Hello sir, i am richa binnani, i hv complaint here alot of tyms aginst reliance n their executives. reliance always deduct my balnce in the name of VAS which i never subscribed for.. i hv snd a mail in reliance communication but dey didnt respond..and nvr refund bal.. i hv also comlpain in national cosumer helpline.. i hv never subscribed any services from reliance.. i just use for phone calls. not anything else.. i am totally irritate with the services of reliance and misbehaviour of their executive NEETU.. is their any1 here to listen our complain and give my money back.. is their any1 who can stop fraud cheating spam from these big companies ang give GENERAL PUBLIC rescue and protection.. we earn money by doing works and these kind of companies deduct our balnce by doing cheating and fraud... please help me to give my valuable money back

    Pehle mere phone se rs 37 ka balance deduct hua, jab maine coustomer care se baat ki to server down hone ki baat bolker 2 hours ke baad call karne ko bola, aur uske baad kisi ne mera phone pick up nahi kiya and 11 aug ko mera rs5 phir deduct hua aur customer care se baat karne per bola hamre screen pe koi balance deduct show nahi kar rha aur phone cut kar diya. Phir uske baad coustomer care percall nahi lag rha. Aap is problem ka solution kare thank you

      All of a sudden my postpaid plan from rs.350 changed to rs.449 without my consent whatsoever, and above all an enhanced bill with advance rental amounting to beyond my capacity was sent to me, on query the company is saying they have such policy to collect advance rental without any notice, just imagine we assume 10 crores customers charged with rs.449 as advance rental which amounts to a huge sum of cash (Liquidity) without any sort of interest liable to be paid for 01 month, master stroke guju bhai.

          Hiiii, i m puneet sharma from jodhpur rajasthan, i have recharge of 93 = 1gb data/day, but i have got only 5 days, where as i have call your customercare after recharging and ask which recharge i have done then he say me to that u have done the recharge of 93 for 28 days, i[censored] want proof of this u can check my call records also, now i want my 93 recharge back with benefit, if not then i have to take help of consumer court but i will wait only 3 days, i hope did u under stand my problem.             Dear sir/madam,
            I have some issue with reliance gsm operater.
            I contacted to your customer care service on 6th of aug 2017 and spoke to mr. Devendra.
            He said to me that, "your problem will be resolved in 3 days".
            But the team did not solve it
            And since 10th of aug i cant connect to customer care service no. 198 & 121
            I feedup from these problems frm a long time..
            Plz solve my problem as soon as possible, if you also cant solve it then plz suggest me what should i do...
            My issues are :

            1) there have call drop problem on my reliance prepaid no. - [protected],
            2) i got 3 gb net balance with the recharge of 152 (Got sms from rcom for 3gb net balance on 1st of aug.) but according to customer care executive there have no net data balance..

              मेने इस बारे में रिलायंस कस्टमर केयर, पालडी, अहमदाबाद दिनांक 10/08/17 को में वहा उपस्थित कर्मचारी से मौखिक बातचीत करने पर उन्होंने मुझे इस बारे में प्रतिउत्तर ठीक से दिया नहीं है | इसलिए मै इस बिल की बकाया राशि रु.276 का भुगतान नही कर सकता |

                I have lost my sim card in my house and the mobile number of this sim card is [protected]. When i have visited to the reliance mobile store in najafgarh, new delhi, for new simcard, then i came to know that the sim card is not on my name and it is on the name of deepak lal. Alternate number in the database of [protected] is [protected] which is my number.


                I dont know who is this deepak lal.


                I am using this number since 2004, but now i am not getting new sim card from reliance store.


                Even i have convert it from cdma to gsm with my adhaar card at that time i have get no information about name and address, in same reliance mobile store najafgarh, new delhi.


                I want my number [protected] on urgent basis.

                  My reliance no +91 [protected]. As per last bill, it shows 1177.02/-
                  But my plan is 499 only. When we contact with rcom care he says 575/- is your advance payment and it will be adjust at when u shutdown plan or change plan postpaid to prepaid. How you take any advance amount without any information or conformation.

                  Tomorrow when we visit noida sector-22 reliance store for change plan postpaid to prepaid, he says i have no any advance amount in your panel. And you have to pay approx. 1500/- for change plan postpaid to prepaid.

                  We already contact with rcom care and we already given more than 10 request regarding same. But rcom care people don’t take any response regarding same. Today means 11th of august is last day to payment last bill.

                  We are not paying extra (Avdance) amount and also we will not paying any late fine for last bill.

                    This is to inform you that the reliance service on my mobile no. [protected] has been stopped from 06.08.2017. The customer care executive has given the reason that i have not paid june 2017 bill of rs. 407.00; whereas i have paid the same on 22.07.2017 [copy of payment acknowledgement given below].

                    Secondly the july 2017 bill of rs. 378.00 has also been paid by me of rs. 400.00 on 31st july 2017. The same is acknowledge by the customer care executive.

                    Kindly update your records before stopping the services. This is not acceptable and same is attributable to you only.

                            I am using a reliance mobile number.
                            The balance of rs. 21 was deducted automatically from my account for the
                            Subscription of the service on skywaygamewsub which was neither subscribed nor requested by me.
                            The balance got deducted on 9th august 4:30 pm.
                            I had called the customer care and i spoke with izhar for this. He was unresponsive and not willing to help me in getting the refund of my money.

                            He said if you want refund, you need to call within 24 hrs and i tried calling customer care within 24 hrs but it did not redirect me to the customer care.

                            Izhar then said that due to high volume, i may not be able to connect to the customer and so i had to wait for few more hours and then try calling them as i do not have any other work.

                            Regarding refund he said, you will not get any refund past 24 hours.

                            I kindly request you to take it on high priority and help me in refund of my money which was deducted by reliance.
                            This is not at all expected from the company like reliance. It is a big loss to the customer for such automatic deductions.

                              I have received a massage on my reliance mobile no. [protected] that is recharge with rs. 349 and get unlimited calls and 1gb data per day but i have not received these services, and while i have contact to customer care, executive name is suman then she replied me that we are not provide unlimited calls on that recharge, you got only 150 minutes per day for calling or 1 gb data. But while i am calling to any number then ivr replied me that you have insufficient balance for call. I have not received proper services or revert by reliance communications.

                                Yesterday i was recharged of 147, 1gb per day/28days so, from starting the internet worked well but after 1am of next day i cant use my internet after checking data balnce it shows 756.8mb then i check my data balance in morning it shows 1024mb but still cant use my internet. I have tried the whole night to call ur customer care bt cant get connected to it. Afterthat i will recharged of 10₹ that morning the balnce deduct by the usage of the internet why? If i had data on my phone and afterthat i recharged again of 27₹ 1gb 2g/28days but i were get only 150mb data what services are u providing to the customer. I want my sloution of all the problems regarding to that as soon as possible.

                                    is not working from last two days. Please look into the matter and resolve it.
                                    My last complaint took one month long time to resolve. When I submitted a complaint, they just gave me different reasons that it will take time and never replied for a long time until one month.

                                    This time I hope it will be not like before and resolve quickly.

                                      I am reliance customer, automatic any service active on my number. I am knowing after receiving of amount deduction message. I will try to contact reliance customer care, but didn't contact with us. One time i will contact with customer care from friends reliance number and complaint them, after complaint my friends number will be blocked. 15days I am unable to contact with customer service, I am contacting with customer service after balance of my account is 1.45Rs why dedicated amount from my pre paid account with out my information.

                                        तुम चाहते कया हो कैसे मानोगे मतलब समझाने के बाद भी आदत से बाज नही आओगे दिक्कत क्या है तुम्हारे Reliance वालों में BC बार बार पैसे काट लेते हो तुम्हारा यह Activate हो गया वो Activate ho gya मेरा मोबाइल नंबर यह है [protected] इस नंबर पे तुमने आज मेरा सारा balance ही उडा दिया नही यह बताओ पैसा क्या मुफ्त में आता है कि मन करे ले लिया
                                        वो तो ठीक है कि मेरे जैसा कोई जागरूक इंसान हे वरना तुम तो गरीबो को पूरा लूट लो और वो तो इतने समझदार भी नही होंगे की तुमसे contact kre अगर हमने तुमसे आज कुछ नही कहा तो तुम आज 15 रुपए काट रहे हो कल को कहि तुम 100 200 ऐसे काटने लगे तो में तो बस इतना कहना चाहता हूँ की मेरे आज तुमने 15 रूपऐ काटे हैं वो किस वजह से काटे और कब तक काटते रहोगे में तुम्हे last warning दे रहा हूँ मेरा balance मुझे तुरंत refund कर दो वर्ना तुम्हारे लिये अच्छा नही होगा अगली बार से ऐसा कुछ हुआ तो तुम समझ लेना
