My internet connection provided by the reliance communication is not working for the last 5/6 days and the authorities in reliance communications are not attaending my calls and requests. Kindly intervene to address my request. I am giving below the details for your kind...

Here so many times i m facing these kind of problems, last time i switched off my phn nd there is balance 150 plus but here i on my phone after 20 days almost i found only 43 rs. And i make a call immediately to customer service but there is only says thanks for calling in reliance. It's really a bull # for reliance. I just refund my money back or i will change my no to another port....

After getting such a good offer i did recharge with rs100/-but i did not get any benefit. I got only the normal talk time. I tried to call the customer care 198, 30333333 all these no. S but could not get connected...

I could'nt recharge before 29 july17, the due validity. Talked to customer care and got the suggestion to recharge ₹6 from retailer. Tried many times but the reply was:rcv cannot be used in conjunction with the customer's current plan.

Shame on you reliance gsm operators, from last month received text messages on my mobile no. [protected] mentioning that you have been subscribed to hdygoddostisubl, full2 music etc and deduct the amount from my balance. Who authorized you to do this, why the hell we need to subscribe these foolish offers.

You are hereby warned to refund all my funds which you have been deducted unauthorized.

Reliance Mobile charged Advance Rental fees 721.55 rs for my number [protected] without any prior conformation from me and asking to pay it else service will be discontinued also not ready to give anything in written related to adjustment or refund of amount if I agree to pay it.

I had closed my wireless dongle account long time back and it was not fixed line as claimed by you. Also, i had received sms communication from relianceada after i had closed my dongle account. The dongle disconnection process was a simple call to customer care number and no elaborate noc etc was required.
