To whomsoever it may concern,

I have received an sms from rm-reliance to pay rs.534 caf[protected].

In that sms, they told me that after repeated follow-up, i have failed to pay rs 534 caf and they would be filing case at pune lokadalat court, the thing is i have never been contacted by anyone on this. Just received this sms two days ago and again today. The number they have provided to call back is [protected]...

I am resmi r nair we have a complaint about bill payment. I have one reliance number [protected] (Vodafone sim porting to reliance) only for calling purpose. The same time your company takes a duplicate number with my documents. [protected]. This is not my number. This is fake. Because my duplicate documents used.
This is fraud purpose. Every month get calling from reliance customer care for the purpose of this fake...

Pehle mere phone se rs 37 ka balance deduct hua, jab maine coustomer care se baat ki to server down hone ki baat bolker 2 hours ke baad call karne ko bola, aur uske baad kisi ne mera phone pick up nahi kiya and 11 aug ko mera rs5 phir deduct hua aur customer care se baat karne per bola hamre screen pe koi balance deduct show nahi kar rha aur phone cut kar diya. All of a sudden my postpaid plan from rs.350 changed to rs.449 without my consent whatsoever, and above all an enhanced bill with advance rental amounting to beyond my capacity was sent to me, on query the company is saying they have such policy to collect advance rental without any notice, just imagine we assume 10 crores customers charged with rs.449 as advance rental which amounts to a huge sum of cash (Liquidity) without any sort of interest...
