I have lost my sim card in my house and the mobile number of this sim card is [protected]. When i have visited to the reliance mobile store in najafgarh, new delhi, for new simcard, then i came to know that the sim card is not on my name and it is on the name of deepak lal. Alternate number in the database of [protected] is [protected] which is my number.

My reliance no +91 [protected]. As per last bill, it shows 1177.02/-
But my plan is 499 only. When we contact with rcom care he says 575/- is your advance payment and it will be adjust at when u shutdown plan or change plan postpaid to prepaid. How you take any advance amount without any information or conformation.

There is no net work connectivity signal in my phone from midnight of august 10 2017. When i visit the near by outlet they say. Yes we too experience same.

If there is is maintenance work, you should have inform sms alert.

Reliance communication is not reliable communication.

My service I'd is[protected]. Called customer care to solve the issue. Everytime call get transfer to the seniors who put me on hold for more than 25 mins.. In a day I was out on hold 4 time for more than 25 mins.

I want to Disconnect my Reliance Postpaid connection. I have previously lodged an Port and disconnect application date 22/07/2017 and 04/08/2017, on phone & E-mail but no action has been taken yet.

I am already paid security money and Advance for adjustment my last bill (Per Connection) 300+299=599/- .
