You will find that on 28th July I had complained of not being able to connect to Airtel Landline numbers. This problem is experienced by not only me but also by many Reliance customers. Why do you run a service when you treat the customer like a dog and don't have the basic sense to acknowledge receipt of a complaint? It is more than 10 days since I lodged the complaint and this is the second reminder I am sending during that period. Is everybody dead at reliance? This is the height of indifference and disrespect that can be shown to a customer. You are not providing me free service. I expect the money I pay to serve me.I hope better sense will prevail and immediate action is taken on this complaint.

We have reached 94Rs offer unlimited calls 1gb data per day and extra talk time offer valid for 28days we r not able to call it is showing 0talktime

      Madam/dear sir, an amount of rs 30 has been deducted from my reliance gsm prepaid mobile no-[protected] as vas adpaystrmgmlysubs on 15 august 2017 by sending one message 'you have been successfully subscribed to adpaystrmgmlysubs service for 10 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 3672 to 155223 (Toll free).'while there is no any such service is activated on my number. Customer care also did not reply accordingly. Please refund my amount. Otherwise i'll port my number to another network

        I recharged Rs 20.00 for validity on 14/08/2017 for my reliance pre paid number [protected]. But at 11. 28pm. I got sms from RM-58787 which said you have been successfully subscribed to Music54646 service for 3days. I have never subscribe to any of your service. Please return my money back immediately or else I have to discontinue your service. Urgent aggrieved customer.

          Due to poor signal strength and customer services, I want to port my mobile no [protected] from reliance communication to other operator . So I send port message" PORT [protected] " to 1900 several times and message charges also deducted by the company but still not get Unique Porting Code ( UPC) from the company.             Hi, I am the authorized person from Inerica Health.com.Its about a fake complaint filed here on cansumercomplaints.in by a fake user by the name shomya. I am not sure about the reason why someone did it but the complaint which he/she have made here is completely fake and baseless. We are into the business from last 5 years and our core services are providing health billing solutions to USA clients including doctors, clinics and hospitals.Please remove this complaint from here or ask the user for some short of proofs that he/she even worked for this company.

                  Its been 4 days when i recharged my reliance mobile no-[protected] with rs 349 data combo. Then i received message that my request is registered. But even now i am not able to use the service for which i have paid. The customer care nos are not dialling.                         Sir, Last month I had applied for porting after paying all the dues( Rs 647) however Reliance company did not allow the same and instead activated a new plan (1347) on my number [protected] and they forced me to pay RS. 1598/_ I was told that all calls are free in this plan, even after paying this amount this month again I have received a bill amounting to Rs. 555/- Now I have paid this 555/- and extract Rs 205/- as advance payment. However even now the Reliance company RCom are stone walling and not allowing porting.
                        I request you to look into the matter and help me in porting to Airtel.

                            I have purchased buy sim card and pay for yearly. but complaint so many times

                              They are sending threatening legal action email unnecessarily. We have shut the broadband connection because of an intermittent internet connectivity last year. After that we all vacant the flat. Not a single byte we had consumed as we all vacant the flat.
                              After i month i got the call from one of their representative for the payment. I clearly said i will not pay as i've shut the connection and not used the internet as we vacant the flat a one or two month ago. So, they asked me to submit the modem and wire to their agent (From one whom i got the connection)
                              I called that agent i submitted reliance modem, wire etc.. He told me i will inform and update in the system too that you've submitted these stuff. After that you won't receive any mail or call for the payment.
                              Now some days back i got a mail from some agency (Fake) for legal notice of due.
                              I've cleared everything by submitting stuff. Now why they are asking to pay.

The network is hopeless if not taken serious actions i will port the Number .

                                  Hii i am abhishek ghosh mob no [protected]. I have logged a complaint having reference no[protected] but after 24 hours i not get any solution till now. I have repeatedly call n mail to customer care but it is in vain. I have recharged rs 147 for data pack on 12/08/2017 but after that everyday night after 12 pm there is no data pack available for 2/3 hours. For that my account balance rs. 21.95 has been deducted from my account wrongly. But till now i have not got my deducted amount & everyday after 12 pm there is no data pack available for 3 hours. Please rectify these problem & return my money back at the earliest. If these time i have not get any proper solutions i have to surrender my connection.in customer care *333 from yesterday i have not get any response & reliance live chat also unavailable form last 7days.                                   Just now one executive from reliance communications called me & I asked for my debit card no instead of giving me solutions. When I have refused to do that he very rudely replied to me next time call me with your Debit card no.I really failed to understand what kind of service they are providing. Its really disgusting.

                                    I took the number of reliance gsm prepaid in 2016.
                                    I was told that your number will never stop?
                                    My number is [protected]. My number has been closed despite my number being balance.

                                    Due to being busy, i did not use my number for three weeks. My number was closed without telling me

                                    According to trai, no one's number can be closed before 3 months.

                                    I want my number to be turned on twice

                                    Reliance communications is a very big fraud company that closes your customer's number without informing you against the most difficult action against it

                                    . So that the fraud company could not disturb any other innocent customer from the next.
                                    Please you turn my number back on again.
                                    I hope you will take strong action against reliance communications and start my number again.

                                    Dear sir, myself akshit jambhulkar, i have recharged my account of 125 rupees and activate a plan of rupees 26 but I suddenly found low balance ie. 60 rupees deducted without any type of plan activation & i tried to call costemer care but they couldn't connect so sir plz help me to refund my balance as early as possible.Thank you

                                      I am pritam das. I have a mobile number ([protected]) of reliance communication. I have recharge of rs 50 on 09/08/2017 & i have got a main acc balance of rs 39 against that. After some days i have seen rs 15 deduction from my main acc balance. Then i have complain against that from another reliance communication mobile ([protected]). Because my mobile no:[protected] is blocked from the reliance communication but there is no reason of that. I have got a sr no:[protected] from reliance communication end. After that i have got return rs 15 in next 24 hrs. But after 2 or 3 days again deducted full acc balance from my main acc balance with out any reason. Please verify the deducting problem after some days again & again & take necessary action as early as possible.
