Sir, i am customer of reliance telecommunication for several years. I
Hear by inform you that my mobile balance which i am customer of
Reliance telecommunication, has been deducted for few months. Every
Time when i make some recharge to my cell phone, the reliance
Customer care makes some deduction to my balance with an excuse of
Value added service, which i never intended to active for this
Service. However, when i call them and tell about that, they refund my
Balance. But after some days later, i am again facing with the same
Problem, and this time they are not refunding my balance which they
Had deducted earlier, on 7th july of 2017, and they did not pick up my
Call. Now they are refusing to refund my due balance saying that they
Can't do anything because they hold a record of 3 days. But i had
Called them on 8th july and they have not received it.
This is my humble request to you sir, please take a good view on my
Complain which i am facing for few months.
