I have been a Reliance customer for past 5 years and today really feel so disappointed and cheated.
Have been calling on 198 for customer service but I am unable to reach them as well. Giving up hopes finally decided to visit the Reliance store located near my office at Shop No. 13, Mahavir Building, No. 314, G. K. Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400013, Visited the gallery at 7.45 pm and was surprised to see the gallery closed.

Trying my fate the next day visited the gallery morning at 11.00 am the gallery was not opened yet, tried again on the next day 11.30, wow what a relief the gallery was finally opened and at last, I found the person who could help me out. The guy then sorted my issue and asked me to pay Rs 207 which was paid even though I found the issue baseless and was due to their past negligence. He told me that the service would get activated by the end of the day. I almost waited for one and a half day for the Sim card to get activated again. But no luck the Sim card was too adamant..

Really frustrated had to visit the gallery again located 25km away from my house. It is around 2.18 pm as I am waiting here since last 45 mins for the person to arrive and the person responsible for the gallery has closed the shop mid afternoon and is busy enjoying his lunch. Irresponsibility from such people cause so much loss to others and they just don't give a #### abt it. Hope Reliance is aware abt the damage and loss of time caused to their valued customer and do not wish to lose them because of such ######.Hoping some action is taken on this

Though I am still stuck and my number is deactivated, having faith in Reliance hope someone reading this message would help me out.My details are as follows

    I am your service user. I using 2 (two) postpaid plan from last 7-8 month. But now my phone no. Barried now, due to pending bill amount of July month bill.

    I have request in few points :
    1. Should be inform me, Company's person thru phone regarding pending bill amount.
    2. Should SMS will send (1-2 days before) for barried service action.
    3. Last month I paid my bill ( Date on 14-15 July) June month payment. Should be confirmed by phone.

          When recharged for internet, it was an offer with rs 89/- 1gb /day 3 g data for 28 days, but after recharge internet stopped working on both of my numbers. When tried calling customer care on 198, they did not received the call, and even when received the call on 1909 in mistake they spoke so rudely and hung up the call putting both my numbers in block list.
          This is the worst experience i have gone through with reliance, they are simply fooling people. And now when again i have recharged my number with rs 93, the offer on number under special offer shown was saying 1 gb data for 56 days /3g, but when recharged it came up with 2g data for 56 days, it is a complete cheat, and would like to get refund for this cheat but couldn't each them as they are not receiving calls.

            Sir, i am a reliance user and my other friends use it too.

            They are getting great plans for mobile data and unlimited calls but i am not though we both same use same connection.
            What is the reason,, my plans are quite expensive and if it continues i vl port my sim soon
            Please do the needful if possible

            Other thing is i get messages by company for subscribing some offers which i haven't and they reduct my account.
            It's been happening for last two weeks and they didn't refund it giving some illogical reasons
            Please do the needful otherwise i will have to port my sim soon

                I bikash kumar sahoo, am a customer of reliance gsm. My mobile number is [protected]. I have taken this number since jan 2017. But since one month ago, my number is not working. When i contact ed customer care service, they told me to submit documents again to any nearby reliance store. Then i went to nearby reliance store (Butchirajupalem, nad post, visakhapatnam). They told me that my sim is damage ed and u have to take a new sim card for 100 rupees. But my sim is not damaged that time. I took the new sim for 100 rupees, bearing sim number[protected]r) in my old sim number[protected]r. But still the sim card new one not worked. They told me to submit documents again. I submitted the documents. But over one month happened, my mob. Number [protected] is not working now. When i try to contact customer care, they are not replying.

                      I paid an amount of 1300 for the data card bill ([protected])on July 31st. But the reliance customer service have called me informing that they havn't reeceived the payment. While checking my bank statement I was surprised to see the name as "XPORTSOFT TECHNO" for the same payment.                       When enquired with customer service, they are asking me to visit a nearest reliance store for further communication. I paid online at my comfort, if am to visit a reliance store nearby, why pay online.

                      My HDFC "Chf/Ref no. [protected]"payed on July 31st about 11PM, which was valued by Aug 1st .

                      I have been using it for years, I wonder If I should stop trusting reliance, now. Just 4G does mean, our payment shall be taken without any accountability or responsibility from customer service end.

                      I have received the payment back from "XPORTSOFT TECHNO" as stated in my HDFC statement.

                      Though it took a month, i am happy to receive the money back. Thank you for taking it up.

                        To whomsoever it may concern,

                        I have received an sms from rm-reliance to pay rs.534 caf[protected].

                        In that sms, they told me that after repeated follow-up, i have failed to pay rs 534 caf and they would be filing case at pune lokadalat court, the thing is i have never been contacted by anyone on this. Just received this sms two days ago and again today. The number they have provided to call back is [protected] (Irfan), which is not reachable.
                        This is a mental harassment for me

                                Dear sir,

                                I hv opted to migrate my two mobile (Postpaid gsm-[protected], [protected]) to your service provider under mnp scheme with faith & hope that services of rcom will prove as its name "reliance".
                                The sim was provided by your executive mr nitesh dwivedi mobile no. [protected], tel no.[protected].

                                I am calling him since last one month for issuing the bill & receipt for our mobile number on completion of billing cycle & generation of monthly bill to claim the reimbursement from my employer as per his earlier commitment before mnp. But sorry to say that he never provided the required bill & receipts since commencement of connection.

                                Secondly i hv complained him regarding from call dropping & poor network and connectivity. But he is unable to respond my continuous & regular telecon & mobicon.

                                Thirdly he promised me to respond immediately as & when i get any issue regarding services of rcom. But sorry to say that he respond only after 08-10 calls daily, if i call from different number & once in a week time.

                                Lastly when i draw his attention on activation of isd on my above number, but he told me to lodge request on 198 & your customer care denied to activate isd telling that connection needs greater than one year age.

                                I request you to please arrange to refund my advance amount deposited with you and how to revert my mnp to your company.

After recharge never get service from reliance communication services and even i will try to contact customer care regular basis but call go's disconnected every time ager aap ko chutiya banna hai ager aap ko ghatiya service used krni hai to aap reliance service used kre network duniya ka sabse ghatiya customer care pr call krte krte aap thak jaoge per call nahi lagega itni ghatiya service hai reliance ki suggest mai bhaiyo yahi krunga ki kisi aur network pe sift kro full service lo

                                    My reliance no. [protected]. From this never call gone in reliance care i complain many times from reliance care but no any action. And he deducted ₹10 daily from my main balance and due no any contact with reliance care from my no i'm not received my deducted money. Every day on my no. I'm nothing to do or never click on any flash message and activate vas pack on my no. And when i complain by calling another reliance no then said"you are activated this pack". Wow how a beautiful when i hear this from company care. Todays date 12th aug 2017 also deducted money ₹15 from main balance you can check it.
                                    At a end i want to give some gift for reliance telecommunications department that is wrought word. Because i'm very sad due to behavior of reliance

                                      Hi i got offer from reliance unlimited call and 1gb data 3g per day recharge 349rs on my mobile number [protected] but after recharge i got very bad ghatiya service from reliance unlimited k nam pe logo ko chutiya bnaya hai reliance ne complaint krne k liye call kro customer care pe sala call nahi lgti ofter ivr jab customer care pe bat krne k liye key 9 pe jao thanks bol k call kat jati hai kabhi call nahi lgti sale reliance wale chutiya bnate hai logo salo ki koi bhi service sahi nahi hai na to network na customer care aur to aur recharge kiya hai 349rs se unlimited calling k liye milti limited hai kabhi ak ghante me call band to kabhi 2 ghante me calling band chutiya bna rkha hai customer care pe call ker ker k sala life jhand ho gai hai per call nahi lgti bc
