I am receiving message from 1901 as "Dear Reliance Customer, Your request could not be processed. I have also register complaint to reliance customer care through service request no [protected] on 05.08.2017 &[protected] through reliance store on 14.08.2017, but it is not resolved till today. Its been 4 days when i recharged my reliance mobile no-[protected] with rs 349 data combo. Then i received message that my request is registered. But even now i am not able to use the service for which i have paid. The customer care nos are not dialling. Money has been deducted from account by which i recharged but my sim is not recharged by that data combo....

They are sending threatening legal action email unnecessarily. We have shut the broadband connection because of an intermittent internet connectivity last year. After that we all vacant the flat. Not a single byte we had consumed as we all vacant the flat.

When recharged for internet, it was an offer with rs 89/- 1gb /day 3 g data for 28 days, but after recharge internet stopped working on both of my numbers. They are getting great plans for mobile data and unlimited calls but i am not though we both same use same connection.
