My Broadband has been down for past 3 days and all Reliance has to say is that there is a technical issue due to which it is taking time.
When calling the[protected] number, i had to wait for almost half n hour each time to reach to an agent because all agents are busy.

Every time the agent says that i will get a call from the technical team but no one calls or even updates. They do not even reply over email as well.br...

My no [protected]. aLternative no is [protected] .I had port my no in Vodafone but reliance called me and gave me better plans so I ageed. But from 10th August my no has been port. But from customer care (reliance) a lady called me and promise me that I don't have to do anything so will mail to Vodafone and my porting will be stop. But I hv ported......

My mobile number [protected] and its postpaid plan 50 rs, i am using till 10 years in same plan but they have changed my plan to 299 rs and this month 885 rs bill then only i know my plan have changed, i ask to c c at 198 they tell i gave requst for changing plan in chennai rcom store, i am in arcot 150 km diff from wat to do now i dont know who will pay my bill...

It is regarding the plan that was updated without my permission... For which i have to pay inr 500 without any reason and your agents are telling me that it will be adjusted to your last bill with the company.. As i am paying extra money and this money according to you will be refunded back.. I want written confirmation email that my last bill will be adjusted with extra amount i am paying... This is the only thing i wanted......

The staff of vasai west those who work in reilance store in ambadi road. They talk very rudely. They are not listening anything o[censored]s just telling that come on this date. I have a reliance sim with number [protected]. But illegally several times the balance deducted for last few month. When i tried to complain this to relaince complain no.198. Its not working.
When i recharge, the balance deducted. Thus i can not use this sim comfortably.
Till date the total amount deducted near about rs 50/- or more.

I am receipt of the following legal notice which i think is incorrect. My sim card connection ([protected]) was disconnected about 6 years ago.
