online booking

Online bus boking system is not at all user-friendly. While booking like airline reservation the details of refundable and nonrefundable tickets should be mention properly. but bus booking system never mentions about it. It is the biggest loophole and i suffered a loss of huge amount.
Even if the amount is not refundable the ticket should be canceled. The system is not allowing to cancel the ticket.
Such things are not acceptable...

I can't access my wallet and customer care didn't responded

Hi,

I have been trying to contact customer care service for past 1 week. My redbus wallet has 3060/- rupees. And now i can't activate my wallet. When i try to verify my phone number [protected], they says that the number already exists. I contacted customer care and they said my wallet is currently disabled. I don't understand why they should disable my wallet. Atleast refund my money back to my account.

Redbus cancelled my bus ticket on their own and on calling them they told me that i was the one who cancelled it. After arguing for a while i was informed that there was system issue owing to which the ticket was automatically cancelled am i would have to book a fresh ticket from my end. booking wrong date tickets

Hi my name is akhil and i tried to book tickets from shiridi to hyderabad on 17th of march but the date changes automatically and tickets are booked for 16th itself and immediately i have reached the operator of bus and redbus but no one responded properly and they are saying cancellation time is over.

How can they do like this due to some error in their site the tickets are booked for wrong date. That isn't my problem. So...

cheating for bus cancellation refund

I booked one ticket from chennai to trichirapalli on 12.03.19 afterwards i changed my plan and i will try to cancel ticket on 11.03.19 9.05pm but i am not able to cancel.
