Facing a issue in connecting calls to vodafone users from 06/08/2017. As soon as i dial the number it gets disconnected as call ended. I tried raising a complaint to customer care but they were just not interested and saying they can't take a complaint. My call was supposed to be transferred to tl but the call was on ringing for sometime and then it's was disconnected. Tried again to call the customer care chosed the option to connect to the executive but it was not connected.

      Dear sir,

      This is in reference to mobile no. [protected] which i am using from last 1 year. I ported this number from idea to reliance because i felt reliance in better but after using it i feel that reliance is not best as i witnessed many instances like:

      1. Customer support is not good, i called many times to customer care for one enquiry, all the time customer care executives are very reluctant to solve the query instead they put the call on hold and after a long period disconnect the call.
      2. My billing plan is being changed without my information and consent which i dont want. Every time i call customer care, they said its mandatory to change the billing plan we cannot do anything, you have to pay extra money. I said i cannot pay and i dont want to change my billing plan. They put the call on hold and after a long time disconnect the call. One time, the customer care executive said that your billing plan is reverted as per my requirement but after 3-4 days, i received the same message thet your plan is not changed and you have to pay extra money in your bill.
      Now its my request to please explain me the reasons for all the misdeeds done on me by reliance. As i know, without mu consent and information, my billing plan cannot be changed, then why reliance is forcing me to pay extra and changing my billing plan.
      Kindly revert with full answer to my query..

      In the last, if reliance cannot do me a favour my continuing my plan, then its better to pls. Disconnect the plan, i will use some other company plan for my usage and will go to consumer court for the same as i am having all the recordings of the reliance customer care executives.

      reliance is playing the role of dictator in democratic country. They said pay the amount what so ever has been asked by reliance without asking the reasons for that, otherwise bear the consequences of disconnecting your number

          I have a reliance sim with number [protected]. But illegally several times the balance deducted for last few month. When i tried to complain this to relaince complain no.198. Its not working.
          When i recharge, the balance deducted. Thus i can not use this sim comfortably.
          Till date the total amount deducted near about rs 50/- or more.

            You have disconnected my reliance no-[protected] in the name of my firm pratham finance (Prop viki dayachand sode) on the request of me dated 1st feb 2017. I had deposited one lac rupees through d. D no 063933 dated 18/11/2013 through business bank and receipt no is ib[protected] & ib[protected]. So sir please update me how much time it will take for refund of my money and how can i track this. As i also mentioned on mail that my office address is changed that is my new office address is shop no-4 motibindu society, shikrewadi nashik pune, near andhashada bus stop nashik road nashik-422101. Please comunicate on this address only as earlier as possible.

            So sir please update me how many time it will take for procedure almost 6 months gone and also share your nasik office address so i can visit there and also contact person name and number.

              I am receipt of the following legal notice which i think is incorrect. My sim card connection ([protected]) was disconnected about 6 years ago.

              After 6 years suddenly today i have received an email from "rcom. [protected]@relianceada.com" asking me pay remaining sum of 4724 which i don't remember owning at all.

              I am not sure the following email is original or fake as well.

              Under instruction from and on behalf of rcom having its office at kubera park, a1/b18, near lulla nagar chowk, kondhwa, pune 411 048

              1. Rcom is in the business of providing telephone/data card service, and you have availed the services, from rcom signing the caf form hereinafter referred to as “the agreement”. As per the terms and conditions of the agreement, you had undertaken to make prompt payments as and when due for the services rendered by rcom and availed by you from time to time.
              2. Rcom further states that as per the running account maintained by rcom total principal amount of rs.4724/- is outstanding against your, caf no:[protected], rcom herein has inform time to time requested you to clear the outstanding amount. But on one or the other pretext, you have avoided paying the said outstanding amount to my client.
              3. Rcom states that, in spite of repeated requests, reminders and demands by rcom you have willfully and/or deliberately failed, neglected and refused, with malafide intention, to make payment of the said outstanding dues, in the manner and within the time stipulated as per the business norms and/or agreement and as such committed gross breach/default in due performance and observance of the terms and conditions of the agreement, further to which rcom is left with no other choice but to initiate appropriate legal proceeding against you.
              4.in view of and under the circumstances stated hereinbefore, rcom do hereby call upon you to make payment of the said sum of rs. 4724/- only together with all further interests that will accrue due thereon till date of payment by you to me within three (3) days from the date of receipt hereof, or else be present at our office on 30 june, 2017 at kubera park, a1/b18, near lulla nagar chowk, pune 411040 contact person kareem [protected], e-mail:- rcom.                     My self vishvas rajput. I am using [protected] reliance 4g sim. I have just bought a sim one month ago. When first time i recharge on my for 70 rs. I got only 57 rs and offer available 70 me 90. After one call of 2 minute my balance was 0.07. I kindly request to refund my balance otherwise unfortunately i have to port my number. So please watch these matter and try to find resolved as possible as you can. I accept that proper action will be taken in this matter.

                            In many cases, some people call me but due to network problem they were unable to contact me. I am facing this problem around 4 months.                             My Set Up Box was not working without any issues last 9 days. It does not power up(the standby light in red) does not glow.                               Today @8.8.17 i got an sms from rm-615108 mentioning that rs100=rs.125 offer only for you! Dear customer recharge rs.100, get rs125talk time (Rs43.5 extra for 28days) offer till 8th aug17. Enjoy extra talktime. Reliance

                              After getting such a good offer i did recharge with rs100/-but i did not get any benefit. I got only the normal talk time. I tried to call the customer care 198, 30333333 all these no. S but could not get connected with any one. If the customer can not get any benefit what the use of the no. S. Also, i went to a customer care office also, there also i get no help from them. If these kinds of offer sms come to anyone they definitely want to get the benefit. But, if they get too many problems and get no benefit why you send this sms. S. Why you send these kinds of false sms to the customer? Any ways i need the offer asap. Which you have sent to my no. I can not send any screenshot of the sms since i am not using any android mobile. So, you definitely can understand how much a 100 rupees is means to me. Do not play with us.

                              Oh! one more thing I want to express is that some subscription SMS comes to my no. automatically saying that you have been successfully subscribed ...this and that and my balanced got cut from my account, wherever I strictly know that I have not subscribed anything. And it is very difficult to get your customer care, executive.Please take care of this also. Once I unsubscribe all these but again it started coming. Some offer SMS, subscription SMS etc. I don't need all these fake SMS. Please stop all these. I don't need any more disturbance. Please stop all these disturbances, otherwise, I have to stop using this reliance no. Reliance is no more reliable.
                              It's been almost 48 hours, but yet my problem is not resolved. Instead, the same or I can say, it's increasing. Yesterday, I got a call from reliance customer care, (it's another thing that I could not able to connect, Why you must have the answer.) telling me to send the screenshot of the SMS about the offer "only for you"..Though, I have mentioned that it is difficult to send since I am not using android mobile. Yet, somehow I managed to send the screen shot with one of my friend's help. But still no information I am getting. Moreover, I get some nonsense SMS 's, which said my no.has successfully subscribed this and that, which I don't do. So, Please it's my kind request you to stop all these nonsenses. Why you all are giving trouble such a long time customer?

                                My mobile no. Is [protected]. Every day my balance is been deducted.. I have checked there is no vas services is activated.. Please let me know why my balance is deducted and if any such service is activated please deactivate as soon as possible..
                                I have tried getting customer care executive from yesterday but each time it is getting disconnected after a single ring.. Highly disappointed by the customer care service you are providing.
                                Hoping for a quick response and solving the issue...

                                  I could'nt recharge before 29 july17, the due validity. Talked to customer care and got the suggestion to recharge ₹6 from retailer. Tried many times but the reply was:rcv cannot be used in conjunction with the customer's current plan.

                                    Shame on you reliance gsm operators, from last month received text messages on my mobile no. [protected] mentioning that you have been subscribed to hdygoddostisubl, full2 music etc and deduct the amount from my balance. Who authorized you to do this, why the hell we need to subscribe these foolish offers.

                                    You are hereby warned to refund all my funds which you have been deducted unauthorized.

                                    Even i am not able to speak to your customer care no.'s *333 & 198 and many more which are available on site.

                                      Reliance Mobile charged Advance Rental fees 721.55 rs for my number [protected] without any prior conformation from me and asking to pay it else service will be discontinued also not ready to give anything in written related to adjustment or refund of amount if I agree to pay it.

                                      I have sent them mail for this issue to their customer care and Appellate Authority and no revert till date.
                                      When I called their customer care for first 2 days calls kept getting dropped. I raised this complaint to your Appellate Authority and clearly said no to help me on this issue.
                                      Finally when my call got connected, the CC representative promised me the reversal of bill and when I asked for ticket number of my request he said I might have received it on sms (which i dint receive). So i said that i dint receive any sms so you just tell me the ticket number and then he started asking me my DOB, POB etc and said I am forwarding this call to my senior and put my call on hold...

                                      Continuing the details ... After I put this complaint on their Facebook Page then I got call from Reliance Customer Care ... A woman called asking that you have put your complaint on public forum and this is the conversation that took place..
                                      The female representative is saying that you are our privileged customer and hence we have upgraded your plan and so i asked her that why did you upgrade my plan without my request or permission then she said we have done this with all out customers and why do you only have problem with this ? When i said I dont want to upgrade my plan and revert it back to previous plan and also i do not want to pay you any charges against it as you did activate this without my permission so she replied that anyhow you will have to pay this amount and next month it will be adjusted into your bill. When I asked her to give this in written that this amount will be adjusted in next bill then she said that we can not give this to you in written...When I warned about complaining on CONSUMER FORUM and TRAI so she said please feel free to complain.

                                      ** Just tell me that as it is the mistake at Reliance end then why should i bound pay extra amount for it ?

                                      ** Why their representative is not ready to give this in written that in next bill extra charged 721.55 rs will be adjusted ?
