bus did not start yet. When we requested the company official, he missed behaved and acted irresponsibly. Asked us to question redBus company, not to them. Now, it is 5:53z the bus has not taken from the pickup point as if now.

                  I here by will file a consumer protection complaint against your company as I have all photograph and videos against your worst service.

                    I had booked the ticket in redbus from hyderabad to bangalore in royal travels sleeper at 910rs but icancelled the ticket in 24th march 2019. Nearly one month is over but i didn't get any refund amount. Ticket number is tn4q62525408 and the pnr number is ts[protected]uxcq/1530891. I called to the redbus customer care. I am getting the repeated message from one month onwards like it takes within 7days work in progress... I need help in this.

                      I have made 2 recharge of rs 150 and 110 for my mobile number on 15 april 10:22am& 21 april 12:44pm.
                      One is 15 april-for this i got a message from redbus saying recharge got successful but it was not reflecting on my mobile account and later again i got a message (Your refund of rs 150 has been processed by redbus. The amount will reflect in your bank account) but it has not yet refunded.

                      The other one is april 21-for this transaction also same thing happened first i got recharge successful message and later refund message.

                        5 - passenger, s ticket amount: 5445
                        17th march sunday, boarding time 4.10pm

                        We made the booking on 17 march for the above itinerary, and we were at the boarding point well ahead of the boarding time. We didn't receive any call from the on board bus organizer, as time passed 10 mins beyond the boarding time i called the redbus buddy and inquired the same about the bus arrival. Redbus buddy contacted the bus operators bo and informed us that the bus will arrive in next 20min that is around 4.40pm (Registered in request no: 7668655).
                        We further waited and then again called the buddy helpline at 4.50pm and this time they contacted the bus operators bo and said that the bus has already left, request no: 7668838 was created at the same moment seeking for full refund.
                        This was utterly a communication problem because of which we missed the bus and then we sorted for an alternative transport.

                        The later request is still pending with redbus side for which am making followup calls regularly but nothing is happening. Please help me getting the full refund of the ticket amount as we missed the bus due to technical errors with operator side.

                        Received call from the Redbus support executive with reference to this complaint on 20th Sept 2019 exactly 5 months from the date this complaint registered here. The Redbus executive apologized for the delay, promised to make a refund that she will initiate the reversal for the payment transaction done the booking. Then I received mail from "Support redBus " about initiating the payment reversal and later I got the refund.

                          Sir i have booked the ticket and money has been debited from my account but ticket not booked and your msg showing not debited the money again i have paid and got the tickets but previous funds not received to my account.. Immediately i sent mail to support redbus.com.. There's no response and called to customer care also tired 3times no solution.

                            I have booked a bus from bangalore to nellore in morning star travels. I have got a confirmation message and email. I have arrived to wrong boarding point before one hour and i was trying to contact bus operator from the time i reached. But the number was wrong. At the time of my boarding the bus operator had called me and he was such a rude to me. I have contacted the customer care executive and he was trying to convince me that whole mistake was mine. 1. They didn't provided me right number. 2. The bus operator never contacted me until i he arrived to boarding point. 3. The customer care executive was fully trying to convince me that i have to accept that the total mistake was mine. I had already traveled through so many travels and i had never faced this type of situation. My previous journies are very very smooth and i truly loved those journies. But this one i hated so much because of the bus operator and the customer executive.

                              Canceled redbus ticket (Bangalore to namakkal) on 12th, april 2019. After cancelation i have receieved an email and message saying, your refund amount will be credited in 2-7 working days in your bank account. But, today the date is apr 19 2019. Almost 7days completed. Still i have not receieved my refund amount. Even i have checked the refund amount status in the following link "https://www.redbus.in/Cancellation", using my ticket number and email. There the status has been updated as "bank has processed refund", but still i have not receieved my refund amount. Please take action on the same

                                My wife travel nasik to indore by indani travels... After some time one person who work for travels get adjust extra passenger.. Allow seat with beside the ladies... Again one of the drunken staff continuesly argue nad misbehave with my wife and other girls and ladies too... I n my wife complain to operator they solve temporarily and later on same happen again by 1after 12 am midnight then again we call to owner... Its rediculus... N misbehavor with ladiy travelor means how safety they people provide... I think u should take proper action against that travels owner...                                     I have booked 2 tickets with tckt no. TN5H45233988 PNR no. 543HXGYT for today's journey and as shown in the app I choose boarding point. But the bus didn't come there and later I got to know that the bus goes via different route and never come via the route as shown in the app. I tried to contact with the service provider but there was no any contact no. where should I call.
