I have already reported here that for my failed transaction rs.3407.25 debited from my account from redbus. Rahul tripathi, staff has insisted to provide him my card number details. Why is that so? Even bank staff told me not to share your card number with anyone. But rahul tripathi threatened me to provide the card details if i didn't provide him he won't recredit the amount taken from my account. I've mail him the card details on 6.5.19. But still now i haven't got my money in my account. When i tried to call him, while speaking he cut the call. What kind of act is this i don't know? I felt like it was a day light robbery done by redbus. I want justice for this inhuman act from redbus

      Hello, i have booked 2 tickets from tirupur to chidambaram on 25 april 2019 and cancelled the ticket. I got a mail as the refund process was done smoothly and the amount will be reflected in my account within 2-5 days. But refund amount rs.440 still not credited in my account and its been a week still the amount not get credited. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

        We have booked red bus ticket no. Tn5h3447192 passenger : vijayamathangee female to travel by sri renugambal travels to travel from madurai mattuthavani to vellore departure by 11p. M. Fare paid rs.900/-.

        The bus broke down at kottampatti 45 km from the boarding point and there was no alternate arrangement by the travels. We have taken our own arrangement to reach the destination.

        Even after repeated calls and emails there is no action.

        If there is no action within one month of travel date, i will be compelled to take you to customer court and rti etc.

        Try to understand for rs.900 do not try to enter court if intelligent. I have all mail copies to red bus, all passenger details and bus photo, driver statment etc.

        Being such a big bus operator do not try to cheat passenger for service and also for amount ofrs.900/-

        I am prepared to go to media and court to expose you that too in the season.

        I made a complaint here. Someone called us saying they would refund us the amount in the account. They asked our otp and withdrew around ₹14000. The number who called us was

        How is this possible? Resolve this issue.
        I called up on this number [protected] .the lady spoke she is I'll mannered and highly batamise in talking. While talking she disconnected the call n I again called u to ask her name she disconnected. Kindly take some action n revert me back. Is this the way u people talk to ur customer.

          I have tried booking a ticket from ahmedabad to navsari on 4th may 2019.
          Payment was done.. But due to their technical issues the transaction couldn't complete. So i tried booking again. The second time it got success. First time they have taken rs 488 from account.. And based on my request they confirmed through sms that this may be refunded back within 7 days. I haven't got the money. Even customer care is also not replying me on this. They are stating that this cannot be refunded in my bank account al though i have their text message with the false commitment in my inbox which says "dear shajim ahmedkhan,

          We are sorry, we could not issue ticket to you!
          We have received your payment of rs. 521.0 and refund will be processed by redbus within one hour.
          The bank would take 5-7 working days to credit in to your account and credit is instant if paid through redbus wallet.

            I have tried booking a ticket from bangalore to trivandrum on 20.04.2019.
            Payment was done.. But due to their technical issues the transaction couldn't complete. So i tried booking again. The second time it got success. First time they have taken rs 4830 from account.. And based on my request they told that this may be refunded back within 7 days. Its been more than 10 days. I haven't got the money. Even customer care is also not replying me on this. Please help

              Hello,

              Last week i was trying to book ticket from redbus but due to to technical problem that ticket booking was failed after payment (Amount deducted) due to technical issue, so i thought amount will refund within 2 days so i booked ticket from my brothers id after some time status of first ticket was also confirmed. So because of this redbus technical issue there were 2 tickets for same journy.

              Then i raised complaint to redbus helpline they told me you will get refund in 48 hours for 1st ticket and you can travel with 2nd ticket.

              But now its almost week to raised complaint but still its neither solved nor got any refund.

              So, i request you to kindly look into it and solved it on priority.

                I have book online ticket via redbus on dated 04th may 2019 for mumbai to ahmedabad and pay rs 1000 for non a/c sleeper. After payment i have call to jay shree krishna travels as per my ticket provided by redbus on mobile number:[protected] to confirm my pick up point. But person from jay shree krishna travels told me bus not travel mumbai to ahmedabad for today. So i have immediately call to redbus helpcare no:[protected] and registered my query and they told me we will refund after 24hrs but still i have not received any email or call from redbus about this query. However i have try today (I. E.06th may 19) several time to speak redbus person on above number but no body can reply. So, please take the issue and help me to provide my refund back.

                  I've tried to book tickets from chennai to trichy on friday 3 may, 2019. While receiving the otp, it displayed access denied. After a short while, amount debited message came without booking tickets. Afterwards i booked another travels and continued to go in that travels. Meanwhile a message came showing driver details with bus number. I didn't travel in that number. My booked details are ticket number: tn5z23555550 pnr no: 647psv7r and you've debited ra.3407.25 from my account deliberately. It's a day light robbery i should say. No confirmation message came from your side. But you looted my money without considering whether i'm traveling or not. Like a chain snatcher my money was stolen from your lethargically broken system. Let me know how can i get back my amount that was taken from my account deliberately. Let me know what will you do for this inhuman act of redbus.

                    I really frustrated with your service. I made two transactions on 23rd april 2019 for both the transactions 2000 inr (Each transaction 1000 inr) has been deducted but i didn't receive any ticket confirmation on both the transactions. For you reference find the attached snip with transaction id's (Igafzhfav3, igafzhcvda).

                    Previously i reached your customer care team nearly 4 times. They responded as the problem with the payment bank. So i reach out to the bank (Sbi) they checked with you (Redbus) and responded on 3rd may 2019 as the problem with the merchant (Redbus) only. We didn't receive any refund amount from redbus. Finally, the deducted amount is with redbus only.

                    Sbi shared reference id which shared by your team: [protected]. Don't know how it helps.

                    Seriously poor service beyond imagination. I think this is what happens to over trusted customers.

                    Please respond to this asap.

                      I have booked and cancelled a ticket in redbus which was scheduled on april 3.
                      I haven't received the refund amount yet.
                      The ticket number is tn4v13096502.
                      Transaction id [protected].
                      Kindly refund my amount.

                      This is the second time iam facing this problem with redbus.
                      If this is not solved i won't let it go this time.
                      It's bad for your reputation.
                      I will file a complaint or sue this in court.

                      It's your responsibility to refund the amount.
                      When ever i make a quarry regarding this, the send me the same message saying wait for 7days for the refund.
                      This is equal to cheating. Hence i would like you people to refund my amount ₹603.
                      Otherwise i'll file a suit on redbus.

                          Redbus ticket - tn5t81001947

                          Me and my wife were traveling from pune to chandrapur. The bus had a technical fault driver kept repairing the bus at before the ahmednagar for like 3-4 hours and bus was reach the dinner location in the night @1:30 am.

                          Finally the bus met with accident 15 kms next to jalna. The bus met with accident on highway. The bus skid into 4 feet depth and all passengers received shock injuries and (Sent through 108 ambulance).
                          Me received serious injury and my wife got a fracture due driver's negligence.

                          It is purely on drivers negligence and not following ethical driving and making sure the bus is in the right conditions to travel, and hence the accident has happened.

                            On march 10th i booked a ticked in which an amount of 473 was deducted and till this date i haven't received the refund its been 22 days since then. What a cheap attitude from such a company. No real response atall. Full of fraudsters. Everytime i call the reply they give is, in5-7 banking days you will receive the amount but till this very day i still couldn't believe u ve been cheated this lump. Please do take necessary actions and help me get my refund.

                              With reference to the above subject, i was booked a bus ticket from belgaum to bangalore for 01/05/19 on 01/05/19 through redbus.com, but the amount of rs is 525/- debited from my hdfc account the ticket was not generated my contract phone no: [protected] and passenger name is somanath so please consider my complaint and do the needful as early as possible.
                              Even i have received a sms as,
                              'payment of rs.525.00 on redbus is declined. Please try again.in case money has been debited from your account it will be refunded in 5-7 days.'
                              For the above sms, my answer is - yes, my money has been debited from my account. Please revert money to my account as soon as possible.

                                On 21th april i was trying to book bus ticket from allahabd to kanpur. After paying ticket amount rs 1683/- it was suddenly showing some error. Ticket was not booked on red bus app and three times transaction failes but amount is deducted from my account. I already contact to customers care team many. Times. Every time i got same rply as within 24 hours i got only feedback mail for customer care service. Kindly take the appropriate action to refund the amount and oblige.                                   Date of journey: 22 march 2019,
                                  Issue: ticket payment done but no ticket confirmation.
                                  I booked a ticket from nashik to pune on 22nd march 2019, of msrtc bus.
                                  The payment of ticket was done but due to a technical problem, it stated that the ticket could not be booked.
                                  From that day till now i'm still waiting for my refund.
                                  The support people are just making a fool of me.
                                  I have provided them with every single detail from upi id, transaction id and also the account details.
                                  Still, they are saying that it would be processed in 7 days and so on, it's been over a month now.

                                  Please help me with this.

I got a mail as the refund process was done smoothly and the amount will be reflected in my account within 2-5 days.                                       Redbus, please understand buses are the third option for a customer after train or flight to travel. So, keeping that in mind - i could not find tickets in flight or train so opted for bus for very known reason, too many buses. I booked the ticket the evening before my travel date after all my other options were exhausted. I had an emergency meeting on the day of travel so, i wanted to cancel my ticket.

                                      Good lord, i cannot cancel my ticket because its less than 24 hours of travel. Please keep this in mind, i have booked ticket few hours ago and that is within 24 hours. Psb for my details:

                                      Ticket number - tn5w82288853
                                      Booking time - 9:56pm (30th april'19)
                                      Date of travel - 3:00pm (1st may'19)

                                      I wanted to cancel the ticket at 1am of 1st may - i was clearly declined by the callcenter support team who were so harsh and blunt. All they stated is the policy mentioned. But understand that there has to be an intimation to customer that tickets cancelled after this time would have no refund. I pay so much money and get nothing in return except the harsh behavior o[censored]nruly staff.

                                      All i am condemning is why isnt there an alert system which would tell the customer that post this time, the ticket would not be refunded. And i want my money to be refunded because this has happened earlier too, then it was told that its 12 hours back up. Now, its 24 hours.

                                      I am totally disappointed with this kind of service. I want my money to be refunded!!! Period.

They do not depend on the time of booking. The cancellation policy for each bus is pre-determined by the bus operator depending on date and time of the journey.                                         I booked tickets for 1280 on march 31, 2019 in redbus. But ticket amount is deducted twice from my account. I registered complaint for this in redbus app on april 3, 2019. Till now refund money not credited in my account. I already contact to customer care team 6 times. Every time i got same reply as within 24 hours get solution. But within 24 hours i got only feedback mail for customer care service. And when i register complaint in redbus app, it shows for delay 25rupees credited in wallet for every hour. 250 rupees credited in my wallet. After that nothing credited in my account. My refund amount still not credited in my account.
