legal notice for recovery

I had closed my wireless dongle account long time back and it was not fixed line as claimed by you. Also, i had received sms communication from relianceada after i had closed my dongle account. The dongle disconnection process was a simple call to customer care number and no elaborate noc etc was required.

After 6 years, i received this all of a sudden email from your advocate. Note that no prior email was send to me in all...

Today i am very unsatisfied with advance rent! Why i should to pay advance rent of advance monthly rental charges[protected] to[protected]?

Also, my plan has been changed from freedom 350 to jalsa399 without my permission and information.

I am very satisfied with my bought plan freedom350 would continue with only this plan. I have already raised customer complaint, asking for the revised bill (With old plan and advance rental removed)

Please send me the revised bill, for me to make the payment

Same issue with my reliance number [protected] as well how can Reliance charge extra amount without taking customer's permission ?
To me they have charged advance rental amount of 721.55 INR and saying they are giving this as a offer as you are our privileged customer and you are bound to pay this amount.

    My mobile number [protected] has been deactivated. The customer care is not responding promptly. I was not using the sim for long it is registered in the name of my uncle prakash
    Need to get it activated urgently, the process of re-activation is to be known
    The sim was not active for approximately a week and it has stopped working completely. The mobile is however detecting the sim.

      With reference to the above subject i mrs. Shraddha raghunath mungekar, user of the above mentioned mobile number [protected] and the service provider for the said number reliance communication, hereby bring to your notice that, the company has changed my monthly rental plan from rs. 350/- to rs. 750/- without my consent and knowledge and issued me a bill for rs. 886/-

      I hereby inform you that this has taken place for third time. On demanding for the proof or recording for the said approval from my end the tele caller first insisted to pay the bill to which i objected, hereing to the tele caller disconected the phone by saying go ahead with the complaint.

      I request you to look into the matter and do the needful by taking quick action.

            Subject: legal notice for recovery of rs. 2667/-
            Dear sir/madam,

            Under instructions from and on behalf of our client i. E. M/s reliance communications ltd., a company incorporated and existing under the provisions of companies act, 1956 having its office at kubera park, a1/b18, near lulla nagar chowk, pune 411040, we hereby serve you with the following notice:

            1. That our client is engaged in the business of providing telecommunication/data services to its various subscribers against which our client gets consideration. You the addressees has applied for mobile or data card connections with our client after submitting all the relevant documents required for the said purpose with our client.

            2. That the said request of you the addressees was duly accepted by our client and you the addressees were allotted with reliance internet or voice connection, vide caf number caf no[protected]. The said connectivity vide billing account number was activated by our client for you the addressees and since then you the addressees has been using the said numbers to the full and complete satisfaction of you the addressees and therefore, availed the telecommunication services of our client along with all ancillary services subscribed by you from time to time, through the said number.

            3. That our client has been raising its bill upon you the addressees from time to time with respect to the telecommunication services availed by you the addressees. But you the addressees always delayed/ defaulted in making of the payment of the outstanding amount on one pretext or the other due to which the said connection was disconnected by our client on account of nonpayment by you the addressees. As on today, a sum of rs. 2667/-, is outstanding and remains payable by you the addressees to our client as per the records maintained by our client in the ordinary course of its business. It may be noted that despite repeated communications with your officials, you the addressees have failed to clear the outstanding dues towards our client till date and the same is still payable by you.

            4. That in these circumstances, you the addressees are hereby called upon to make the payment of rs. 2667/-, within a period of 5 (Five) days from the date of receipt of this legal notice.in case of non-compliance of this notice, we have clear and definite instructions from our client to take proper legal action against you the addressees before competent court of law at your own cost, risk and consequences for recovery of the aforesaid amount along with penalty and interest calculated from the date when the same had became due payable by you the addressees to our client.

            5. That our client also reserves its right to take legal action against you the addressees before the concerned police station and /or the concerned court of metropolitan magistrate for registration of fir for the criminal offence of calculated fraud committed by you apart from taking further civil remedy for the recovery of above stated amount due and payable by you to my client. You are hereby further called upon to pay a sum of rs.5500/- (Rupees five thousand five hundred only) toward this notice charges.

              Dear sir/madam,

              Please refer the attached snapshots below. I am continuously being threatened by parshuram p kamble and associates for recovery of bill which is not in my knowledge.

              My name is hardik sanischara and i used the reliance dongle communication service few years back after which i had cancelled it by informing to the nearest reliance comm. Outlet that i no longer wish to continue your services.

              I had also paid my last generated bill o[censored]sage.

              As of now, i am not able to login to relianceada.com with my username/password. My account has been terminated long back. Hence i cannot check which bill you are referring to.
              Also i disagree on the point no.3 which says i have been informed/requested many times to pay the outstanding bill because i do not have any such mail on my registered mail id which i gave to reliance while subscribing to its services. This is the first mail after all these years and that too not on my registered mail id.

              I assure you that i have not used any data after cancellation. And if there is any unpaid bill please provide me its details so that i can verify.

              Inspite of me confirming that i have no pending amount, you guys are continuously threatening me with such e-notice mails every week. I dont get any reply on the contact number mentioned by you nor do i get the copy of the bill for the amount mentioned by you.

                I have received an sms for non payment of rs. 1385/- for the caf no.[protected], and the mobile no mentioned on the sms is not reachable. Kindly advise what services i am using from reliance as i had closed all services in 2016. Below are the numbers which were used in the past by me.

                1. Cdma phone - [protected] prepaid not active currently
                2. 3g dongle[protected] not active currently
                3. 4g dongle[protected] not active currently

                Plz check and advise me regarding outstanding payment as per my knowledge i have nothing to pay because all services are inactive.
                If there are no outstanding on the above numbers kindly do send any sms on my cell [protected] as this no is dnd registered and i will be forced to file a complaint for this annoyance.

                        I took 3 connections for porting out request and one broadband connection. He charged me 3750 in total. And gave slips with it and told me that the connections will be done by 4 o clock. I have complained before on this portal for the same issue and you people have closed it saying its been resolved and your complaint have been addessed, how can you close my complaint without my consent, and on what grounds have you closed, you havent adressed to nothing, see either you talk to that guy and catch him and give me my money or give me the service. If you cannot do so then i want my complaint to be handled by the top, management of reliance, let them know whats happening here.. Thee reliance executives no is [protected].

                        Why are they u making it very difficult for me. You said to go to the branch and do the RHN mapping for sim. Those people are saying that this number is not available and these numbers cost 50000. And it is not possible to do it. Ma'am I'm already tired by all these. Reliance person lokesh says that there isn't any such facility. Please take this case to the top management now, you people are just messing me around and I'm wasting my time by going through all these, why don't you take care of all these and clear it by yourself. I'm attaching all the sim cards here with this

                          This is to bring into your notice i have been using one reliance post paid connection bearing msisdn [protected] since 2.6 yrs. Since i have migrated the connection to post paid from prepaid i have been paying my bills on time every month. But since last 3 months, i m not being able to use the service as i don't have any network during day time while i use to stay in office. And my office location is within 1/2 km from reliance ne circle office. I need my connection to be ok while in office as i have make official calls on daily basis.
                          Hence i am not paying the due bills as i m not being able to use the service.
                          So request you to look into the matter and solve the issue asap. And also request you for my bill waiver at least for one month.

                          I have recharged 151 rupees on [protected] for per day1gb 3g data but it is running very slow.its download spoeed is 10/15kbps.
                          when i am on my home network it was fine and the speed was 700/800kbps but before 5/6 days it was very slow.
                          please help me.

                            Hi, i'm md kutubuddin. And i'm sending port request to 1900 in reliance with my number [protected]. But i'm not getting any reply from them. I've sent sms so many times but still i'm not getting. I've called customer care about this issue but instead of solving problem every time they're saying that try tomorrow you'll get your porting code for sure. But from the past one week i'm tired of calling them and sending sms still i didn't get any porting number. So kindly go through this issue and resolve it as soon as possible

                              I recharged my number [protected] with ₹93 on 2nd august 2017. The "special data offers section" under "only for you" option in *129# contains an option which reads as "1 gb/day data for 28 days only at ₹93". I activated this offer by paying ₹93 at a nearby retailer on[protected]. I was using the internet on my android phone suddenly on 7th aug the internet stopped working. I tried several times by different methods (Rebooting the phone, sim slots change, airplane mode) but all failed, the internet didn't worked at all. Then i checked my data balance and it shows "no data balance in your account". I was shocked as the pack of ₹93 promised me to provide data services for 28 days. But it was only available for 4-5 days.

                              I waited for a day in hope that the problem should be solved automatically the next day. But nothing happened. I checked my data balance again on 8th august i. E. Today and it showed the same thing "no data balance left in your account".

                              Then i called the reliance customer care number 198. I explained my problem to the customer executive but they told me that that was a special offer which was valid only for that particular day. Then i told them that the pack clearly mentioned that it is valid for 28 days and moreover i used the pack for more than a day. She (The customer executive) told me that she cannot see any offer like this on my number. Whereas the offer is still showing on my number under special offers. I explained the situation many times to her but each time she told the same thing that she can't see any such offer on my number and she can't do anything about it. I told her that the pack showed 28 days but gave only 5 days. But she wasn't agreeing with me and she argued that "no, it didn't showed 28 days". I even told her that i have the screenshot with me of the offer but she kept on arguing with me and told she can't do anything in this matter. I asked her what should i do now as all my money is wasted. The reply was shocking. She told "sir, we cannot do anything in this matter and regarding the money, you should recharge your account again"!

                              I called the customer care again but to hear the same things again. The customer executives didn't listen to the problems, instead they replied what they learnt and mugged up and what they were taught.

                              I really feel cheated that how the companies loot the valuable money of their customers either by giving fake/wrong packs or the customer executives not listening to the problems and arguing with the customers.

                              It had not happened once. Many times i have been "looted". Now the water has risen above the the safe limits. I am finally porting this number to such a company where these "thugs" aren't present and the grievances of its customers are properly heard.

                              I have provided screenshots of the offer currently showing on my number. Whereas the customer executive told that they are unable to see any such offer on my number.

                                  I have been charged unfairly by reliance communications. I ported my number from reliance communications to vodafone. The port out process was completed on 27th october 2016 and my connection was activated on vodafone from the same day. I received my bill from reliance communications for the charges regarding last bill before port out. On observation i found that reliance communications has charged me for a period of 28days (9/10/16 to 5/11/2016) even though i did not used its service after 27th october 2016. Even after contacting customer care and visiting its store several times i did not received any help. I would request reliance communications to re-calculate the amount considering the fact presented by me. And apply fair charges for my used services.

                                      I have rent agreement with reliance communications for 10 years. Reliance was taken our land for tower installation in 2003 for 10 years but after 2008 reliance did not give us a single money as rent till present 2017. After so many complaints and court notice reliance did give us any answer. From 2008 reliance has occupied our land without any rent.
                                      I have legal written documents as per norms for 10 years from reliance communications in 2003. I did not expect so much irresponsible behaviour from reliance. Reliance having a reowned name in india as mukes ambani. But this type of activites of fraud are not suitable for reliance communication (Mukesh ambani) and as well as india.
