    I am using reliance number reached my balance for 200/- on 28 February 2017 and topup for 126/-, on 1 st March. I would have spoke for hardly 25 /-, now my balance is 66/- . I don't known what happen to rest of the balance and totally disturbed of this .I use wifi for browsing, even though my balance is reduced 5/- every time I open my whatsapp, I could not contact customercare, in-person I went to their store, the technical person checked my handset and found no fault and raised a service complaint, on 4 th March 2017, which is not processed still, then I mailed to [protected]@relianceada.com on 6 th March 2017 both is of no use. Pleas make the company to refund my money,

      My mobile number [protected] was ported from Vodafone to Reliance recently. It got out of service on 6/3/17 in the morning and is still out at 6.45pm, 7/3/17.
      The reason given by Gandhidham officer is that the Samakhiali address for Post paid is not covered under Gandhidham jurisdiction. The officer says that the complaint is being handled at head office.
      My question is that this is a simple harassment . If that was the case then why did they entertain me. They could have refused my porting so that I could have continued with Vodafone.
      It is clear that their marketing team is working independently and head office is working in their own shell. Non of them is caring about the difficulties being faced by the customer. Is not it equal to cheating?

        I am using the reliance network from last One and half year as post paid and always I am having the network issue (call drop issue, always telling network busy while calling to anyone and not getting internet which is unlimited in my mobile) and internet issue too and I have complained so many times regarding the same problem and always they are telling our technical team is working on that but same problem is happening everyday so I want to close the connection and even they are asking to pay more amount which is not in my pack( asking 998+service tax).I am not ready to pay 1350/- which they are asking and please close my account 18th as you taking 7 days charge for porting to other network.I'll pay the 574*2 months on or before 18th of current month.

              My userid is[protected], my connection is dead for 45 days and company don't solving my problem so I register for termination of connection but they never call me back for confirmation and my bill is going up without any usage.
              I am ready to pay my final dues but they are not calling for termination confirmation call.

              I decide to terminate because company does not solving my dead connection problem, my all complaints of connectivity issues are closed without any solution and so i am now tired to register new complaint again and again so I decided to terminate this connection.

              I pay my last bill without any usage and they even didn't provide me any waiver for connection blackout.my termination id is[protected].

                Dear Sir,
                Reliance automatically subscribes my no. to Value Added Services and heavy charges are deducted from my balance.
                Due to this reason I am forced to keep a Rs.0 balance and hence cannot use the number.
                This is a never ending problem.Even if the customer care solves this problem...after some days it starts again.

                  This is my 2nd complaint against my service provider, I am unable to place a call to others network except Airtel, on the others network its response is always buzy, or else no response direct cut, I am fed up all this things all the other networks are quite better than reliance even idea is also better, I am using this number from last 2 year that's why I am giving 2 thought to be get solved other wise I am happy to switch .                     I am Dr. Hari, using Reliance Mobile Postpaid connection. The service was ok until last few weeks.

                    My current problem is that the calls from Reliance network doesn't connect to BSNL network and always the error voice message says " all call to this route are busy, Please try after sometime" There is no limit for this sometime when ever tried, the same message is always played.

                    People who are trying to reach me can't reach me and I am not reaching them too.. This has been almost a month, but severe since last 1 week.

                    I have contacted Reliance customer care using their mobile app, the executive has accepted that they have problems and will be resolved soon.

                    They are not ready to accept the complaint and says we can't lodge a complaint for interconnection issues. This is because reliance doesn't want to make a record of service interconnection issues and paying compensation charges.

                    Now whats the point of holding a post paid connection with higher rent, without a service?!

                    No wonder, reliance mobile is loosing credibility and loosing market share, soon it will be bankrupted..

                      I have been trying to contact customer care from months.Being a regular user of reliance it greatly hurts to mention that my data pack stops working at times and I have to wait a whole day for the data to be back again.I try calling but I recieve no option for contacting customer Care and now I feel I'm changing this sim for good .

                      The reliance store in vasai west is charging us 50rs to upgrade to 4g sim which is free update. Is this kind of service is provided to the cousmer in Reliance?? Its a shame.
                      This money lending is fraud type service which is charging is the money.

                        We belongs to Bareilly District (UP). We have using a Reliance GSM Sim last 8 years...
                        but Reliance GSM service is very poor service for calling in Bareilly (UP) many times no signal in city and always busy... when i do call show massage network busy... i tried reliance customer care number *333 but always busy ... continuesly 1 hrs.. i tried.
                        Then we can say that reliance gsm is not satasfactory service in UP very much poor service. one time i call tol free no. that said me it will be resolved but not solve from 4 months.

                            This is the third instance where I done some recharge and didn't get as per the Plan.
                            I made recharge of 36 Rs on 25th Feb 2017 on my Reliance Mobile [protected] .As per the Plan I should get 1 GB 2G Data for 28 days. I received additional data after couple of hours but now when I am checking my main account balance is 0(Previously which was 71.25) and Data Plan is inactive for my number. I tried to call customer care but unable to connect with them.
                            I don't understand why you people always do this thing with me .Please return my main Account Balance .
                            Please act on my complain and resolved this issue on priority otherwise I would be happy to port out from reliance services and choose some better operator.

                            Note:-If you want any artifacts regarding this then I can share same with you thus request you to resolve my concern as soon as possible.

                              I have made a recharge of 198 on reliance gsm number.
                              For past two days, not outgoing calls can be made from this number.
                              I have tried hundreds of calls from this number but all in vain.
                              It seems that after recharge of 198 they dont let the customers make the call.

                              Request the concerned authority to resolve the issue asap.
                              Also TRAI should take strict action as I can see many people are facing the same issue, it seems that it is planned by the company end.

                                I received your mail after I got some calls from Mob no. [protected], [protected] and[protected] threatening me to appear before Kakradooma Cour/Tis Hazari Court for a case against me filed by Reliance for nonpayment of bills/fraud case. I have been receiving several threatening calls to my mobile and emails regarding outstanding bills against me for Relance 4G service since July 2016. I never upgraded my data card to 4G from my 3G service. Infact the Relaiance Netconnection was terminated without intimating me when I paid my last bill on 2nd July 2016. After payment of my bill my netconnection was not working. I have been trying to connect as my day to day professional work depends upon internet. After 10 days finally I visited Reliance outlet at Kalkaji, New Delhi, and they told me that my connection has been automatically disconnected as 3G dongles are out of service. I have been trying to get the 4G dongle from Kalkaji out let but It was never available there. They told me to get the 4G dongle from some Reliance outlet near Kailash Colony.
                                As the internet was already disconnected, I preferred to connect internet from other sources having better customer service and efficient connectivity. I have been sending mail reply and letters addressed to Customer Care service, Mumbai since August 2016, but received no reply till date. It is very unfortunate that I am a Reliance Net Connect user from 2005 and I am facing so much harassment from an organization from where I have been using paid service for over last one decade.                                 Received phone call to my Mobile from various numbers 3-4 times/day threatening to take legal action against me from Reliance Communications.

                                From the above detail it is very unusual to see the amount of dues are changing in every e-mail. Besides, when I never upgraded my account to 4G and never purchased the 4G dongle, then how can I use 4G Reliance internet service? It is a well known fact that Reliance is troubling/pressurising/threatening its customers for undue payment, and loosing customers and their confidence to their validity and reliability. I am hereby attaching all correspondene with Reliance regarding the case. I am also attaching copy of glorious appreciation Reliance received from its customers for the entire episode of "Conversion of service from 3G to 4G", which is available in internet.
                                I must asure you that I am ready to pay any amount if the demand is valid, but I will not pay till I get reply to my letters and correspondence.

                                  On previous month bill they have charged 155 rupees for ISD message and this month also within 5 working days they have charged 500 rupee. Where they saying that mobile sent the ISD messages automatically but when i checked with Mobile service they were saying that there is no such option in this handset and hardware can not send message automatically and Even i have de-activated the ISD service but still they have charged for ISD message i don't know they charging even after deactivating the service.

                                  this month they charged 1000 rupee in my bill where its to bad, where they said that unlimited call and 3gb internet and now they charged more money and even my out going got barred.

                                        Worst customer service.. I hv done atleast 8customer call to check technical problems but the guys totally refused.. Not expected such a bad response from a renowned company... Getting disgust from past1month but they continue to make bills forgetting the service problem... Pls. Forward it to as many people so they can prevent them from bad services..
