I am reliance communication customer for for last more than 13 years, and this time they have suspended my above connection for no reason on 26th july 2017 and since then i have been trying to speak to customer cares department but no luck, i could speak to nodal officer's office twice, even they did not have clue about this, when i requested for port of my other numbers that time i did get a call back from them to hold but they had no answer for my above number,

one of there executive was kind enough to tell me that as per there system a sum of RS 280.00 is pending of some bill of may // june 2014, but when i provided him all the details for the payment that time he also did not have any answer, rather he suggested that i should make this payment to activate my connection and then later on i can lodged complaint for the excess payment which will be adjusted in further invoices of reliance.

as per his advise, i did make payment of RS 280/= on 31st july 2017 and the payment also got credited to my account on 1st Aug 2017 even after doing this RELIANCE COMMUNICATION REMAINS SILENT AND NO FEED BACKS TO MY WRITTEN COMPLAINTS SINCE I AM UNABLE TO SPEAK TO THEM.

i did visit the store known as GALAXY, NEW DELHI, EVEN THEY ASSURED ME TO RESTART THE SERVICES WITH IN 4 HOURS BUT IT IS RELIANCE AND MORE THAN 30 HOURS NO LUCK

CAN ANY BODY FROM RELIANCE WILL TRY TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS

    Dear Sir,
    I have given the above stated notice but you have not cared to take any action even you have no courtesy to acknowledge the receipt of the above stated notice .I have stated that I am not suppose to pay any charges as my connections are nit working since[protected] .I have also lodge a request to dis connect the above connections beating request no[protected] and no[protected] on 3-8-2017 and inthe message you have stated that it will be resolved in 9 days with an ulterior motive to recover rent for entire month . To day I have received a massage that I should pay Rs 577=03 on or before[protected] i.e. today to avoid LPC and BAN .
    Under the above stated circumstances I am no supposed to obey your threat How ever to avoid any controversy I will pay that amount .
    Under the above circumstances I here by give you the FINAL NOTICE to disconnect my above stated connections immediately and and refund Rs 577=03 with interest at the rate of 18% failing which I will be constrained to take necessary actions against you for the recovery of the above stated amount with interest and for the damages for the inconveniences and mantle harassment and loss caused to me and my work due to your gross, inculpable negligence with an ulterior motive .I will be constrained to take the matter to media so that other people will think twice before taking your connection.

        My service I'd is[protected]. Called customer care to solve the issue. Everytime call get transfer to the seniors who put me on hold for more than 25 mins.. In a day I was out on hold 4 time for more than 25 mins.

        I am using reliance number since last 4 years. All of sudden RCom had changed the plan without intimating me and asked to pay 600 Rs for giving better plan.. Just for activation of new plan charging 600 rs. Is totally not expectable ..

        Even after paying my regular bill amount I been be threating by billing department tht if I don't pay 600 rs. Plan activation charge my service will get terminated.

        Please help to solve or else again I have to search for some other escalation mode.

                My Broadband has been down for past 3 days and all Reliance has to say is that there is a technical issue due to which it is taking time.
                When calling the[protected] number, i had to wait for almost half n hour each time to reach to an agent because all agents are busy.

                Every time the agent says that i will get a call from the technical team but no one calls or even updates. They do not even reply over email as well.

                This is not the first time, if you check my account you will see complaints that took more than 10 days to resolve.

                      It is regarding the plan that was updated without my permission... For which i have to pay inr 500 without any reason and your agents are telling me that it will be adjusted to your last bill with the company.. As i am paying extra money and this money according to you will be refunded back.. I want written confirmation email that my last bill will be adjusted with extra amount i am paying... This is the only thing i wanted... But your pathetic service given by harpreet... After that i spoke to akhilesh or ashnesh floor supervisor from mohali... He was not at all helpful... Being a loyal customer it's very disgracefull that the plans are activated without information... Then floor supervisor disconnect the call... Terrible service... I want to port my number to any better company which value there customer and don't say ki agar itni problem thi toh number lene se pehle sochna tha... I will escalate this to higher authority for sure and want immediate action i[censored] really value your customer... I will never ever refer any one... It's fraud company and they just know to eat customer money for no reason...

                            I am fed up of your services, I am loyal customer of your since 5 years. But these years i am really very unhappy with all your services as as there is always 4 or 3 Rs reduction on my no on daily basis. And when i tried to contact customer all customer care executive disconnect my phone and hold my line after four five min they disconnect my phone.

                            Your services for Jio is good but what for others are they fool who are using other than Jio.

                            If you wont reply on call or mail how an customer will contact. Sorry but your services are pathetic for other customer other than reliance Jio.

                            I am fed up of your services, i am loyal customer of your since 5 years. But these years i am really very unhappy with all your services as as there is always 4 or 3 rs reduction on my no on daily basis. And when i tried to contact customer all customer care executive disconnect my phone and hold my line after four five min they disconnect my phone.

                            After complain (Complain no.[protected] you were not taking any necessary action again on 11 aug 2017 the amount is deducted.

                            Kindly look into matter and resolve otherwise i switch to other network.

                            I[censored] can see in your record after waiver they deducted the whole amount . u can see the record of 24 hrs how many times they deducted the amount now my balance is just 1.99 Rs. Fed Up with all services and customer care. I suggest all people to use other network other than reliance.

                            I am using a postpaid connection of reliance number is [protected]. Reliance has misused my documents are charged me something around 1500 rs for a another mobile number which has been deactivated a year back as per their records. Very useless people. Pls dont a connection of reliance.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              It is most worst experience I have faced with Reliance Service. I was using Reliance 4G Data Card and when I want to close the connection but there was no help from Reliance Customer Care Desk to close my connection.

                              I have raised 2 requests first date 29/08/2016 Req No[protected] which got retained without any intimation to me. I raised Complaint No [protected] on 12/09/2016 I was told that connection will be closed within 24 Hours but nothing happened. I called up customer care on 15/09/2016 I was told that you have to raise another request, I did so Req No[protected] still connection not terminated.

                              On 23 Sep 2016 I called to customer care and I got response saying it will take again 10 days to get this connection closed. I almost did not used my connection for 1 month and Reliance Has sent a bill of Rs. 1065/- and asking me to pay it.

                              I am asked the reason why I need to pay the bill, I got response saying you used the service. When it is complete negligence of Reliance Customer service in disconnecting my datacard.

                                Hi,

                                My name is mannish yadav using 4 reliance no but due to pathetic service of network i am just thinking about to switch my all no. To other operator. I am trying to get my upc from last three days continuously but not getting it. I have registered my complaint through reliance insta care also but from last three days on every call which is i am getting from reliance, the executive is saying that your complaint is under process and will get resolved very soon.

                                Also when i am trying to connect to the complaint helpline there is no response, the call get disconnected after the very first ring after transfer from ivr.

                                Request you to please help in getting my upc

                                  Sir i am so angry from this network because
                                  1. My balance is always deducted my activation any service
                                  2. It always spam lots of call from company or add world
                                  3.i checked my last recharge detail 89
                                  But customer service says no recharge on date 9 but it clearly shows in my mobile
                                  And when i check my internet balance i have my data1024mb but when i try to connect i got notification that you don't have data balance
                                  4.when i try to ask help from company care it block my no to connect costumer care always says thank you only

                                  So what i do in last plz do something it also deducted my balance while i have internet data available

                                    Sir, i am customer of reliance telecommunication for several years. I
                                    Hear by inform you that my mobile balance which i am customer of
                                    Reliance telecommunication, has been deducted for few months. Every
                                    Time when i make some recharge to my cell phone, the reliance
                                    Customer care makes some deduction to my balance with an excuse of
                                    Value added service, which i never intended to active for this
                                    Service. However, when i call them and tell about that, they refund my
                                    Balance. But after some days later, i am again facing with the same
                                    Problem, and this time they are not refunding my balance which they
                                    Had deducted earlier, on 7th july of 2017, and they did not pick up my
                                    Call. Now they are refusing to refund my due balance saying that they
                                    Can't do anything because they hold a record of 3 days. But i had
                                    Called them on 8th july and they have not received it.

                                    This is my humble request to you sir, please take a good view on my
                                    Complain which i am facing for few months.
