On 28th april i was trying to book bus ticket from dombivali to vadodara. After paying ticket amount 450/- it was suddenly showing some error. Ticket was not booked but amount from my bank account deduced.
Plz refund my amount as early as possible.
This thing is happening frequently on red bus app. Plz find a solution to reduce error.

    Ticket of moonlight bus from chandigarh to jammu was booked on 13.04.2019. The result of booking was unsuccessful but an amount of rs 682 were debited from my account. The message from red bus was received that the said amount will be refunded back to me. Today is 28th april 2019 but still the amount has not been refunded.       I have received a mail informing me that my concern is resolved. I wish to inform you that the same is still pending.

      I have booked a ticket from hyderabad to vijayanagaram in the name of manasa mandava my daughtet by paying through my credit card on 22 nd march for a journey on 23 rd march. I received a phone call at 4 pmon 23 rd saying the service is cancelled and refund is initiated.
      The ticket was booked by giving the mobile no [protected]. I have not received the refund to my credit card. Please resolve the issue

      I request that the issue be resolved immediately.

      It is a crime in itself if a company like Redbus is still supporting Kallada bus services. Redbus should not show any lack of customer-friendlieness. Take some disciplinary action aganist Kallada travells and set an example.
      Customers should not be reduced to slaves.
      I booked ticket frm jalgaon to panvel .Ticket no TN5J50680228 customer care of red bus and operator did not cancel the ticket why? I want to cancel the ticket and want the refund..., frm last night I am trying and now they r saying time up ...is. this fraud
      As you aware of the case against Kallada Travels. Please remove all the buses from you app.
      Sorry for the inconvenience, I'm not travelling on the booked date & time.so, l request you to cancel the ticket and request you for a refund.I planned the travel on 21/04/2019 timed 12:50 pm.
      I'm not able to cancel the ticket through redbus.so, kindly accept my complaint and take necessary action on this issue.

        I Had booked two tickects in KBS Travels AC Sleeper bus from Bangalore to Kannur to travel on 26/04/19. The pick up point given in the messege was Forum Mall Bangalore. We couldnot travel as the bus didnt come to the point. Later they said that it was the Forum Mall in Madiwala they meant. So we are entitled to get the ticket amount refunded (Rs.2550) as the place of pickup point was not given specifically in the communication from the operator.

          Hi team,
          This is to bring to your notice with red bus team regarding my worst experience with kalada travels (Suresh kalada) travels on 24th april 2019 night and return on 25th april 2019 journey.

          I have booked volv0 multiaxle sleeper 2+1 bus from red bus app for journey from bangalore, madivala to ernakulam on 24th night 9:00 pm, when we saw bus at 9:15 pm near travels office then only we came to know the bus is not volv0 and it is normal sleeper bus 2+1.
          No prior info about bus change. (They easily say that bus under repair)
          Same experience i had in return journey on 25th from ernakulam to bangalore. (Same bus they sent)
          While return journey it is still worst experience, when i asked about the bus in travel office in vytila power juction office, the executive replies volve and normal bus are same, we are giving you sleeper only right, there is no price difference and no changes in bus facilities, both the buses are same he replies.
          I was with my family and children, i could not speak much there bcoz, if something goes wrong then i thought i will have problem in my return journey.
          Finally i took same bus without any option for me, when i requested for water bottel he says no. Blanet was not clean, bus was stinking and while travelling in night, we did not had sleep and lot of sound in bus while moving.
          No proper time in departure also, 6:45 was my departure time but i landed in vytila at 8:45 (2 hours late)
          That was my worst experience with my red bus booking with kalada travels.
          0 rating i give for all the service.

          Please treat this case as high priority as refund my difference amount from volve multiaxle to normal sleeper.

            Not able to cancel the ticket. When i tried to cancel the ticket, it is asking us to contact the bus operator. Bus operator is saying he will not cancel the ticket and he is asking us to contact red bus.
            Called the redbus customer care and also bus operator as well, no body is ready to cancel the ticket. Could you please cancel the ticket and refund my amount

              I have booked tickets from bangalore to coimbatore (Kbs travels) and return (Kkr trans india) ticket. Both buses got cancelled on the previous day. This is not really expected.. We had to spent lot of time, money and energy to do the alternative. Redbus should promote this kind of operators.

                Hello, i'm dr vandana. I'm using redbus since 4 years. But i'm regretting to inform this, im spending more money and changing different bus services because while travelling none of the bus services are stopping near rest rooms or toilets. As it is not possible to travel without using using toilets atleast once in 10-12hrs journey. Stopping in the middle of nowhere next to roadside and asking females to urinate on road in middle of night is very disgusting. Try to think with common sense. We women can't do that. Despite i'm requesting the drivers to stop near some paid toilets, they are not stopping and giving lame reasons. If you guys can't provide proper services, please stop your website or do inform in prior while booking the tickets that we don't provide any of the services. Despite my repeated complaints, none of your people are responding.

                  This is naveenraju, i booked my ticket in shri baghyalakshmi travels in 14 april 2019 using tez app of bus fare 450. Transaction of money is successful but ticket was not generated and cancelled too. Then i click try option to book again the same bus. This time i made my transaction through my bank account app. Transaction successful and ticket will generated but amount was also debited from my account.

                      I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 16 april 2019 (Ticket number (Tin): redbus ticket - tn5f69638312 from hyderabad to pune for dated 23 apr that tckt amount was 1312.5/- rs. And cancelled the ticket on 17apr 2019

                      But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

                      Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

                          I have a booking from vizag to hyderabad on 21 april 2019, i have waited over 4.5 hours on road with my family but bus didn't arrived i called customer care he told me that there is some technical problem and bus will be arriving in 1 hour and i waited for 1 more hour bus didn't arrived and i stayed at hotel at that night and planed some alternative to my destination
                          After reaching my destination i called again customer care he is asking me that is bus didn't arrvied he told me sorry for in convince and disconnected the call
                          Even contact number is not working which provided by redbus

                          Many people are suffering with the same, just google it about redbus complaints

                          Please look in to this, expecting response from your side

                                I am very tormented and distressed because of poor service provided by red bus service. I have booked my ticket in hk travels, baroda on 23rd april from baroda to mumbai. The bus did not stop at dhumal chowkdi. My pnr number is 92284583. My ticket number is tn5p49733957. I called the boarding point number [protected]. There was no response.
                                I was virtually stranded at late night at 11 p. M on highway. I called red bus customer service, i was put in n hold for half and hour and i was asked to arrange alternate vehicle. Regarding refund no gaurantee. What should a customer expect late night such a response.
                                The red bus service has gone down in the dumps. There is no concern for customer. Very frustrating experience.

                                I will hence forth never travel in red bus. I will delete the app as well. Hope less service and can be rated below 3rd class.

                                My name is Khajamastan .I was booked the 1 ticket Vijayawada to Hyderabad ..but didn't give any confirm action..after that I book other ticket then 2tickets booked why..

                                Plz refund the amount redbuss wallet
                                My refund is pending since 20 days now.
                                the company isnt giving any information or updates
                                they cancelled my booking last minute without stating any reason and still have not refunded the amount.

                                the call support and chat support doesnt help

                                  This bus is operated by the mafia and you will risk your life getting in this bus, recently 2 people were almost murdered in the middle of their journey from bangalore to kochi by thugs hired by the bus operator who stormed the bus and started assulting passengers past midnight, they were abandoned in the middle of the road

                                    I booked a ticket for my dad from guduvanchery to madurai in apple travels (Ac seater/sleeper) seat no 1, boarding time 12:50pm on 22nd of april 2019. My dad supposed to board the bus by 12:50pm but the driver called me at 11:10am and asked to come to pick up point in 15 minutes. When i informed him that the bus timing is 12:50pm, the driver replied "i[censored] want to travel come and board the bus else we will leave without waiting". This message was very rude from the driver seems like i am travelling at free of cost. Next main things is "i booked ac seater but the bus came is non ac seater". I paid 400rs but of no use. As per my dad, the driver is smoking inside the bus when the travel is on. When asked why there is no ac bus, the driver replied that "a person (Organizer) named mani has informed the driver to take this bus to madurai by providing wrong chart". I got the number of the guy mani by dialing to more than 20 people in apple travels. When i checked with him, the guy named mani simply replied that he will give full amount return and that can be collected from the driver. But no money was refunded. The reason i am posting this comment is, my dad is a heart patient. Atonce the driver called and asked to come in 15 minutes, he was about to have his food but all of sudden stopped everything and started to catch the bus. I have to travel 3 kms to reach the boarding point. We both rushed like anything and reached the boarding point on time. People please do not use this travels. Driver and the helper are seems like goons and they are rude, harsh to customers, dont know how to behave with customer, zero customer service, waste of money, worst travel experience.                                     We have booking two tickets from Velankanni to Chennai (PNR NO.2602893) D.O.J. 06.04.2019 in Universal Travels. But the bus was cancelled the same date. Please refund the amount of rs.1290/- .
                                    I booked two tickets from coimbatore to raneshwaran and rameswaram to coimbatore for 30 and 31 st march 2019. I. Cancelled both the tickets on 26 march 2019. But i havent received the amount yet. Already been more than 20 days. Ticket cost is each 540 after cancellation.

                                        I hope u are aware o[censored]nhappy incident occurred in kallada bus yesternight
                                        There was worse manhandling done by bus operators to selected passengers who demanded for an alternate bus in place of bus which ve gone break down as i could read from victims who shared their experience in facebook. Also the news was published in malayalam...
